  • Korean cadastral system is primarily based on the graphical maps, thus, map reproduction by excessive shrinkage or extension, map mishandling and imperfection of surveying techniques have created cadastral non-coincident areas, which caused public distrust as well as considerable difficulties in land administration and policy making. Therefore, in this study, the methodologies for the resolution of the non-coincident problem are presented by means of a comparative analysis between cases of the non-coincident areas. The non-coincidence caused by the mismatch of parcel boundaries can be settled by introducing a coordinate-based system, namely $\ulcorner$Integrated Land Information System$\lrcorner$, meanwhile, those by other reasons can be done by establishing and executing a plan that can deliver the unification of the cadastral and the land registration systems. Governmental intention and budgetary measures for securing the project expenses are essential to make this feasible. If the comprehensive improvement project is completed, the cadastral registers that define the parcel boundary, area and ownership will recover public confidence, which in turn secures land owners' rights by promoting land markets and stabilizing land prices.

  • These days, we can't confirm cadastre information about stereoscopic digital map that was consist of 2 dimensions and more difficult to understand of detailed parcel boundary, area, land using for 3 dimensions. An each local government providing three-dimensional that are connected to an aerial photograph with cadastre maps. Satisfaction is high for citizens but, this service additional cost for purchase of an aerial photograph order to provide of it. So far, in various ways are under study about three dimensions using Google Earth which is possible to provides 3 dimensional information by real time for individual parcel situation. The purpose of this study was analyzed an accuracy of overlapping between cadstre maps and an image on Google Earth Web in the each different coordinates system. Also, this paper could be provided for use possibility of 3 dimensions information service with an indicator of using or a guideline of direction for local government which provide 3 dimensions information oneday.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate that which Goon office buildings were reused from existing buildings and to identify remodeling and extension ways of the reused to match Goon's administration work. This study used literature research method, i.e., analysing the digital images, the annotation, and the official documents between the Japanese government-general of Korea and To(道), and articles of newspapers and journals. The reused were governmental offices of Joseon(朝鮮) dynasty, existing Goon office buildings of Korean empire government and old buildings with unknown purposes. They were remodelled and extended to match Goon's administration work. Common remodelling was making large space with desks for civil petitions and projecting an small entrance from the center of main building's facade. Common extension was constructing accessory buildings with simple wooden structure, locating them to back or side of the reused, and connecting them through external corridor. As many as 30% of 218 Goon office buildings were reused. About 57% of them were replaced as new office buildings, however the number of the new was rapidly decreased after mid 1930s.

  • It is very important entity that a map of urban facility is in civic life and development of city. But now, there are many needs of computerization which was used for management of urban facility map because inefficiency was produced due to management of urban facility map by hand. This paper, it was showed that a processing of establishing database in computer by applying GIS. The used sample area in studying in Ansan city in Kyunggi province and a sewer pipe which was in there adapted to establish database in computer. A map of administration district, which is 1:38,000, a map of complex urban planning of city, which is 1:3,000, and the facility map were used for the input of spatial data and the address, the year when sewer pipe was burried, and the quality of pipe, the pipe diameter, and the length of pipe were used as attribute data. Relational structure was used for establishment of database then, searching, analyzing, and processing were possible. Additionary, the result of this studying can be used for replacement of a old sewer pipe, a material quantity which is related with repairement of sewer pipe, and calculation of time, cost by application program framed by Fortran.

  • In other to construct a subway, we have to consider the position of the subway and acquisition of a topography, profile-map, cross-map, underground facilities map. All information of underground is demanded accurate location in other to prevent of accident of underground in subway construction. We must think about water lines, sewer lines, electronic lines, telephone lines, all urban gas-line because these are needed construction the subway. And attributes of underground facilities recorded on topography are characteristics. length, width. number, position, and depth of the lines. We have to record these attributes because these are very important to design map on subway construction. If we develop GIS (Geographic Information System) to use the exact in-formation of the underground facilities, we can be management safely and prevent very dangerous accident as fast as possible. In this study, attribute informations are linked geographic informations about underground facilities and we can develop Underground Facilities Management System(UFMS) to analysis dangerous region through dangerous degreed and predict accident range with these informations.

  • Generally, there are two methods which generates the base map of Geo-Spatial Information System(GSIS). one is the digitizing of existing map, and the other is the analytical plotting method editing data acquired by sensors using computers. But the analytical plotting method and method of the digitizing of existing map is technically complex and has the disadvantages in the costs and time. The subject region of study(the Kwangyang province), was photographed by aircraft, and photographing scale was 1/6,000. Then this area was divided into two specific regions, the residential area, and the agricultural area. In this study, we developed the algorithm that generated base map of database in GSIS from the aerial photo. This algorithm is as followed. First, the digital aerial photos were generated using these aerial photos. Second, these digital aerial photos were enhanced by implementing the histogram equalization. Third, the objects of the enhanced images were extracted by implementing thresholding and edged detection techiques of image segmentation. Finally, these images could be used to updated the base map of database in GSIS. The result obtained from this study showed that method used by this study were more efficient than existing method in costs and time.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate interjoint and intersegmental coordination of lower segments in skill process. For the investigation, we examined the difference of resultant linear velocity of segments and angle vs angle graph. Novice subjects were 9 male middle school students who have never been experienced a taekwondo. We analyzed kinematic variables of Side Kick motion through videographical analysis. The conclusions were as follows. 1. Examining the graph of novice subjects' maximal resultant linear velocity of the thigh, shank, and foot segment, as it gets closer to the end of the training, the maximal resultant linear velocity in each segment increases which can be assumed to be a result of the effective momentum transfer between adjacent segments. 2 This research showed a sequential transfer from trunk, to thigh, and then to shank as it gets closer to the end of learning at intersegment angular velocity, and it also showed pattern of throwlike motion and pushlike motion. 3. In three dimension of flexion-extension, adduction-abduction and internal-external rotation of the thigh and shank segment, the angle-angle diagram of knee joint and of hip joint showed that dynamic change was indicated at the beginning of learning but stable coordination pattern was indicated like skilled subject as novice subjects became skilled.

  • To explore the preservation parameters of a prototype anti-inflammatory drink containing a Helianthus annuus seed extract, we first examined sweetness, pH and color changes, and temperature effects during preservation. Over 25 days, pH rose slightly from 3.50 to 3.65. Small color changes in L, a, and b values occurred on prolonged storage. Temperature most affected storage properties, which differed considerably at $10^{\circ}C$ and $40^{\circ}C$. Microbiological safety tests showed that the prototype drink was safe; neither general bacterial contamination nor Escherichia coli growth occurred. We concluded that the prototype drink was biologically and microbiologically safe on preservation.

  • The purpose of this study is to construct the AM/FM system for a university. The sample area used in this study is the Gyeongsang National University in Chinju City, Korea. The layout maps, which scale are 1/1200, 1/3000 and 1/5000, a map of planning of common duct, which scale is 1/1200, and the facility maps which scale is 1/200 were used for input of spatial data. The year of pipe buried, materials of pipe, pipe diameter, length of pipe, depth of pipe buried and slope of pipe buried were purpose of efficient data searching, analyzing, and processing. It was revealed that rapid providing of facility informations and efficient facility management are possible using the constructed the AM/FM system for a university.
