  • 자여자식 동기 발전기에 비해, 영구자석 내삽형 동기 발전기는 순간적인 부하 단락 시에도 지속적으로 여자기에 여자 전원을 공급할 수 있어 큰 부하 변동에도 안정적으로 발전기를 운전할 수 있게 해 준다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 전동기의 해석 프로그램을 개발하고, 이로부터 유전알고리즘을 이용하여 설계프로그램을 개발하였다. 영구자석동기 발전기의 목적함수를 효율로 두었으며, 발전기의 형상을 변화시켜 제약 조건을 만족하는 최대 효율을 갖는 1kW급 영구자석 내삽형 동기 발전기의 설계치를 제시하였다.

Understanding Male Adult's Awareness and Motivation of Non-smoking (금연에 관한 성인남성의 인식 및 금연동기 조사)

  • Cessation and re smoking is recursive and addictive behaviors. Understanding differences in awareness of smokers and nonsmokers is fundamental to devise smoking policies. Research is focused on male adult's choices of educators and motivation level by personal attributes and awareness. There was a difference in awareness of smoking policies between smokers and nonsmokers. Community health centers and physicians were preferred for antismoking educator but not different between smokers and nonsmokers. Motivational levels of cessation in pictures of lung cancer, dental therapy, cigarette taxation, smoking area restriction and social marketing were statistically significant. The results indicate that male adult smokers are Motivated to quit smoking by those five contributors[P=.000].

Motivation Crowding Performances of Independent TV Production Programing Quotas (방송 외주정책의 제작인력 동기구축 성과)

  • During the last 25 years, independent TV production programing quota policy has been actively evaluated in various aspects except in the field of production personnel. This study focuses on production personnel who has been neglected among the debate of independent TV production programing policy. Especially, this study tries to explore the effect that the policy has brought to production personnel's motivation. After in-depth interviews with 4 professionals and 6 media major senior college students, this study finds that both broadcasting and independent company professionals evaluated the policy performance in negative way. They insist the policy constricts their motivation for production. College students agreed they become unwilling to entering the production filed. The policy should be reconsidered and turn to positive incentives and rewards to motivate production personnel.

Mesochronous Clock Based Synchronizer Design for NoC (위상차 클럭 기반 NoC 용 동기회로 설계)

  • Network on a chip(NoC) is a communication subsystem between intellectual property(IP) cores in a SoC and improves high performance in the scalability and the power efficiency compared with conventional buses and crossbar switches. NoC needs a synchronizer to overcome the metastability problem between data links. This paper presents a new mesochronous synchronizer(MS) which is composed of selection window generator, selection signal generator, and data buffer. A delay line circuit is used to build selection window in selection window generator based on the delayed clock cycle of transmitted clock and the transmitted clock is compared with local clock to generate a selection signal in the SW(selection window). This MS gets rid of the restriction of metastability by choosing a rising edge or a falling edge of local clock according to the value of selection signal. The simulation results show that the proposed MS operates correctly for all phase differences between a transmitted clock and a local clock.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between leisure motivation and leisure constraints negotiation of career women in city. For this study, total 300 questionnaires were distributed and 281 were collected from the selected corporate, banks, and hospitals from September to December, 2011 by using purposive sampling. After that, 12 questionnaires were excluded out of 281 due to the unreliable quality 269 were used for this study. In order to analyze the data, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple liner regression were conducted by using SPSS 18.0. The findings of this study are as followings. First, leisure constraints negotiation of career women in city leisure and leisure motivation showed positive relationship. Second, intellectual motivation showed significant impact on sub factor of leisure constraints negotiation. Third, social motivation showed significant impact on changing interpersonal relations, improving finance and time management, controlling intensity. Fourth, competence mastery motivation showed significant impact on changing interpersonal relations, improving finance and time management, skills acquisition and relaxation motivation.

  • This investigated 205 dental personnel in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do to find out the effects of Dental Hygienist(Nurse's Aide)'s coaching leadership on job satisfaction, motivational self-concept and quality of life. the entire average of coaching leadership was 2.67 On 5 point scale, development coaching 2.61, relationship coaching 2.61. "my boss fully provides me with training opportunities for my development' had the lowest 2.50. As for coaching leadership according to general characteristics, had the highest average those aged of 20-25years old, work experience of 1-5years, single, salary less than 20 million, female immediate superior, immediate superior aged 20-30years old, position of immediate superior is team head, senior dental hygienists(p<.05). The three criteria had positive correlation with coaching leadership(p<.05). Therefore, Right coaching leadership increases job satisfaction, improves motivational self-concept for increasing individual development, raises quality of life.

  • To use external knowledge for Creative product, This study suggests the model of Technological entrepreneurship, Absorptive capacity - Potential absorptive capacity(PACAP), Realized absorptive capacity (RACAP), Creative product and moderating effect of Motivation. This model was set up though literature research method. Empirical analysis was conducted by using 487 questionnaires from workers of electronic industry in Kyung-buk. Results of study are as followings; 1. Technological entrepreneurship related positively to Creative product. 2. Creative product was affected through process in order of Technological entrepreneurship, PACAP, RACAP. 3. Intrinsic motivation strengthens the relation between Technological entrepreneurship and PACAP. 4. Extrinsic motivation strengthens the relation between PACAP and RACAP. This results will contribute to the improvement of Creativity and the utilization of external knowledge.

  • 오늘날 단일 슈퍼컴퓨터로는 처리가 불가능한 거대한 문제들의 해법이 시도되고 있는데, 이들은 지리적으로 분산된 슈퍼컴퓨터, 데이터베이스, 과학장비 및 디스플레이 장치 등을 초고속 통신망으로 연결한 GRID 환경에서 효과적으로 실행시킬 수 있다. GRID는 1990년대 중반 과학 및 공학용 분산 컴퓨팅의 연구 과정에서 등장한 것으로, 점차 응용분야가 넓어지고 있다. 그러나 GRID 같은 분산 환경은 기존의 단일 병렬 시스템과는 많은 점에서 다르며 이전의 기술들을 그대로 적용하기에는 무리가 있다. 기존 병렬 시스템에서는 주로 동기 알고리즘(synchronous algorithm)이 사용되는데, 직렬 연산과 같은 결과를 얻기 위해 동기화(synchronization)가 필요하며, 부하 균형이 필수적이다. 그러나 부하 균형은 이질 클러스터(heterogeneous cluster)처럼 프로세서들의 성능이 서로 다르거나, 지리적으로 분산된 계산자원을 사용하는 GRID 환경에서는 이기종의 문제뿐 아니라 네트워크를 통한 메시지의 전송 지연 등으로 유휴시간이 길어질 수밖에 없다. 이처럼 동기화의 필요성에 의한 연산의 지연을 해결하는 하나의 방안으로 비동기 반복법(asynchronous iteration)이 나왔으며, 지금도 활발히 연구되고 있다. 이는 알고리즘의 동기점을 가능한 한 제거함으로써 빠른 프로세서의 유휴 시간을 줄이는 것이 목적이다. 즉 비동기 알고리즘에서는, 각 프로세서는 다른 프로세서로부터 갱신된 데이터가 올 때까지 기다리지 않고 계속 다음 작업을 수행해 나간다. 따라서 동시에 갱신된 데이터를 교환한 후 다음 단계로 진행하는 동기 알고리즘에 비해, 미처 갱신되지 않은 데이터를 사용하는 경우가 많으므로 전체적으로는 연산량 대비의 수렴 속도는 느릴 수 있다 그러나 각 프로세서는 거의 유휴 시간이 없이 연산을 수행하므로 wall clock time은 동기 알고리즘보다 적게 걸리며, 때로는 50%까지 빠른 결과도 보고되고 있다 그러나 현재까지의 연구는 모두 어떤 수렴조건을 만족하는 선형 시스템의 해법에 국한되어 있으며 비교적 구현하기 쉬운 공유 메모리 시스템에서의 연구만 보고되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 행렬의 주요 고유쌍을 구하는 데 있어 비동기 반복법의 적용 가능성을 타진하기 위해 우선 이론적으로 단순한 멱승법을 사용하여 실험하였고 그 결과 순수한 비동기 반복법은 수렴하기 어렵다는 결론을 얻었다 그리하여 동기 알고리즘에 비동기적 요소를 추가한 혼합 병렬 알고리즘을 제안하고, MPI(Message Passing Interface)를 사용하여 수원대학교의 Hydra cluster에서 구현하였다. 그 결과 특정 노드의 성능이 다른 것에 비해 현저하게 떨어질 때 전체적인 알고리즘의 수렴 속도가 떨어지는 것을 상당히 완화할 수 있음이 밝혀졌다.

The Impact of Emotional Leadership on Employees' Creativity: The Mediation Effect of Organizational Trust and Intrinsic Motivation (감성리더십이 조직원 창의성에 미치는 영향: 조직신뢰와 내재적동기의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediation effect of organizational trust and intrinsic motivation in the relationship between emotional leadership and creativity, suggesting the importance of organizational creativity. Therefore, this study conducted a survey for employees who are working at Korean ICT firms, analyzed the relationship with 241 valid samples, and verified hypotheses using PLS-SEM. The results are as follows. First, emotional leadership had a positive effect on organizational trust. Second, organizational trust had a positive effect on the intrinsic motivation of employees. Third, intrinsic motivation had a positive impact on employees' creativity. Fourth, the organizational trust did not have a positive effect on the creativity of employees. By verifying the mediation effects of organizational trust and intrinsic motivation, this study analyzed the relationship between emotional leadership and creativity, expanding the existing studies of the leadership.

The Effect of Elderly Sports Activities Participation Motivation on Leisure Satisfaction (노인의 스포츠 활동 참여동기가 여가만족에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of elderly sports activities participation motivation on Leisure Satisfaction The participants were from elderly who the daily sports program. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed from Sep. 1 to Oct. 31, 2018 and, after excluding 53 questionnaires that had missed or inappropriate answers thus low reliability, 197 questionnaires were included in effective sample. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 21 and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis were performed. The results, based on them, are as follows: First, Among the motivations for participating in the elderly sports activities, internal motivation influenced psychological satisfaction, educational satisfaction, psychological satisfaction. Second. external motive influenced social satisfaction, resting satisfaction. Third. amotivation influenced psychological satisfaction, educational satisfaction, resting satisfaction, environmental satisfaction.
