In this study, description elements of National Archives of Korea(NAK) and National Assembly Archives(NAA) were collected and analysed based on PDI(Preservation Description Information) of OAIS Reference Model(ISO 14721). As for NAK, records management guideline published in 2009 and metadata standards published in 2007 were analysed. As for NAA, Records management manual published in 2009 and metadata applied in national assembly records management system were analysed with group interviews. As a result, improved metadata details and sub-elements were suggested based on OAIS PDI concepts and Calanag's and Russell's research.

While discussions on ESG are actively taking place in Europe and other countries, the number of countries pushing for mandatory ESG information disclosure related to non-financial information of listed companies is rapidly increasing. However, as companies respond to mandatory global ESG information disclosure, problems are emerging such as the stringent requirements of global ESG disclosure standards, the complexity of data management, and a lack of understanding and preparation of the ESG system itself. In addition, it requires a reasonable analysis of how business management opportunities and risk factors due to climate change affect the company's financial impact, so it is expected to be quite difficult to analyze the results that meet the disclosure standards. In order to perform tasks such as ESG management activities and information disclosure, data of various types and sources is required and management through an information system is necessary to measure this transparently, collect it without error, and manage it without omission. Therefore, in this study, we designed an ESG data integrated management model to integrate and manage various related indicators and data in order to transparently and efficiently convey the company's ESG activities to various stakeholders through ESG information disclosure. A framework for implementing an information system to handle management was developed. These research results can help companies facing difficulties in ESG disclosure at a practical level to efficiently manage ESG information disclosure. In addition, the presentation of an integrated data management model through analysis of the ESG disclosure work process and the development of an information system to support ESG information disclosure were significant in the academic aspects needed to study ESG in the future.

The Records Appraisal Review contains the processes and results of appraisal works for records. This study is an analysis of the 2018 Records Appraisal Review of 22 Local Education Offices where records managers were deployed. To ensure reliability of analyzing results, the analysis data preparation criteria were applied to maintain consistency in the analysis data preparation. Also, statistics by appraisal process and retention period were cross-checked. Through the analysis of the Records Appraisal Review identifies the actual condition for records appraisal. Based on this, the improvement measures that are applicable in practice were proposed in terms of records management of department, appraisal works of records manager and operation of Records Appraisal Review Commission.

Recent proliferation of building information modeling (BIM) has actively stimulated integrated utilization of geometric (graphic) and non-geometric (non-graphic) data. Nevertheless, physically and logically, linking and maintaining these two different types of data in an integrated manner requires enormous overhead efforts for practical implementation. In order to address this problem, this paper proposes a concept and structure of the object breakdown structure (OBS) that facilitates advanced BIM implementations in an automated and effective manner. Proposed OBS numbering system has secure rules for organizing graphic objects in full considerations of effectively integrating with non-geometric data (e.g. cost and schedule). It also removes repetitive linking process caused by design changes or modifications. The result of applying this concept to a housing project revealed that only 120 definitions controled over 6,000 graphic objects for full integration with cost and schedule functions.

This study is empirical research to enhance understanding of AI (artificial intelligence) training data project in South Korea. It primarily focuses on the various concerns regarding data quality from policy-executing institutions, data construction companies, and organizations utilizing AI training data to develop the most reliable algorithm for society. For academic contribution, this study suggests a theoretical foundation and research model for understanding AI training data quality and its antecedents, as well as the unique data and ethical aspects of AI. For this purpose, this study proposes a research model with important antecedents related to AI training data quality, such as data attribute factors, data building environmental factors, and data type-related factors. The study collects 393 sample data from actual practitioners and personnel from companies building artificial intelligence training data and companies developing artificial intelligence services. Data analysis was conducted through Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) and Artificial Neural Network analysis (ANN), presenting academic and practical implications related to the quality of AI training data.

The purpose of this study is to find the cause and solution of the situation where library LOD does not spread after the introduction of library LOD. Research methods include literature research, case studies, and expert interviews. The improvement plan presented in this study is that first, the library needs to avoid the redundancy of the LOD construction target and build the only and specialized data. Second, libraries need to develop LOD services that reflect user needs and implement convenient LOD interfaces. Third, libraries need to establish identification system of data and build a authority file. Fourth, libraries need to recognize the necessity of data opening and linking to librarians and users, and provide opportunities for education and publicity. Fifth, it is necessary to use LOD for integrated search and to establish an integrated platform for search of library LOD. Sixth, libraries need to strengthen cooperation for LOD issuance and utilization, and form a working-level consultative body. Seventh, the government should pursue strong policies with a continuous commitment to LOD promotion and need to continue to provide budget support.

Recently, structural health monitoring system(SHMS) has been appled cable bridges as the effective maintenance tool and the management threshold is considered to assess the status of the bridge in SHMS. The threshold is generally determined by the allowable limit based on design specification because there is no method and standard for threshold calculation. In case of the conventional thresholds, it is difficult to recognize the event, abnormal behavior and gradual damage within the threshold. Therefore, this study reviewed the problem of previous methods and proposed the advanced methodologies based on probabilistic approach for threshold calculation which can be applied to practice work. Gumbel distribution is adopted in order to calculate the threshold for caution and warning states considering the expectations for return periods of 50 and 100 years. The thresholds were individually determined for measurement data and data variation to detect the various abnormal behaviors within allowable range. Finally, it has confirmed that the thresholds by the proposed method is detectable the abnormal behavior of real-time measuring data from SHMS.

To plan a software project, the manager (1)make a work breakdown structure (WBS), (2) estimate efforts for each task, (3) assign employee to each task, and (4) estimate overall schedule. When software project becomes complicated, the possible combination of WBS, effort, and employee assignments dramatically becomes larger. Software planning tool can help software project managers to deal with this complexity. In this research, we discuss with a group of experts who work in software industry, to elicit practical requirements that should be considered in the software planning technique. Considering these requirements, we develop a software project planning tool APP (Automatic Project Planner) which provide effort estimation based on historical knowledge data and automatic human resource allocation. Our technique can be the basis of reasonable and practical software project planing.

Airlines tried to introduce training programs in connection with practical work in order to provide more effective education and training. To this end, airlines have been conducting evidence-based training(EBT) to strengthen the practical capabilities of aviation personnel and enhance safety culture. Airlines can systematically evaluate the capabilities and practical capabilities of aviation personnel by analyzing operational data and case studies for effective EBT model development. In addition, EBT models can be constructed by applying technical methods such as crew resource management (CRM) and a holistic approach that includes human factors. Due to the introduction of EBT, airlines will establish diagnostic and feedback systems for pilots' practical work, provide personalized education, and establish an education and training system that verifies the effectiveness of education through educational outcomes.

Demand for big data analysis and AI developers is increasing, but there is a lack of an education base to supply them. In this paper, by developing a cloud-based artificial intelligence education platform, the goal was to establish an environment in which practical practical training can be efficiently learned at low cost at educational institutions and IT companies. The development of the education platform was carried out by planning scenarios for each user, architecture design, screen design, implementation of development functions, and hardware construction. This training platform consists of a containerized workload, service management platform, lecture and development platform for instructors and students, and secured cloud stability through real-time alarm system and age test, CI/CD development environment, and reliability through docker image distribution. The development of this education platform is expected to expand opportunities to enter new businesses in the education field and contribute to fostering working-level human resources in the AI and big data fields.
