This paper studied a meta-analysis of 45 papers published during the administration of Lee Myung-bak and Park Geun-hye governments in order to renew academic interest in the TV outsourcing production policy. The meta-analysis was made up of classifications of three items(issued year, journal, academic field) and six items(topic, aim, question, subject, methodology, results). According to the results, the articles(30, 66.7% and 15, 33.3%) published during Lee & Park's regimes adapted the promotional topics for TV outsourcing production policy. The reasons for the papers(18, 40.0%) on management economy, industry, and advertising related to outsourcing production policy are because the two governments focused on research projects that matched the regime stance rather than the autonomy and diversity of broadcasting, media, contents, and the visual.

본 논문은 일사량과 온도의 조건에 따른 태양전지 셀의 등가회로 모델을 모델링하였고, 이를 바탕으로 제작사의 태양광 모듈을 시뮬레이션하여 비교 검토하였다. 검토결과 태양광 모듈의 사양서와 시뮬레이션 값의 오차율이 낮아 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있었으며, 또한 최적인 태양광 모듈 어레이를 시뮬레이션하여 최적인 태양전지 모듈 어레이의 규모를 선택하여 독립형 태양광 시스템을 구현하였다. 또, 특정지역에 설치 최적인 출력전력도 시뮬레이션을 통하여 알아보았다.

차세대 원자로 설계개발에 사용되는 설계전산코드에는 원자로 계통설계, 주요 기기설계등을 포함하여 약 440여개에 달한다. 이들 전산코드에 사용되는 프로그래밍 언어는 FORTRAN, COBOL, C/C++를 비롯하여 BASIC등 그 종류가 다양하다. 특히 개발된 주요 설계코드들이 구동되는 플랫폼은 그 종류가 훨씬 다양하여 같은 유닉스를 기반으로 한 프로그램도 H/W 제작사에 따라 전혀 동작되지 않음은 물론 심지어는 같은 제작사라하더라도 서로 다른 OS를 가지는 경우에는 사용할 수 없게 되어있다. 이들 원전설계전산코드들이 갖는 안정성 및 신뢰성, 유니크한 보안특성을 어느 정도 인정한다. 하더라도 향후 이들을 유지보수하거나 성능향상을 꾀한다든지 이들과 어울리면서 새로운 전산프로그램을 추가 개발하려고 할 경우 여러 가지 예기치 않은 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 최근 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 각광을 받기 시작한 JAVA는 이것이 갖는 특유의 객체지향성, 플랫폼 독립성 및 견고성, 이식성등으로 견주어 볼때 이를 향후 원전 설레코드의 개발에 적용할 경우 매우 이상적일 것으로 예상된다. 더구나 원전설계와 같이 고도의 기술집약적이면서도 여러 설계관련사가 대응되는 다원화된 업무구조를 갖는 경우 다양한 플랫폼을 지원하는 JAVA 프로그래밍이야 말로 최선의 선택이라 할 수 있다.

In terms of creating widespread popularity and a high value added business, TV drama is recognized as an unrivaled entertainment content above any other TV program genres Although recently some broadcasting companies have been trying to set up a drama production system, it seems that a well-structured system has not been established, yet. This study analyses the practices and mechanisms of drama producing processes based on the in-depth interviews with the experts in the drama production fields in three major broadcasting companies. It is found that the Korean drama production system is 'a producer-director system' and that the strategies for the windowing effects are not systematically applied from the pre-production stage. For the broadcasting companies to strengthen the competitiveness through drama, the expert-producer system should be introduced, the production elements should be systematically managed, and the multi-use strategies should be effectively established.

The present study analyzed the factors affecting the box office performance of movies in the Chinese market in 2010~2014. A total of 499 movies were selected for the final analyses. Based on the previous studies, genre, actor/actress power, director power, sequel, remake, release period, award, online evaluation, distributor power, and production area were chosen as independent variables. Regression analyses showed that most of the independent variables except for distributor power were found to affect box office performance of the movies.

본 작품은 사실적 표현, 즉 실사에 근거한 분위기의 애니메이션에 관한 관점에서 시작한다. 물론 애니메이션에서는 생략과 과장이 자유로우며 풍자적이고 은유적인 분위기를 연출하는 것이 특징이다. 즉 사실성보다는 허구적이며 과장된 표현으로 왜곡을 가함으로써 관객들에게 극적 효과를 유발한다. 하지만 관객은 사실적이지 않은 허구인 것을 알면서도 자유로운 상상력의 오락적 분위기에 흥미를 갖는다. 아울러 본 작품은 애니메이션의 동인(動因)과 감성과의 관계를 전제로 한 애니메이션의 분석모형 작품이다. 이러한 모델 설계를 통해 대상물의 본질적인 면, 즉 사실성에 근거한 표현정도에 따라 인간의 감성이 달라질 수 있다는 가정 하에 애니메이션에 있어서 프레임 수와 대상물의 단순화 정도에 따라 감성이 어떻게 반응하고 변화하는가를 웹사이트 상에서 조사할 수 있도록 분석모형을 제작하였다. 연구작품을 위해 애니메이션의 동인이라고 할 수 있는 시간, 운동, 공간 중에서 움직임 지각에 영향을 줄 수 있는 타이밍, 즉 속도문제에 대해 프레임 수와 단순화 단계를 애니메이션의 Movement 동인에 대한 조작적 정의에 독립변수로 보았다. 분석모형의 설계는 객관적인 시각에서 대상물의 움직임을 파악할 수 있는 Duration이 짧은 유형의 대상물(말)과 중간정도의 대상물(사람), 그리고 긴 유형의 대상물(거북이)을 표본으로 선정하여 각 대상물마다 4단계의 프레임으로 나누어 좌표상의 Y축에 제작 배열하였다. 한편 단순화 단계는 대상물의 사실성에 선 드로잉에 이르기까지 4단계로 구분${\cdot}$제작하여 X축에 배열하여 각 클립별 감성언어 조사를 인터넷상에서 할 수 있도록 디자인하였다. 한편 각 클립에서 보여지는 표현향식에 대해 느끼는 감성조사는 디자인 관련 감성 형용사 중에서 본 연구에 적합한 감성언어들을 골라 조사 실시하고자 한다.

This presents the equivalent circuit model of solar cell with irradiation and temperature condition. Based on solar cell model, the photovoltaic module specification of manufacturer compare with photovoltaic module simulation and is investigated by simulation results. The obtained results indicate that residual of simulation value and specification value about photovoltaic module is lower. There is considerable validity in simulation of photovoltaic module. Thus, the optimum simulation of photovoltaic module array are studied in this paper. This paper propose the sizing optimization of photovoltaic module array for stand-alone photovoltaic system. Also, the proposed stand-alone photovoltaic system is setting in special region(in seoul). This paper presents simulation characteristic of optimization output power in seoul.

최근 전자책 시장이 활성화 된 계기는 잘 알다시피 2007년 아마존에서 킨들(Kindle)이란 전자책 단말기를 출시하고 부터이다. 전자잉크(e-Ink) 디스플레이 화면 기술을 적용하여 매우 가볍고 읽기 편한 화면의 단말기를 출시하였다. 2008년에는 빈스앤노블에서 Nook라는 단말기를 출시했으며 올해 4월에는 애플에서 LCD 화면에 태블릿 형태의 아이패드(iPad)라는 단말기를 출시해 사용자들의 획기적인 반응을 얻고 있다. 단말기 하드웨어가 전자책 시장의 중요한 성공요인 중에 하나이지만 이에 못지않게 콘텐츠의 확보와 서비스 모델이 중요하다. 이들 회사는 도서유통에서 시작해 다량의 전자출판 콘텐츠를 확보하고 또한 독자들이 용이하게 콘텐츠에 접근하도록 서비스하고 있다. 전지출판물 콘텐츠 시장에서 사용자들이 원하는 콘텐츠를 제작업체나 공급업체에 독립적으로 서비스 받으려면 콘텐츠 포맷과 DRM 기술 등에 대한 표준화가 지원되어야 한다. 이러한 표준화를 통하여 저자가 작성한 전자책 콘텐츠를 어느 출판사든 사용할 수 있어야 하며, 어느 유통사를 통해서든 최종 독자들에게 근본적인 변환 없이 서비스될 수 있어야 한다. 이번 특집호에서는 최근 주목을 받고 없는 전자출판물 시장의 동향을 살펴보고 국내에서의 전자출판물 육성방안, 전자책 포맷의 표준화 동향, 디지털교과서 표준화 동향, 그리고 전자출판 서비스 및 솔루션 기술에 대해 살펴보기로 한다. 이를 통해 전자출판물에 대한 이해를 돕고 향후 전자출판물 시장이 성장하는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

In this article, Channel 4 in Britain is the main theme since its alternative broadcasting system can shed the light to the Korean case. Korea is getting into the era of multimedia and including webcastings there are over thousands channels are available. However the infra-structure fur the broadcasting contents never seems to be matured to match its need. Instead Korean production system is rather vertically integrated into the Networks(KBS, MBC and SBS) which oligopolise the broadcasting in terms of supply. Even though 'Program Quota Regulation' has been established under the new Broadcasting Art(1999), the old habits die hard and still the independent producers have the unfair relationships with the Networks. Under this circumstance, Channel 4 can be the good example to show how well the alternative system can serve to the diversity of broadcasting and the taste of the minority. Channel 4 took almost 20 years to establish since there were enormous amount of debates about its public missions, ideal broadcasting system, whom it should serve for, etc. between all the social sectors including the independent producers. The social agreement was reached on the point that the new broadcaster should not produce but publish and it is called the 'publishing broadcaster'. In this sense, it can be managed effectively with comparatively little fund and at the same time, it can always have all different sorts of contents as well as genres very freely through 'commissioning process' or buying programs from even the most innovative producers. The 'commissioning process' is one of the key points which makes the Channel 4 so unique. The commissioning process is literally open to anybody, in particular, to the small scale producers with much innovative ideas. Channel 4 will support financially as well as with facilities and human resource to produce the program once after their program idea is accepted by the commissioning editor. Even better side of Channel 4 is about their financial success. From the beginning, the 'funding formula' helped in great deal to make the Channel 4 doing all sorts of innovative experiments. The history of 'funding formula' and its contribution are explained in the article, too. With all this effort, the article is hoped to bring discussion about the alternative broadcasting system which might help to prepare the new era of broadcasting.

급속한 정보 통신 기술의 발달로 인해 멀티미디어 재생 개발 기술들은 단순히 수동적으로 보고 듣는 재생 기술에서 벗어나 청취자 감성, 취향 등에 따라 보다 실감 있고 사용자가 능동적으로 재생할 수 있는 기술로 진화 하고 있다. 지금까지의 오디오 서비스는 음원 개발자 중심의 오디오 서비스, 즉 보컬 및 모든 악기가 믹스된 단일음원이기 때문에 사용자는 단순히 오디오 음원 개발자나 음반 제작사가 발매한 단일 음원을 일방적으로 수동적 청취할 수밖에 없다. 하지만 사용자 능동형 오디오 서비스에서는 사용자가 능동적으로 자신이 원하는 음악적 취향에 따라 능동적으로 각각의 객체 기반의 독립 음원을 선택, 감성에 따른 음원 효과 추가, 최적의 음원 청취 위치(Sweet Spot) 변경, 음원 및 스피커 재생 공간 및 위치 변경 재생 등을 할 수가 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 음원들을 입력받아 임의의 필터링을 실행하고, 사용자 음원 보정 정보, 출력 유닛의 공간적, 음향적 특성을 상위제어기로부터 입력받아 전신호경로 상에 디지털 신호처리 하여 출력신호를 생성하는 DSP 시스템 플랫폼 및 알고리즘에 관하여 소개한다.
