The purpose of this study is to examine how the Munjeonsa(SPC) has influenced the way terrestrial broadcasting networks produce drama. The study has three research objectives. First, this study investigates why the networks use SPC for drama production. Second, the study examines the features in the process of the setup and operation of SPC. Third, the study identifies the impacts of SPC on networks' drama production. This study analyzes which was produced by KBS SPC. The results of this study are as follows. First, networks introduce SPC to procure an enormous production costs and to manage the production system transparently and efficiently. Second, the feature of networks' SPC(KGCS SPC) is that it has a unique dual structure with main and project SPC. Third, SPC influences drama production system in various ways; revitalization of external investment, accounting transparency, growing of network's planning dramas, securing intellectual properties and revenue diversification.

To prepare the integrated safety management system 'e-navigation', research is being conducted on the route exchange for sharing intended routes between ship and ship, and between ship and land. But they don't have enough specific grounds for the effects of route exchange and the necessity of its introduction and focus on technical aspects like the implementation of route exchange. This study tried to quantitatively analyze the effects of route exchange on sailing safety with the use of ship handling simulation, integrate simulation performers' subjective evaluations, and investigate the effects of route exchange. The ship-to-ship route exchange resulted in the initial collision avoidance action time was 3.43 minutes faster, the collision avoidance direction change rate was 60 %, the proximity to target A was 31 %, and Mean Rudder Angle Index decreased by 57 %. In addition, 95 % of the survey respondents had an effect on the decision making of collision avoidance, 85 % had a positive impact on safety navigation, 90 % had an accident prevention effect, 70 % reduced the psychological burden of officers, and 70 % should be introduced in practice.

This paper was studied on influence analysis of Telecommunications Network in Electronic Government. Analysis method was studied of Policy Delphi. The five kinds of telecommunications network influence in Electronic Government is National Information Infrastructure Networt, Local Area Network, Integrated Services Digital Network Public Switched Telephone Network, and Cable TV Network. The five kinds of telecommunications network service influence in Electronic Government is Telecommuting Service, Internet Service, PC Telecommunications Networt Video Conference Service and Electronic Data Interchange Service. The five kinds of telecommunications influence in Electronic Government is as follow: First Telecommuting Service must be Constructed. Second, Public Administration Service must be improved. Third. citizen must be participated in decision making. Fourth, Public Administration duty service must be digitalizing. Fifth, Video Conference Service must be improved.

In this study, the effects of different mix proportions and fire scenarios (exposure temperatures and post-fire-curing periods) on fire-damaged concrete were analyzed using a nonlinear resonance vibration method based on nonlinear acoustics. The hysteretic nonlinearity parameter was obtained, which can sensitively reflect the damage level of fire-damaged concrete. In addition, a splitting tensile strength test was performed on each fire-damaged specimen to evaluate the residual property. Using the results, a prediction model for estimating the residual strength of fire-damaged concrete was proposed on the basis of the correlation between the hysteretic nonlinearity parameter and the ratio of splitting tensile strength.

An All-red clearance interval(AR) has been operating with amber signal in order to avoid collision between vehicles which cannot come out of the intersections, vehicles coming in from the opposite direction, and pedestrians(bicycles) on the crosswalk during the signal conversion time at the intersections. Foreign nations have been analyzing AR's influences of traffic accidents. On the other hand, the similar research has not been conducted in the country. The objective of this paper, therefore, is to analyze the safety at the intersections with respect to the installation of AR through the hypothesis test. A before-and-after analysis has been performed for 10 intersections where applied AR. From the 95% of significance level, the results of Non-parametric Test show that the installation of AR improves a safety at the intersections. The results indicates that AR discharges vehicles passing through the intersections and control entering vehicles at the intersections.

The Maritime Traffic Safety Audit Scheme was institutionalized in 2009 to provide for professional surveys, measurement and the evaluation of navigational hazards that might occur in coastal waters in the course of marine work. Related researches that dealt with the reform of the Maritime Traffic Safety Audit Scheme found that there were no rules or regulations for verifying whether marine work conformed to audit results and reviewing the exactitude of ship handling simulations which were a crucial part of the scheme. According to the necessity of adopting an ex post facto management system in the field of maritime traffic, this study analyzed the similar audit acts such as the Natural Environment Impact Audit Scheme and the Road Traffic Safety Audit Scheme, and proposed specific articles for revising Maritime Safety Act in order to break out from the institutional inertia of the current Maritime Traffic Safety Audit Scheme. It is expected that a newly proposed legal system for verifying the performance of audit results and the exactitude of audits will help improve maritime traffic safety by eradicating potentially hidden hazards related to marine work.

Purposes of this paper are to find out the implementation strategy of TPM activities for SMEs through the analysis which examine the relationship between key activity factors and business performance. TPM activity has been playing a important role to strengthen the competitive power of the enterprises through the optimization of equipment management and maintenance. This study has been conducted using the data collected from 124 SMEs propelling TPM activity. By analyses of the questionnaires, empirical results shows that TPM activities has positive effect on business performance. The contribution of this study is that it provides a conceptual framework and empirical evidence of the causal relationship between key activity factors and business performance. The result of this study can be used for selection of the performance measurement indicators for target achievement in TPM activity. And it will contribute for objectivity of activity performance in case of displaying measurement indicator showing the performance of TPM activity.

Smart working, along with the spread of smart device use, has recently garnered increased interest. The issue has become focused on low labor productivity over working time, work-life balance and social discussion. There has also been a shift in working styles due to the development of mobile, security, and cloud computing-related IT technology support and activation of the smart work environment. However, former research show concern that smart working may not meet the initially expected levels of productivity. This empirical study was carried out to introduce the impact of teleworking on increased productivity and satisfaction in companies and public institutions through user interviews, a socio-technical systems approach and surveys. To summarize the results of this study, 'Telework satisfaction' is directly influenced by 'Work-life balance', 'Telework-system fit, and 'Telework-job fit'. Direct impact factors of 'Telework productivity'are 'Telework-job fit', 'Telework satisfaction', and 'Telework environment quality'.

In this paper, I derived some function factors from ITA role in organization as to analyze what ITA function has influenced on ITA governance. The factors of IT governance system and their effects on the their organizations are discussed and the relationships are verified by empirical model. In result of statistical analysis based on the 223 case of organizations, it appeared that IT infrastructure, IT technology system and IT performance system of IT functions are the contributing factors on the IT Governance. The main analysis results described significantly are shows as follows. Through the introduction of ITA which has improved technology system support and performance system level, it is effected by the ITA Governance system building.. In special, focusing on IT infrastructure systemization., IT service level is expected to improve of the IT Governance sphere, This study is intended to propose how to improve information management efficiency through ITA.
