본 연구에서는 신제품의 경제성 분석에 있어 기존연구의 분리된 방법론을 통합한 새로운 모델의 수립에 의의가 있다. 필자가 제시하고 있는 신제품의 전주기 경제성 분석모델은 신제품의 연구시작 단계에서부터 시제품 생산, 공장가동 생산판매 공익적 가치분석, 소비자 행태분석 단계까지를 통합하고 있다 본 모델에서는 기존의 경제학, 경여학, 산업공학에서 개별적으로 분리되어 사용되어 온 경제성 분석의 방법론을 수요자 중심으로 통합함으로써 분석의 객관성과 구체적 적용성을 높였으며 또한 각 분석단계마다 연구사례를 제시하여 독자의 이해와 활용성을 제고시켰다.

정보화가 진전됨에 따라 많은 컴퓨터 시스템이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 대부분의 컴퓨터 시스템들이 초기에는 독자적인 운영에 만족하였으나 시스템의 효율성이나 사용자의 요구로 인하여 시스템간의 정보교환에서 기능교환에 이르기까지 정보시스템의 상호운용성이 시스템의 성능을 측정하는 중요한 요소가 되어가고 있다. 그리고 컴포넌트 기반의 새로운 소프트웨어 개발 패러다임이 발전하면서 컴포넌트의 상호운용성과 재사용성을 이용한 시스템 개발이 시도되고 있고 컴포넌트 개발 방법론 또한 발전하고 있다. 그러나 정보 시스템의 상호운용성에 관한 체계적인 연구는 현재 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 미 국방성에서 정보시스템의 상호운용성 측정 및 평가를 위하여 사용하는 LISI 모델을 확장하여 컴포넌트 기반 시스템외 상호운용성을 측정 및 평가할 수 있는 상호운용 능력 모텔을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 컴포넌트 상호운용 능력 모델은 컴포넌트 기반 시스템의 개발 프로세스에 따라 각 개발 단계에서 상호운용성을 측정할 수 있도록 고안되었다. 따라서 본 논문의 상호운용 능력 모텔은 상호운용 성숙도 모델로 확장하여 기 개발된 시스템의 상호운용 성숙도 측정이나 향상에 사용할 수 있다.

This study aims to assess the development effectiveness of the Paris Declaration (2005). Using data collected by the OECD/DAC from 78 developing countries for the period 2005~2010, this study evaluates the role played by the Paris Declaration principles alone and in interaction with aid in promoting per-capita GDP growth. The analysis shows that the overall net impact of aid on promoting economic growth has been negative. However, aid effectiveness has been enhanced by the sound policies or institutions and some Paris Declaration (PD) principles. Of the five principles of the PD, only the alignment and, to some extent, mutual accountability principles of the PD did show a significant and positive role in making aid more effective for economic growth of aid recipient countries. Therefore, OECD's statement that the PD enhances aid effectiveness is supported only partially. These findings have significant implications for the importance accorded to sound policies and institutions in the growth literature, and for future international development cooperation agenda.

Nowadays, 'fusion style' television programs are increasingly found in the production of television program. Originally such a trend has been developed with a purpose of changing tedious cultural program into entertaining style. Recently, however, it has also become as an alternative style of genre which is against from lasciviousness or lewdness of entertaining programs. This study is designed to analyse the characteristics of television production and theorize a producing process of the television genre-over program As a result of various aspects of research, it is found that recent producers who make genre-over program choose any kind of genre which is thought to be needed for their program, without any limitation in terms of methods or skills for specific genre. And with this change of concept for making programs, genre-over programs are newly defined as the entertaining programs, in which its entertaining function is widen and broaden, absorbing the informative function of cultural programs.

Web novels that are consumed on mobile devices are characterized by capturing one aspect of our society. The purpose of this study was to collect the keywords from web novels, to identify trends of web novels, and further to analyze the covert needs and characteristics of readers in connection with the existing researches. As a result of the analysis, novels with modern backgrounds and adult novels were popular in relation to easily readable and accessible mobile environment. Male characters tend to be ideally depicted in web novels. In contrast, characters with inner scars were popular among female characters. Although this study did not conduct an in-depth analysis of adult novels due to the limitation of web crawling, it is meaningful that this study analyzed modern people's inner needs and characteristics using the para-text like keywords in existing web novel studies that previously lacked quantitative analysis.

Local governments within the boundaries of a state need increasing flexibility to satisfy diverse economic, social, and environmental goals in their particular geographical setting. However, many candidates in the local election in South Korea tend to see local politics as an extension of national-level politics. In particular, this paper mainly deals with how the voters' evaluation of a president's performance has influenced subnational elections in South Korea. Our analysis suggests that the fate of candidates in subnational elections is shaped by the performance of the incumbent president in both economic development and foreign affairs.

This study aimed to investigate the narrative strategy and meaning of fantasy in classic novels and to derive the educational meaning from the fantasy of Sukhyangjeon. This study selected Sukhyangjeon because is considered a suitable literary text that embodies characteristics of fantasy inherent in classical novels through its successful portrayal of the fantasy genre and its high popularity during its time. Specifically, this study observed that the "notice of hardships" which repeatedly appears in the narration of Sukhyangjeon reinforces the fantasy of the novel as it serves as an advance notice of intervention from heaven. Therefore, this study investigated the relationship between the notice of hardships and fantasy by focusing on Sukhyang's life. The way in which the "notice of hardships" is a form of illusion realized it evident in the plot when heaven saves Sukhyang from her hardship even though it was heaven that had granted her those forms of hardship. Firstly, the "notice from heaven" constitutes the macro structure of Sukhyangjeon. Through it, readers realize the enormous power of heaven by seeing how Sukhyang's life has been realized in accordance with heaven's notice with that, it evokes a sense of respect to heaven. In addition, heaven saves Sukhyang from different forms of danger. It enhances a miraculous feeling, which the omnipotent power of heaven shows, against the innocent appearance of Sukhyang during her times of danger. Meanwhile, when heaven notifies Sukhyang and the surrounding people of their fate and subsequently realizes it through dreams, this act creates a mysterious atmosphere and improves the probability of the narrative. If so, the narrative meaning in reinforcing the fantasy of the novel by the use of "notice of hardships" could be revealed through Sukhyang's real life. First, the hardship in which Sukhyang has gone through is so realistic and detailed that the readers' feelings of empathy are evoked with the fear of the coming hardship, wailing together, and trying to resolve the inner anxiety through Sukhyang's happiness. Second, the heavenly beings who are touched by the good behaviors of Sukhyang save her from the dangers of death. This creates the belief in readers that heaven intervenes for the good people. Third, the active attitude that Sukhyang and Leesun show in the process of marriage helps them overcome their earthly hardship and preserve their relationship in heaven. This gives readers hope that they could go to a "higher life" after going through suffering. This fantasy of Sukhyangjeon helps readers overcome their anxieties of reality through fantasy and recognizes the importance of relationships to enhance a sense of unity and solidarity with others. Because of these elements, it is expected that the fantasy of Sukhyangjeon will have a meaningful value to modern readers.

정보 사회의 급속적인 발달로 인해 컴퓨터 교과가 독자적인 교과로 채택되어야 하는 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 현재 사용하고 있는 초등학교 컴퓨터 교과서는 기능위주의 교과서로 구성되어 있어서 독립교과로서의 컴퓨터 교과서로는 사용하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 고에서는 독립교과로서의 컴퓨터 교과서의 새로운 단원 구조를 제시해보고 그 예시안을 제안하며, 컴퓨터 교과서의 형태 측면에서 보조교과서의 형태 방향과 e-textbook의 형태 방향을 제안하였다.

"니 내랑 부산접수 할래?" 영화 친구2에 나오는 대사다. 영화 속 주인공이 힘으로 부산을 장악하려 했다면 디자인글꼴은 '귀여운 캐릭터'와 '짱짱한 인쇄빨'로 부산을 접수했다. 디자인글꼴(대표 서무성)은 우리나라 제2의 도시 부산에서 독자 개발한 브랜드와 캐릭터로 성장한 디자인전문회사다. 최근에는 부산 지역 최초로 고모리 H-UV 인쇄기 GL-540을 도입하는 등 잇따라 최신 인쇄 설비를 도입하면서 부산 경남지역 최대 '디자인 인쇄전문회사'로 우뚝 섰다.

연료전지 차량이 기존의 내연기관 차량과 동등한 성능을 확보하기 위해서는 80kW 이상의 용량을 가진 스택이 탑재되어야 하며, 별도로 차량 구조를 변경시키지 않고 탑재하기 위해서는 높은 출력밀도를 가진 연료전지 스택의 개발이 필요하다. 현대 자동차가 독자 기술로 개발하고 있는 연료전지 스택은 출력 80kW, 출력밀도 1.0kW/l를 목표로 하고 있으며 지난 1년간의 과제 수행을 통해 어느 정도 성능을 만족하는 스택을 개발하였다. 앞으로는 연료전지 스택의 내구성 및 냉시동성을 개선하기 위해 많은 연구가 수행될 예정이다.
