  • Traditional market is a place filled with traditional culture and sentiments of the local population, so this is not just a commodity trading places that has been at the centre of our life, including culture and the local economy and the people of the community. However, many consumers still ongoing by the facilities that aging is deprived to the department stores and hyper-marts. Production of an Antihyperlipemial HMG-CoA Reductase Inhibitor from Bacillus cereus D-3 (Bacillus cereus D-3로부터 항고지혈증 HMG-CoA Reductase 저해제의 생산)

  • For the purpose of production of a novel antihyperlipemial HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor from bacteria, a bacterium which showed the highest HMG-CoA reductase inhibitory activity was isolated from traditional Doenjang. This strain was identified as Bacillus cereus (D-3) based on its microbiological characteristics and 165 rRNA sequence analysis. The maximal HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor production from Bacillus cereus D-3 was obtained by cultivation in a Glucose-CSL broth containing 2% glucose, 0.6% corn steep liquor, $0.04%\;K_{2}HPO_4$ and $0.05%\;KH_{2}PO_4$ at $30^{\circ}C$ for 36 h. The final HMG-CoA reductase inhibitory activity under the above conditions was 39.4%.

  • There are approximately 250,000 organic livestock farming in the world. The total retail value of organic food sales in the world is $ 27 billion. The organic livestock products such as milk, lamb and beef are marketed mostly in Europe and the USA. The market share of organic food is about 2% in total food marketing value of worldwide and of the organic food marketing value, organic livestock products portioned 17% in the USA. The organic livestock products are primarily marketed at Supermarket(Europe), Health and Natural Food store(USA). Concerning international trade, it is very little. But it is increasing among the developed counties of Europe. In the future, the production of organic livestock products will be rapidly increased in South America, Middle East and Oceania, but the growth rate will be limited due to its expensive price, lack of marketing-infra and different regulation system. Most of developed countries drive organic farming policy strongly as the strategic means of rural development, diversifying agriculture system and environmental improvement.

  • A conceptual design study for a pyroprocesing facility, has been carried out in this study, which is available for the recovery of uranium and transuranic elemental group(TRU), that is, reusable as a nuclear fuel especially in a next generation-type reactor. The scale of this facility has been chosen as 20 kg HM/batch, comparatively small engineering size in order to collect scale-up data for the design of a commercial facility as well as to get operational experience. The spent fuel to be handled in this process is as follows : 3.5 % enriched uranium fuel, 35,000MWd/tU and 5-year cooled. The major items considered in the conceptual study are a building lay-out including various hot cells, safety management of the process operation in conjunction with material balance control, radiation safety, inert atmosphere control in shielded hot cells, and criticality control of uranium and TRU products.

Development of Air-floating Conveyor System for FPD (FPD용 공기부상 이송컨베이어 시스템 개발)

  • The CRT(Cathode Ray Tube) displays have been substituted for FPDs(Flat Panel Displays) such as LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and PDP(Plasma Display Panel) because they have a convex surface, large volume and heavy weight. The productivity of FPDs is greatly dependent on the area of thin glass panel with $0.6{\sim}0.8mm$ thickness because FPDs are manufactured by cutting a large-scaled thin glass panel with patterns to the required product dimensions. So FPD's industries are trying to increase the area of thin glass Panel. Through FEM(Finite Element Method) analysis and fluid analysis, we developed an non-contact and air-floating conveyor system which consists of transport-module, distributor, horizontal/vertical changer and controller for the 7th generation glass panel (2,200mm in width, 1,870mm in length and 0.7mm in thickness). The design technology developed in this study can be effectively applied to a conveyor system for a larger-scaled thin glass panel.

연구논문 - 국내 고급윤활유 시장의 유통구조 개선에 대한 연구(I)

  • 국내정유산업의 후방부문인 윤활유사업은 산업의 발전과 함께 국내 진출, 다국적석유기업에 의하여 원료 및 첨가제의 공급에 의한 단순생산과 마아케팅을 하여 국내시장을 지배하여 왔다. 또한 중화학공업의 발달과 함께 산업기계에 요구되는 윤활유제품도 다양화와 품질고급화로 시장구조가 점점 변화되고 있다. 국내윤활유총생산량중 65$\%$의 시장을 가지고 있는 고급윤활유시장은 4개 제조회사에 의하여 96$\%$의 시장을 유지하고 있다. 각 제조회사의 시장확대정책에 의하여 각대리점에 대한 유통경로의 관리가 중요 마아케팅전략음 되고 있는 실정이다. 제조회사의 대형 소비자에 대한 직매, 직영대리점, 일반대리점에 대한 유통기구중 많은 판매비중을 차지하고 있는 일반대리점에 대하여 4P를 기준하여 대리점측 입장에서 마아케팅 믹스를 분석하였다. 제조회사가 판매대리점에 취하는 마아케팅 전략중 직접적인 방법과 간접적인 방법이 시장관리에 나타나는 갈등정도를 가설로 설문지를 작성하여 6월 10일부터 6월 19일까지 경인지역은 조사원에 의한 직접방문과 지방은 등기우편에 의하여 50개 일반대리점에 송부하여 60$\%$의 회수율을 보였다. 응답자료를 통하여 제조회사의 직접적인 시장관리방법과 간접적인 시장관리방법을 사용시 일반대리점에 대한 갈등해소 정도를 상관분석을 통한 통계처리를 하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같은 사실을 얻을수 있었다. 제조회사가 일반대리점에 실시하는 직접적 또는 간접적인 시장관리는 일반대리점에 대하여 갈등해소에 커다란 작용을 하지 못한다. 따라서 제조회사는 유통경로에 대한 전략을 첫째, 일반대리점과 직영대리점과의 시장에 대한 마찰해소 둘때, 대리점에 대한 안정적인 판매이윤제공 셋째, 계획적인 판매대리점간 시장경쟁조정 넷째, R & D 투자강화로 제조회사 차원에서 공동으로 산학협동하여 첨가제 및 상표의 국내개발을 이루어 제품가격인하로 장기적인 시장개발이 요청된다는 결론을 얻었다.

Control of micro stickies in OCC recycling process by flotation technology (플로테이션 기술을 이용한 OCC 재생공정의 마이크로 스틱키 제어)

  • 라이너지는 대부분의 원료물질을 고지로부터 얻고 있는 친환경적 상품이 다. 그러나 고지를 원료로 사용함에 따라 많은 문제가 발생하게 된다. 그중 원료와 함께 유입되는 다양한 종류의 오염물질로 인하여 기인되는 스틱키는 강도를 저하시킬 뿐 아니라 얼룩 및 반점을 형성하여 제품의 질을 떨어뜨리 고, 또한 설비를 오염시켜 수명 단축 및 세척에 의한 조업중단 등 생산성 저 하를 가져온다. 이러한 문제는 초지기의 대형화와 고속화, 용수조건의 악화 및 고지 재활용율 증가 등의 이유로 더욱 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 라이너지 생산공정의 가운데 지료조성공정의 매크로 스틱 키 정량분석을 통하여 전반적인 분포를 조사하였다. 그 결과 매크로 스틱키 는 스크린과 클리너를 통해 다량 제거되고, 공정상의 기계적 에너지에 의해 더욱 미분화되어 제어가 어려운 마이크로 스틱키로 진행되고 있음을 확인하 였다. 또 지료 분급을 위하여 설치된 플로테이션 설비는 기존의 정선설비인 스크린과 클리너에서 제거되기 어려운 마이크로 스틱키를 제거할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 실제 공정의 마이크로 스틱키 정량이 가능한 설비를 제작 하였다. 제작된 설비는 마이크로 스틱키의 정량 뿐만 아니라 환경의 변화에 따른 마이크로 스틱키의 침착성 변화를 볼 수 있도록 하였고, 또한 현장조건 에 적합하도록 다량의 지료분석과 손쉬운 작동이 가능케 하였다. 제작된 마 이크로 스틱키 정량설비를 이용하여 현장 플로테이션 공정을 대상으로 마이 크로 스틱키를 정량한 결과 리젝트의 지료에서 더 많은 량의 마이크로 스틱 키가 존재함을 확인하였다. 이는 소수성의 마이크로 스틱키가 기포와 함께 리젝트로 배출되고 있음을 보여주고 있으며, 또한 3종의 분급된 지료에서 와 이어상에서 탈수된 각각의 백수를 분석함으로써 백수 재활용에 따른 마이크 로 스틱키의 농축현상올 밝혔다. 플로테이션 과정중에 마이크로 스틱키의 거동 파악과 제어를 향상시키기 위하여 MCC를 이용하여 준비된 마이크로 스틱키 모텔물질을 이용하여 실험 실적 부유부상 실험을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 플로테이션 공정의 마이크로 스틱키 제어 최적화 방안과 고농도의 마이크로 스틱키를 함유한 지료의 처 리를 방안을 검토하였다.

The Effects of Bakery Worker's Occupational Asthma and Rhinitis on Job Performance and Turnover Intention (베이커리 종사자의 직업성 천식 및 비염이 직무 성과와 이직 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the effects of occupational asthma and rhinitis on job performance in order to maintain the health of bakery workers and to increase manufacturing productivity. Hotel bakery workers, small bakery businesses, bakery franchises and bakeries in large discount stores, located in Seoul, Kyungki and Incheon were sampled for the study over the period of December 1 to 15, 2008. A total of 245 samples were used for the final analysis. To verify the hypothesis established for the study, we conducted frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS 12.0, a statistical package, to derive a conclusion. As a result of this study, it turned out that occupational asthma and rhinitis in bakery workers does affect job performance as well as motivating the intention to quit job. It is recommended that in order to increase the job performance of bakery workers and reduce their desire to quit job, their work environment should be improved and that training about occupational asthma and rhinitis should be provided for the prevention and reduction of disease.

  • In Web2.0 environment, with advanced platform technologies, global vendors such as Google, Microsoft and Yahoo provide competitive geospatial services based on global map and satellite image. But the relatively low level of platform technologies has not rapidly increased the land information and geospatial service markets in Korea. For the ubiquitous next generation Internet, as a one of the R&D projects by Korean Land Spatialization Group, the project for platform technologies has being made to provide customized land information and geospatial service. The platform technologies can be categorized for streamming, mashup and geosearch. More specifically, the 2D/3D Hybird streamming engine, mashup engine for u-GIS service and next generation search engine for land information have being developed. In this context, the strategies for efficient development and use of geoweb platform technologies are required. This study surveys the present geospatial products and services using of platform technologies to propose the strategies for efficient development and use of platform technologies. The strategies for efficient development and use of platform technologies can be proposed focusing on target market and each of platform technologies.

An Experimental Study on Forming an Axi-Symmetric Dome Type Closed-Die Forging Product Using Modeling Material(I) (모델링재료를 이용한 축대칭형 돔형상의 폐쇄단조 성형 연구 (I))

  • An experimental study on forging an axi-symmetric dome type of AISI4130 was carried out using modeling material. In order to verify the validity of the experimental data, a similarity study between plasticine and AISI4130 has been made. Friction conditions were characterized by ring test for the various lubricants. For the closed-die forging experiments of an axi-symmetric dome type of AISI4130 using the plasticine, various cylindrical billets with different aspect ratios were forged and different flash width to thickness(W/T) ratios were used in order to determine the optimum forging conditions. As W/T ratios decrease forging loads decrease while excess volumes increase. It was found out that the experimental results reproduce the similiar results available in the literature. As a result of these experiments, it was construed physical modeling is an excellent tool for forging process simulation at a practical level.
