도메인 기반 단백질 상호작용 예측 기법은 지난 몇 년 동안 활발히 연구되어 왔다. 도메인 기반 접근 방법 중에서도 도메인 조합 기반 단백질 상호작용 가능성 순위 부여 기법은 예측 정확도면에서 다른 기법보다 월등한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 그러나 학습 집단을 사용하는 특징 때문에 전체 도메인 정보를 이용할 수 없는 단점이 있다. 또한, 이 시스템은 도메인 정보가 부족하여 다른 기능을 하는 단백질이라도 같은 도메인 정보를 보여주기 때문에 예측 시스템의 결점을 드러내고 있다. 도메인 조합 기반 단백질 상호작용 가능성 순위 부여 기법은 InterPro 데이터베이스의 도메인 정보를 기반으로 사용한다. InterProScan은 InterPro의 여러 멤버 데이터베이스의 정보를 기반으로 Sequence 분석을 하는 소프트웨어로써 검색 후 단계에서 찾아낸 결과들을 e-value를 기반으로 여과한다. 본 논문에서는 제시된 e-value를 조정 방법을 사용함으로써 단백질 내 도메인 패턴의 다양화와 기존 도메인 정보가 없던 단백질의 도메인을 새롭게 발견할 수 있으나 접근 방식의 한계가 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 지면의 표적물 및 하늘과 구름애서 산라되어 나오는 방향성 복사량을 효 율적으로 측정하고, 이들 산란광에 의한 Remote Sensing(원격탐사) 자료해석상의 영향을 조사 연 구하기 위해 만들어진 나선형식으로 회전하며 거의 전반구를 11초 이내에 주사하는 Sphere-Scanning Radiometer의 자료를 분석하는 데 필요한 software(S/W)들을 개발하였다. 개발 된 S/W 에는 개개의 측정자료가 기록될 순간에 측정기의 Field of View (FOV)에 의해 실제로 산란광이 집적된 지표면상의 부분을 시각적으로 나타내 주고 복사강도를 Grey Level로 나타낼 수 있는 도면표시 Algorithm과 FOV각의 크기에 따라 overlap부분의 면적을 계산하는 Algorithm 등이 포함되어 있다. 또한, 실험농장에서 본 radiometer로 측정한 자료를 이 S/W를 사용하여 분 석해 본 결과 밝혀진 몇 가지 방향성 복사량의 특성들을 간단히 소개 하였다.

본 연구는 공단이 수행하고 있는 중소형 강선 건조검사에 대한 현장 건조검사 매뉴얼 개발을 목표로 하여, 공단의 강선건조검사 수행 현황, 기준 및 검사공정을 분석하고 검사 관련하여 공단이 보유하고 있는 매뉴얼의 현황을 조사하여 현장검사 매뉴얼을 작성하기 위한 그 구성 및 범위를 정하였다. 위의 조사 내용을 바탕으로 개발된 현장 건조검사매뉴얼은 총톤수 500톤 미만의 선박길이 24m 여객선을 대상으로 하였으며, 선박 건조 공정 순으로 관련 검사사항 및 참고사항을 나열하고 그림과 도면 등을 첨부하여 건조검사 경력이 없는 검사원이 활용할 수 있는 보기 쉬운 매뉴얼이 되도록 하였다.

There are unique aspects of truck vehicle movements compared with the personal travel in trip chaining. This paper reports an analysis on the truck vehicle trip chaining which intercity/metropolitan/intraregional trips are classified. Data collected from the travel dairy survey is used the truck trip-chaining analysis. The pattern of trip chaining classes is classified by the GIS mapping based on orgin-destination trip information. The physical index and efficiency index for each trip diary is used to the truck vehicle activity. Truck trips lengths and time differs from its truck type, service type and travel patterns. It is shown that the efficiency of the truck trip chaining depends on vehicle types and its delivery patterns. There are many other topics for research on trip chaining modeling such as the classification of trip chain, time use and mode choice by trip chaining.

본 연구의 목적은 외환위기의 주요 파급경로 중 하나인 금융부문의 환율위험 노출현상을 90년대 우리나라의 실제 데이터를 통하여 실증분석함에 있다. 동 연구를 수행함에 있어 장부상 나타나는 회계적 환율위험 대신 간접적인 경제적 위험을 포함하는 포괄적 환율위험을 분석의 대상으로 정의하고, 시장에서 평가되는 금융기관의 기업가치가 환율변동에 얼마나 민감하게 노출되어 있는가를 동 위험의 측정수단으로 채택하였다. 또한 랜덤워크모형과 더불어 일종의 자본자산가격결정모형(CAPM)에 환율위험요인을 추가하여 모형을 구성함으로써 실증분석의 이론적 적합성을 제고하였다. 시장평균환율제도가 채택된 90년 3월부터 최근까지를 표본기간으로 한 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같이 요약가능하다. 첫째, 산업별로는 은행 및 보험산업이 비교적 환율위험에 노출되지 않았던 반면, 종금 및 증권산업은 환율위험에 상대적으로 크게 노출되어 있었으며, 동 노출의 방향은 원화가치의 절하가 금융기관의 시장가치에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 방향으로 노출되어 있었다. 둘째, 종금 및 증권산업의 경우 95년 이전보다는 이후의 시기에 환율위험에 대한 노출도가 유의하게 나타나 90년대 후반기에 가속화된 자본거래 자유화가 이들 금융기관의 환율위험 노출정도를 증가시켰을 가능성을 시사하고 있다. 셋째, 은행 및 종금부문을 대상으로 개별 금융기관 주가의 패널자료를 이용하여 실증분석한 결과, 은행산업 또한 90년대에 걸쳐 환율위험에 유의하게 노출되어 있었던 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 은행부문보다는 종금부문이 노출도의 크기나 통계적 유의도면에서 환율위험에 더욱 노출된 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 개별 금융기관의 환율위험 노출도를 추정한 결과 은행부문은 약 19%(상장은행 26사 중 5개), 종금부문은 약 52%(상장종금사 29사 중 15개)가 환율위험에 유의하게 노출되고 있었으며 이들 은행의 절반 이상 그리고 종금사의 대부분이 원화절하가 금융기관 시장가치에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 방향으로 노출되어 있었던 것으로 분석되었다. 동 실증분석 결과는 97년말 급격한 원화가치의 하락이 이들 금융기관, 특히 종금부문의 재무건전성 악화에 치명적인 영향을 끼침으로써 금융위기를 더욱 촉발시키는 한 메커니즘으로 작용하였음을 시사하고 있다.

This paper analyzes the relations between design errors, prevented by building information modeling (BIM)-based design validation, and their impacts in order to identify critical consideration factors for implementing BIM-based design validation in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) projects. More than 800 design errors detected by BIM-based design validation in two BIM-based projects in South Korea are categorized according to their causes (illogical error, discrepancy, and missing item) and work types (structure, architecture, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)). The probabilistic relations among the independent variables, including the causes and work types of design errors, and the dependent variables, including the project delays, cost overruns, low quality, and rework generation that can be caused by these errors, are analyzed using logistic regression. The characteristics of each design error are analyzed by means of face-to-face interviews with practitioners. According to the results, the impacts of design error causes in predicting the probability values of project delays, cost overruns, low quality, and rework generation were statistically meaningful.

Becoming construction projects larger and more complicated, and utilizing more varied and complex contracting and delivery systems in the industry, integrating information and managing constructability from project inception to completion became the most critical tasks for the successful project management. However, current industry practices of constructability analysis which are too much dependent on field engineers and managers' experiences, are not performed efficiently and also not managed effectively. Then the scope, method, and procedure in performing analysis tasks are not certain as well as not systematic, In addition, due to using 2D based drawings and documents, information required at project phases for the analysis is inconsistent and inaccurate. This study aims to suggest the use of BIM technology and functions for solving various problems of current constructability practices. In particular, constructability analysis tasks performed at design and construction stages are identified and their adaptability, applicability, and benefits of BIM are investigated through interviews on constructability and BIM professionals in the industry.
