This study examines the most recent successful venture development practices in the United States, Israel, Germany, Finland, and China. The purpose of this study was to find out which foreign country's venture promotion policy is appropriate to korea, why foreign country's venture policy is appropriate to korea and why it is not appropriate, and to draw policy implications for domestic venture promotion and development. The research method was conducted by 50 panel of venture experts using Delphi research technique called 'expert consensus'. As a result of the Delphi research, Finland's venture promotion policy has received the highest evaluation in the usefulness, ease and suitability. Like Finland, the establishment of venture ecosystem through organic activities of private, government, industry, academia, and research was analyzed as the first priority for domestic venture policy. Analyzed. In addition, it was analyzed that the venture policy followed by the private sector under the government's strong promotion policy was no longer appropriate.

This study tried to analyse the factors to promote sport cooperatives as the solutions to overcome those problems of present sports industry. The results of this study By Using the priorities of AHP on promoting factors of sport cooperative in Korea, could be suggested as follows. In advance, the basic directions were suggested in order of economical, social, cultural, and institutional factors. And next, the promoting strategies were suggested as follows: 1st, setting directions on the essentials of cooperative. 2nd, securement of the finance by business management development and organization ability improvement. 3rd, acquaintance with the basic laws of cooperative and securement of administrative support. 4th, social contribution through cooperation and interaction among cooperatives. 5th, making local communities through constructing networks among cooperatives. 6th, development of business models with membership systematizing and efficiency pursuit.

With the enforcement of the infrastructure management act, the importance of utility tunnels that jointly accommodate life-lines such as electricity, communication, water supply, and heating facilities has increased. The currently applied utility tunnel maintenance system is managed in an accident-preventive safety-based evaluation method. However, this evaluation method has limitations in effective maintenance. In this study, performance evaluation items were derived through the Delphi method to suggest a criterion for quantitatively evaluating the performance of utility tunnels, and the weights for each item were calculated through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In the future, it is judged that a more reasonable performance evaluation standard of utility tunnel can be prepared if modifications and supplements are made through field application.

Protective facilities are the last means of ensuring the survivability of personnel and assets, and there is a greater amount of matters to consider than those of general buildings. However, the Defense Military Facilities Criteria and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Ordinance No. 20, are only considering the expected enemy threats. In this study, we use objective and statistical methods to refine the consideration of the required capacity of protection based on the opinions of the experts. Specifically, the study adopts the Delphi technique associating the experts related to 30 defense military facilities criteria. The first-round questions were open-ended, and it compiled the points to consider related to the bulletproof and explosion - proof design. The second questionnaire was applied as closed questionnaire with 7 points scale methods. As a result of the factor analysis on the opinions of the experts, it was confirmed that the protection requirement level was due to METT + TC.

Currently, people are paying more attention to smart home businesses. Therefore, the research on smart home system is becoming important. Smart Home App, which is an important component of smart home system, needs to consider the development of evaluation indicators for usability. In this regard, this paper takes smart home App as the object to develop the usability evaluation indicators of smart home App design. For this purpose, this study performed three rounds of survey by using the Delphi method. In the first round, 8 suitable areas were selected by collecting opinions from experts and analyzing the Content Validity Ratio, which was derived from literature review. Based on the results of the first survey, a total of 38 evaluation items were collected through prior research and user interview surveys. For the 38 collected evaluation items, 27 evaluation items have been selected by analyzing Average Value, Standard Deviation, Content Validity Ratio, Consultation and Convergence in the second and third rounds. The result of this study can be used as a guideline when evaluating the usability of smart home App design.

The purpose of this study is to develop a design guideline to provide user-friendly experience and convenience for the online support system for the curriculum at primary/secondary schools. To achieve the objective, best practices of overseas on the online support system for curriculum as well as prior research were analyzed. In addition, UX/UI usability problems and needs were derived through a survey of 74 professionals and teachers who are monitoring NCIC and high school credit system sites. Based on the analysis of best practices of overseas and survey results, the draft of the design guideline was derived, and Delphi method was conducted by experts to re- vise the design guidelines and evaluate their validity. This study is meaningful in that it suggests the direction of improvement of the system currently being serviced and the direction of the design of the system to be developed in the future, by providing design guidelines that can be generally applied to online support systems that perform tasks related to the curriculum.

This study aims to analyze and compare the activating factors of domestic and overseas scuba diving resorts. Our delphi survey was conducted three times in 30 experts who involved in operation and management including scuba diving resort management representative and training team leader. As a result of comparing the activating factors at domestic versus overseas, it was found that common important activating factors included expansion of convenient facilities at public diving places, installation of safety and medical facilities for divers, development of first aid system including AED and oxygen ventilator, requirement of convenient facilities such as water lift and toilet in diving boat, installation of diving boat screw safety system, local boat operation guideline, regular course training program for scuba diving, employment of professional scuba diving instructor and guide, communication and promotion through various SNS portals, promotion by divers' word of mouth, involvement in regional Diving Resort Association, involvement in Korean Diving Association, communication and mutual benefit with local fishing villages, and linkage policy with local tourism industry.

This study aims to develop a core competency model for adult college students. For this purpose, the core competencies of adult college students were derived by analyzing domestic and foreign literature studies. And the Delphi survey was conducted for the validity of core competencies. The SPSS 18.0 program was used for analysis. As results of the analysis, there are 11 core competencies of adult college students derived: communication, problem-solving and meta, interpersonal, personal management and development, digital information literacy, major knowledge, citizenship, convergence, character, professional job, and global. The core competency model of adult college students was developed by assigning numbers from 01 to 11 based on the results of the Delphi survey. Core competencies of adult college students were organically linked, so the cultivation of one core competency affects other core competencies.

The purpose of this study is to develop security subjects that require engineering security knowledge. In particular, Engineering knowledge is required to perform security tasks such as smart factory security. However, although there are similar specialties such as mechanical security instructors, industrial security managers, and industrial security specialists(CPP), they are not based on engineering knowledge. Accordingly, Delphi analysis through expert interviews was used to derive a job analysis of security engineering. And I was able to sort out the necessary knowledge. Research Results 1-Line Security for Perimeter Security Architectural Structure, Architectural Dynamics, Including Septed, Control instrumentation including smart factory security for building security with 2-Line security, With 3-Line security, it was divided into ergonomics and mechanical expenses for indoor security. As a result of the survey, by age, those in their 30s showed the highest response with 75.8%, and by job, industrial security officers with 76.4%. This could be seen as a desire for a environmental security engineering certificate by practitioners in the industrial security field.

In this study, after defining motivating efficacy operationally, we developed a draft of the Motivating Efficacy Scale for Mathematics Teachers (MESMT), a measure of mathematics teachers' motivating efficacy, through the literature review and an expert Delphi survey, and conducted the exploratory factor analysis using online survey responses from 347 elementary and secondary mathematics teachers across the country to explore the factor structure of the measure and to test its validity and reliability. The exploratory factor analysis resulted in the deletion of 17 items from the initial 42 items developed through the literature review and expert Delphi survey and the identification of four factors (Providing successful experiences, Eliciting attention and engagement, Creating mathematics case-based relevance, and Providing extrinsic rewards), resulting in a final MESMT of 25 items. The MESMT developed in this study is a valid and reliable measure of mathematics teachers' motivating efficacy, and is expected to serve as a starting point for many subsequent studies to understand mathematics teachers' motivating efficacy and improve mathematics teachers' ability to motivate students' mathematics learning.
