  • 최근 대규모 언어 모델의 활용 방법에 대한 많은 관심이 지속되고 있다. LLM이 생성한 정보의 가장 중요한 도전 과제는 출력 문장이 사실인지 판단하기 어렵다는 점이다. 본 논문은 하나 또는 복수의 LLM를 구조화하여, 생산되는 다양한 결과를 활용하는 방안을 탐구한다. LLM이 생성한 출력 정보를 고려하여 사실 관계 확인 과제를 수행함에 있어서, 성능 향상 가능성을 평가하기 위한 실험을 진행했다. 대규모 언어모델의 구조화를 통해 입력 정보의 제어를 할 경우, 기존 최고 성능보다 4.75의 정확도 향상을 관찰할 수 있었다.

국제 VAN의 동향과 과제

  • As IVAN(International VAN) becomes a major topic on the table of Korea U.S. Telecommunications Consultation, public concern to this area is growing. IVAN service has been dedicated to the business domain of PTT or public telecommunications operator, and its development has been so limited as well. However, the situation is being changed and IVAN liberalization is considered to be essential not to isolate itself from globilized networks. Seeing the fact UR is challengnign ITU in facilitating the trade of telecommunications services, the worldwide trend of liberalization is apparant. It should be addressed that a clear policy anouncement is necessary with regard to the liberalization of IVAN. The purpose of this paper is to conduct case studies of IVAN agreements and to draw policy oriented issues.

A Self-regulated Learning Model Development in Computer Programming Education (컴퓨터 프로그램 교육에서 자기조절 학습 모델 개발)

  • Information and knowledge society in the 21st century computer education is very important. Computer programming education in computer education is very important. There are very few teaching and learning model of computer programming education. In this paper, we develop a self-regulated learning model for students to be self-regulated learning. In this study, we propose self-regulated learning elements, a self-regulated learning steps and self-regulated learning modele. Self-regulated learning elements are task level, generalized level, and efficiency level. Self-regulated learning phases are problem understanding, design, and coding, testing, and maintenance. Self-regulated learning models are to copy, to modify, create, and to challenge. The results of this study are as follows. At Correlations between learning elements and achievement, generalized level, and efficiency level are higher than the task level. At Correlations between learning and achievement, Understanding and design stages are higher than the other stages. At Correlations between learning model and achievement, to transform, to create, and to challenge are higher than to copy.

Sustainability Practices to Achieve Sustainability in International Port Operations (국제항만 운영의 지속가능성을 확보하기 위한 지속가능활동)

  • Sustainability is a broad concept involving economic, social and environmental issues in operational and managerial processes. To assist ports to implant sustainability practices into their operations, this paper conceptualizes the structure of sustainability practice in port operations, based on interviews undertaken at Busan port in early 2013. Results revealed that, as a strategic practice to improve their internal business processes, sustainability practices necessitate the simultaneous pursuit of container traffic growth, low environmental impacts and corporate responsible image making, operational efficiency, efficiency of the use of the port area and sustainable growth. Through thematic analysis, the relevant practices were clustered into four sub-dimensions incorporating environmental technologies, continual monitoring and upgrading, internal process improvement, and cooperation and communication. Further, reporting the relevant issues such as barriers and challenges in carrying out sustainability practices, the findings provide useful insights for strategic agenda to assist ports to incorporate sustainability practices in their operations.

  • The Japanese government has carried out the power industry reform in three phases to supply power stably, control the rise of electricity tariff, and expand consumer choices. The reform of the Japanese electric power industry fosters new kinds of businesses as well as changes the competitive structure in which the enterprises participating electricity business compete. However, for the power industry restructuring to be done smoothly, the accompanying tasks should be carried out. Korea has also been devoting a lot of efforts to cultivate various types of new industries based on the convergence of energy and information and communications technology. If there are the same kinds of new industries between the two countries, the progresses of the industries can be compared to each other over a period of time.

  • This study deals with the changes in the government-funded research institutes (GRI) in terms of 'responding to social challenges and turning to the institutes that are pursuing sustainability transition'. The newly established societal problem-solving R&D projects in GRIs are core experiments for the transition. In order to discuss about the prospect of transition of GRIs, this study used focus group interview approach. In the interview, the GRIs's stance on the societal problem-solving R&D projects, and its process, problems and the policy direction had been discussed. It is suggested that the necessity of transition is discussed and transition experiments are proceeding on a small scale, but experiments are still underway in the existing framework. In order to facilitate the transition in GRIs, it is necessary to carry out the experiment and the vision making work from the inside the GRI.

  • The construction industry has challenges and opportunities for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The task of the construction industry is to improve the quality of construction, which is particularly necessary for the Fragile State. The construction industry's primary role is to provide jobs and maintain and improve the construction environment that affects the quality of life. Using the Delphi method and EFA in this study, [Pre-Execution] and [Execution] were derived as risk areas that require intensive hedge when penetrating the construction market in fragile states. It was concluded that the risk hedge to the master plan for the business conditions and infrastructure is the most important.

Building a Community of Practice of Research Data Curators: A Qualitative Study (연구데이터 큐레이터로 구성된 실천공동체 구축에 관한 질적 연구)

  • This study examined the activities of Community of Practice (CoP) of research data curators, including their community building and maintenance activities, by using activity theory as its main theoretical framework. The study used an embedded multiple-case study design for exploring the activities of three CoP of research data curators. The case study design used document analysis and semi-structured interviews to collect data. Besides the community building and maintenance activities, other activities were performed in the CoP of research data curators, which could be largely divided into curation activities, education activities, and communication activities. Membership was largely divided into institutional membership and individual membership, and the motives for members to join and contribute to the CoP vary from extrinsic to intrinsic motivations. Finally, we identified and categorized challenges and success indicators for CoP of research data curators as perceived by participants. In particular, we identified three types of challenges or contradictions the communities faced and 14 perceived indicators of success. This study informs the practice of research data curation by providing a knowledge base for building and maintaining a CoP of research data curators.

Systematic Literature Review of Smart Trade Contract Research (스마트 무역계약 연구의 체계적 문헌고찰)

  • This study provides a systematic review of smart trade contracts, examining the research trends and theoretical background of utilizing smart contracts and blockchain technology for the digitalization and automation of trade contracts. Smart trade contracts are a concept that applies the automated contract system based on blockchain to trade-related transactions. The study analyzes the technical and legal challenges and proposes solutions. The technical aspect covers the development of smart contract platforms, scalability and performance improvements of blockchain networks, and security and privacy concerns. The legal aspect addresses the legal enforceability of smart contracts, automatic execution of contract conditions, and the responsibilities and obligations of contract parties. Smart trade contracts have been found to have applications in various industries such as international trade, supply chain management, finance, insurance, and energy, contributing to the ease of trade finance, efficiency of supply chains, and business model innovation. However, challenges remain in terms of legal regulations, interaction with existing legal frameworks, and technological aspects. Further research is needed, including empirical studies, business model innovation, resolution of legal issues, security and privacy considerations, standardization and collaboration, and user experience studies to address these challenges and explore additional aspects of smart trade contracts.

  • 그래핀(graphene)은 우수한 전기적, 물리적인 특성을 지닌 물질로써 다양한 분야에서 이를 활용하려는 노력들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그중 그래핀을 채널로 이용하는 전계효과 트랜지스터(field effect transistor)로의 응용에 있어, 가장 핵심적인 도전과제는 전하농도(carrier concentration)의 제어 및 에너지 밴드갭(energy bandgap) 형성이라 할수 있다. 최근 다양한 물질을 이용한 도핑을 통해 이를 해결하기 위한 노력들이 진행되고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 열화학 기상 증착법(Thermal chemical vapor deposition)을 통해 합성된 단일층의 그래핀에 염화니켈 나노입자의 분산액을 스핀코팅 한후 열처리를 통해 그래핀-니켈 나노입자의 하이브리드 구조를 제작하였다. 제작된 그래핀-니켈 나노입자 하이브리드 물질의 구조적 특징을 주사 전자 현미경(Scanning electron microscope)과 원자힘 현미경(Atomic force microscopy)을 통하여 확인하였다. 또한 니켈 분산액의 농도와 도핑효과 와의 상관관계를 라만분광법(Raman spectroscopy)과 이온성 용액법(Ionic liquid)을 이용한 전계효과 특성분석을 통해 조사하였다. 나노입자의 형성 메커니즘은 X-선 광전자 분광법(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy)을 통하여 규명하였다.
