Effect of Oxygen on the Magnetic and Recording Characteristics of Magneto-Optical Disk (광자기 디스크의 기록 및 자기적 특성에 산소가 미치는 영향)

  • The effects of differential partial pressures of oxygen during sputtering on the magnetic and recording characteristics of magneto-optical disks were investigated. Different flows of oxygen were deliberately introduced into the sputtering chamber to have a variety of partial pressures of oxygen during sputtering. A residual gas analyzer was employed to monitor the oxygen peak before, during, and after sputtering and to estimate the reacted oxygen amount. Most of the oxygen introduced into the chamaber was reacted during sputtering. As the partial pressure of oxygen increased, the oxygen content of the TbFeCoCr film increased also. The oxygen appeared to be bound as Tb-O, effectively decreasing the magnetically active Tb content of the film The coercivity decreased but the squareness of the Kerr hysteresis loops was still excellent. The perpendicular anisotropy was not significantly affected by oxygen amount. The carrier-to-noise ratio, includi!1g the write power sensitivity and bias field sensitivity did not change too much with oxygen content in the film The disks sputtered with oxygen showed better bias field sensitivity with lower write power threshold than the disk sputtered without oxygen, due to high demagnetization during domain formation. No significant degradation of coercivity for the disk sputtered oxygen was observed during an accelerated aging test.

  • 3D printer is based on an additive manufacturing technology, which helps in creating the three-dimensional object using a 3D drawing. It is used in various fields, because it prints out a variety of three-dimensional products in a short period of time. In this paper, we consider a technique using the FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling) method by dissolving the ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) resin among a diversity of printing technique and materials. This kind of the 3D printer prints out a product in high temperature and cools down it. In this process, a flection phenomenon is occurred according to the size of the printing product and the surrounding environment. Conventional methods for mitigating this phenomenon maintain the temperature at the optimum level, but they require using additional devices. In order to minimize the flection phenomenon in 3D printing products without additional devices, in this paper, we propose a noble technique, which creates holes on suitable positions when they are designed by 3D drawing tools. Also, we suggest mathematical model for the proposed method, and measure and analyse a printing output using a proposed technique.

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of the smart phone camera on the company's employees or employees of partner companies, we want to block things in advance. In this paper, we propose a smart phone camera control system which is connected with the personnel access right which enables to share the photographed image of the authorized user and the data shot only within the enterprise. To this end, we have developed the installation status of smart phone control program (MCS: Mobile Camera Control System) of employees, employees and visitors of company, and experimented and analyzed whether the smart phone control program installed in the authorized area. In addition, when visitors visited the company, the effect of prevention of photograph shooting through smart phone camera and the cost of seal sticker attached to the smart phone camera lens part were reduced.

A Study of Construction method of installing High-Voltage Lead-in (특고압 인입공사 시공방법연구)

  • The construction method in electrical room with hydro power generation is well informed in drawings and according to this method, to master the actual working conditions. It's necessary to consult location of KEPCO liability threshold with the KEPCO side, therefore make a decision to install the underground cable in hydro power station in each state, including outdoor pipes and manholes. Undulating rigid polyethylene conduit (125C) and CNCV-W extra high cable are laid and installed, to make a closely analysis to the construction by reviewing its process. In this work, the key part of the KEPCO power system for House of Commons is actually based on liability threshold, even including outdoors pipeline construction, high voltage underground electrical wiring and switchgear installation. It directly reveals the contents of the proposed construction methods about Housing Corporation and the High Voltage Switchgear Installation Inlet.

EConnectivity and Accessibility Measurement of Facilities in a Residential Complex (주거단지시설의 연결성 및 접근성 연구)

  • In this study, two residential complexes, both built in the New City area after 2006 and both composed of over 500 households, were selected to estimate an efficient accessibility and connectivity index using accessibility and connectivity theories and methods from previous studies. With architectural blueprints, the nodes and edges of both residential complexes were drawn out and the accessibility matrixes were derived using these nodes and edges. As a result, the connectivity indices of both residential complexes were lower than 1, the accessibility index of Dong-tan was 86.922 being smaller than the accessibility index of Ilsan, 96.199, and the efficiency index of both residential complexes were similar being 0.26. With these indices it is expected to geometrically estimate the residential complexes and predict the pedestrian passing conveniences.

Accuracy Evaluation of Cadastral Surveying using Data of Parcel Based Land Information System (필지중심토지정보시스템 자료를 이용한 지적측량 정확도 평가)

  • Cadastral surveying is related to demarcating legal boundaries and areas for the sake of registering a properly on cadastral records or restoring registered boundaries on the ground. It is composed of control surveying (cadastral triangulation and supplementary control surveying) and detail surveying. Detail surveying is classified into plane table surveying by graphical cadastral map and numerical surveying by boundary point coordinates. In this study we compared the accuracy of plane table surveying with numerical surveying using Parcel Based Land Information System(PBLIS) data constructed by the cadastral map digitalization business. In conclusion the result by numerical surveying was analyzed as more accurate than the result of plane table surveying, as Root Mean Square Errors(RMSE) of graphical cadastral surveying is 0.766m and that of numerical cadastral surveying using Total Station(T/S) is 0.683m. Therefore, PBLIS data is expected to be used for surveying legal boundaries and areas in the near future.

  • This study is on the spatial composition of accommodation area in accommodation barge. The accommodation barge which is used as living facilities for offshore plants' workers can be classified into Accommodation Work Barge, Accommodation Pipe Lay Barge and Multi-purpose Accommodation Barge. We study on the spatial composition of accommodation area in Accommodation Work Barge, most frequently used, through analyzing G.A drawings of the barges. The spatial composition has great influences into the convenience and amenity for workers' daily life in the accommodation area of accommodation barge. The spatial composition of accommodation area shows many characteristics not in horizontal arrangement on any deck but in vertical space arrangement on layers of decks. The particular types of vertical space composition can be classified into 'Centralized Type' and 'Dispersive Type'. These two types will be the basis of space planning for new accommodation barge.

Turbo Coded OFDM Scheme for a High-Speed Power Line Communication (고속 전력선 통신을 위한 터보 부호화된 OFDM)

  • In this paper, performance of a turbo-coded OFDM system is analyzed and simulated in a power line communication channel. Since the power line communication system typically operates in a hostile environment, turbo code has been employed to enhance reliability of transmitted data. The performance is evaluated in terms of bit error probability. As turbo decoding algorithms, MAP (maximum a posteriori), Max-Log-MAP, and SOVA (soft decision viterbi output) algorithms are chosen and their performances are compared. From simulation results, it is demonstrated that Max-Log-MAP algorithm is promising in terms of performance and complexity. It is shown that performance is improved 3dB by increasing the number of iterations, 2 to 8, and interleaver length of a turbo encoder, 100 to 5000. The results in this paper can be applied to OFDM-based high-speed power line communication systems.

  • 환경부는 화학물질로 인한 국민건강 및 환경상의 위해(危害)를 예방하고 화학물질을 적절하게 관리하고, 화학물질로 인하여 발생하는 사고에 신속히 대응함으로써 화학물질로부터 모든 국민의 생명과 재산 및 환경을 보호하기위한 법률인 "화학물질관리법"을 2015년 1월 1일부터 시행하였다. 화학물질관리법에서는 유해화학물질의 취급기준과 유해화학물질 취급시설의 설치 및 관리 기준을 준수토록 하고 있으며, 유해화학물질 취급시설을 설치 및 운영 시에는 사전에 화학사고 발생으로 사업장 주변 지역의 사람이나 환경 등에 미치는 영향을 평가하여 유해화학물질 취급시설의 설치단계에서 안전성을 확보하기 위한 유해화학물질 화학사고 장외영향평가서를 작성 및 제출하도록 하고 있다. 또한 사고대비물질을 규정 수량이상 취급하는 경우 위해관리계획서를 작성하여 지역사회에 고지하도록 하고 있다. 법 시행 이전에 유해화학물질 취급시설을 설치한 사업장은 사업장 규모에 따라 장외영향평가서의 제출 유예기간인 2019년 12월 31일까지 제출하여야 하며, 사고 대비물질의 영업허가를 득해야하는 사업장은 2017년 내 장외영향평가서를 제출하여야 한다. 장외영향평가(off-site risk assessment(ORA)) 제도는 유해화학물질 취급시설의 기본평가정보(공정 정보), 장외평가정보(사고 시나리오 선정 및 위험도 분석), 타 법령과의 관계정보로 구성되어 있다. 장외영향평가의 효율적인 작성을 위하여 현장과 일치된 공정정보(공정개요 및 공정도면 등의 자료)의 확보가 필수적이다. 본 발표에서는 복잡한 장외영향평가 제도로부터 기업의 대응을 위한 장외영향평가 운영 절차와 장외영향평가서의 효율적인 작성을 위한 사전 준비 자료 및 작성 방안을 제시하여, 사업장에서 장외영향평가 제도를 이행하는데 도움을 주고자 한다.

  • The final purpose of this study is to explore morphological change of Shenyang in the period of the rising Chung Dynasty. For that purpose we have tried to build the historical GIS DB of site and analysis of the structure and shape pattern of the city by using the functions of GIS. From the view of spatial structure and cultural context, main characteristics, which is derived from the analysis of ancient map of Shenyang, can be summarized into five things as follows ; transformation of open spatial structure into closed structure, combination of horizontal spatial structure with vertical structure, transformation of practical spatial structure into symbolic structure, transformation of natural spatial structure into institutional form of ancient Chinese capital city, conservation of traditional Manchurian culture.
