초고층 공동주택의 쓰레기처리 설비시스템

  • 도시로의 인구집중, 도시의 대규모화에 따라 고가의 부지에 대한 고밀도화가 요구되고, 주거부문에서는 그 대응 수단으로 초고층 공동주택의 건설이 증가 하고 있다. 부언하면, 대도시 도심부의 높은 지가 상황에서 가구당 건설비의 저감을 위한 고용적률화의 필요성, 새로운 도심지 주거스타일의 발생 및 그에 대한 대응, 도심지역 기능 재편 대책으로서 도심지역에 있어서의 상주인구 확보 등의 대응 수단으로서, 도시 주택의 한 타입인 초고층 공동주택 건설이 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 도심지 초고층 공동주택 건설의 기반에는 근년의 초고층 건설기술의 진보 및 발전이 있다는 것은 두말할 나위도 없다. 본고에서는 초고층 공동주택에 필요한 각종 설비시 스템중에서, 주거환경의 위생성및 쾌적성을 확보에 있어서 중요한 역할을 하는 쓰레기처리 설비시스템에 대하여 기술한다.

  • In this study, the first purpose is implementation of Regional Environmental Management System that is applied to the determination and limitation, execution of urban planning using Geographic Information System and the regional environmental problems in Sungnam are analyzed and presented. Also, the class of earth surface needed in the case of development of residing environment management model is determined using land utilization, the relationship of traffic and environment and the technique of residing environment analysis and assessment using regional environmental information is considered.

  • The purpose of this study is to, focusing on public rental housing, examine the influence of the management and living environment factors of multi-unit residential buildings upon their satisfaction with living, brand loyalty, and intent of recommendation, and investigate the mediating effect of the satisfaction with living. For this study, the researcher surveyed the residents of public rental housing facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, which resulted in the analysis of 331 responses. The data was analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The findings of this study are as follows; The management and living environment quality factors of public rental housing facilities had a direct impact on the satisfaction with living, brand loyalty, and intent of recommendation. And, the sub-factors of the management and living environment quality that influenced each variable were different among themselves. Also, the satisfaction level with living in public rental housing facilities had a significant impact on the intent of recommendation, while it had a mediating effect in the relationship between the management and living environment quality factors of public rental housing facilities and the intent of recommendation.

  • 악취는 인간이 직접 후각으로 느끼는 환경오염의 지표로서 극히 낮은 농도에서도 피해를 유발하여 대기질 전반에 대한 불신을 초래하게 된다. 악취의 주요 발생원으로는 정유공장, 화학공장, 하수처리장, 분뇨 및 축산폐수처리장, 쓰레기 매립지 등으로 발생원이 매우 다양하고 여러 가지 복합된 화합물이 원인이 되어 악취를 유발시키는 것이 특징이다. 우리나라의 주거여건은 주변환경을 충분히 고려하지 못한 개발로 공업지역과 주거지역이 근접 또는 혼재하여 악취오염에 근본적으로 취약한 구조의 도시가 형성된 곳도 있다. (중략)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the educational environment on the prices of studio apartments, known as officetels, in Korea. Since the revision of relevant laws in 2010, they have served as substitutes for residential purposes in areas suffering from housing shortage, especially where the educational environment is a significant factor. To assess the relation between the educational environment and rental rates, the hedonic price model and artificial neural networks were implemented. The national assessment of the academic performance of middle and high schools that were closest to each officetel, and the ratio of students going to special-purpose schools and private high schools were considered as independent variables. Research findings indicated that the positive effect of the dependent variable increased as the value of educational environment-related variables increased. This result could be utilized as a functional index for housing providers after considering educational environments.

  • Residential Environment Improvement Project (REIP) which has started in 1989 and continued with 3rd government-supporting project in 2013 has lots of policy changes and related studies. However, the related researches have focused on residents resettlement into the project site, this paper is more interested in the residents stability than residents resettlement. So, this paper analyzes the changes of residents stability on the site of REIPs (with 3 groups of dwellers, removers and newcomers). We survey about understanding of those projects, each interior physical housing characters, housing cost, outside settlement characters. On the base of case analysis, we can conclude as follows: firstly, the residents are more young, higher educated, and higher income but not alter to household, barrier, occupation. Secondly, REIPs have some positive influences on physical conditions of housing and outside characters but negative impacts on housing cost. In case of newcomers, there are no changes of housing size and room numbers but higher housing cost, better outside settlement conditions.

  • 산업혁명이 발달 이래 기계화, 산업화, 도시화가 계속됨에 따라 인간의 주거 환경은 획일화된 도시 공간, 환경파괴와 오염 등으로 쾌적함을 상실하게 되었다. 특히 근대에 이르러서는 합리성이나 효율성만을 앞세운 도시계획에 의해 인간은 도시환경에서는 물론 인간들 사이에서도 소외감을 느끼는 환경에 처하게 되었다. 자연친화적인 소재인 흙을 통한 자유로운 조형적 표현과 인간의 생화 속에서 기능적인 면에 도움을 준다는 도자 조형물은 도시환경개선과 도시문화 창출을 위해 그 영역을 확장할 수 있다.

A Comparison of Assessment of Child Friendly Cities by Parents and Child Service Providers in Selected Local Government (아동친화적인 지역사회에 대한 부모와 아동관계자의 인식 비교 - A기초자치단체를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the recognition of the Children's Rights Guarantees among parents and child service providers in a local community, and to explore ways to organize Child Friendly Cities. To this end, I analyzed survey data collected from a municipality based in Seoul, Korea, and discovered certain differences in recognitions of play and leisure, citizen and participation, safety and protection, health and social service, education, and housing. Among the six categories, the parents and child service providers recognized that education and housing were relatively well guaranteed whereas citizen and participation was less secure. Child service providers were more negative in the physical environment for building child-friendly community, while parents were more negative about the institutional / cultural environment, such as participation rights. Based on these findings, I suggested the following: First, the physical environment should refer to the standards of child welfare officers, and the institutional and cultural environment should refer to the parents' standards. Second, the participation of parents and child service providers as well as children should be expanded in the community decision-making process.
