Perception Level of Nurses and Auxiliary Nurses for Radiological technologist (간호사와 간호조무사가 지각하는 방사선사 인식도)

  • The study conducted a survey on the perception level for radiological technologists with 321 nurses and auxiliary nurses working at university hospitals in Busan in order to supply preliminary data to enhance the status as well as professional images of radiological technologists. The result shows the perception level of $3.02{\pm}0.42$ with the highest score for the professional image and the lowest score for the business image. By question, 'they are professional' gets the highest score while 'they understand problems of patients well' gets the lowest. Among respondents, those who are well aware of education courses as well as leading organization of examination and who answer as a health care provider or a medical technician under the medical law show a high level of perception while those who answer as technician show a low perception level. Those who agree with radiologists as a career and consider their status as high in medical institutions have a high level of perception. In order to improve the perception level, individuals as well as associations' promotion and strategies are required to fix the title and enhance the negative images through active interests and kind attitudes toward patients. Also, efforts to escape from previous images limited to technical colleges, to vitalize academic conference and remedial education, and to frame the law of professional radiological technologists system are asked to heighten the qualification and status of radiological technologists. More than that, advertising and monitoring via mass media are needed to develop the image as professional career men as well.

An Analysis on the Change in Pre-service Teachers' Perceptions about the Images of Young Children (예비유아교사가 인식한 유아 이미지 변화 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze pre-service teachers' perceptions and change on the images about young children. The subjects of this study were 31 students in the early childhood department at a university. It was a longitudinal study conducted for four years. The data regarding the images that students had about young children were collected by having them answer a question. The question was "Young children are... Because of..." Subjects were asked to answer that question when they were freshmen and then, to answer the same question when they were seniors in order to see the change. A content analysis and frequency were conducted. The study of the results could be summarized as follows. Firstly, from their first year to senior year, the images that pre-service teachers perceived such as, vibrant active beings and beings with various characteristics" did not change. However, the images such as "being who was capable of interacting with environments" had changed. And the new image which viewed a child as a being who should be respected emerged. Secondly, the factors that influenced the image changes were based on the experience of working as assistant teachers at an early childhood setting, and practicum. Therefore, a systematic work on assistant teachers should be done and a concept about child-center education should be built.

  • 기업 내의 정보 시스템은 기업 내 모든 정보를 저장하여 관리하여 의사 결정 지원 및 고객 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 등 기업의 이익은 물론 기업의 이미지, 신뢰도 등에 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 대학의 정보 시스템은 대학 행정, 학사 업무, 연구 지원 등을 한다. 특히 학사 정보 시스템의 경우 대학의 개교 이래 학생들의 모든 수강 기록, 성적 등의 기록이 저장되고 관리되어지는 매우 중요한 시스템이다. 그러나 열악한 대학 재정의 한계로 학사 정보 시스템의 중요성에 비해 백업 시스템을 전혀 운용하지 않고 있거나, DAT 복사 등의 매우 초보적인 수준으로 백업 시스템을 구성 및 운용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학 내 학사 정보 시스템의 안정적인 운용을 위하여 2년여 동안의 시스템을 분석한 후, 대학의 열악한 재정 상황을 고려하여 E-IDE 디스크 기반의 스토리지를 이용한 네트워크 기반의 백업 시스템을 설계, 구현한다. 또한 설계, 구현한 백업 시스템을 사용하는 경우 일, 주, 월 등으로 학사 정보 시스템의 정보를 안정적으로 백업하고 운영할 수 있다. 특히 천재지변, 화재 등 예상치 못한 장애에 대하여서도 효과적인 대처가 가능하다.

The Convergent effect of Nurses' Image and Major satisfaction on Career Identity of Nursing Students (간호대학생의 간호사이미지와 전공만족도가 진로정체감에 미치는 융복합적 영향)

  • This study is a descriptive research designed to determine the effects of nurses' image and major satisfaction on nursing students' career identity. For this purpose, the study made a questionnaire survey of 117 nursing students attending at K college located B city. Data collected from the survey were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 program. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, participants showed significant differences in nursing students' career identity on grade and motivation of entrance. Second, there were correlations between nurses' image and nursing students' career identity and also between their major satisfaction and career identity. Third, nursing students' career identity was influenced by their relationship satisfaction between professors and students, which are sub-factors of major satisfaction, but nurses' image did not influenced their career identity. Therefore it is needed to provide nursing students with educational and interventive programs that help their better their relationship satisfaction between professors and students, continuous attention and guidance are necessary to facilitate communication and career guidance between professors and students.

  • Brand is the major enduring asset of a company and more valuable than the totality of specific products and facilities. Thus brands are powerful assets that must be carefully developed and managed. The company should design and implement marketing activities and marketing communication programs to build and grow the brand value. Strarbucks, Samsung Galaxy, and Nike brands get a price premium and generate strong customer loyalty. A power brand has high brand equity, which is the differential effect that brand knowledge has on consumer response to the marketing of that brand. Brand equity is created when brands have strong, favorable and unique brand associations with customers and high level of brand awareness. Therefore marketers in building a strong brand should ensure to develop the right type of customer experiences with products and effective integrated marketing communication(IMC) programs to create the brand equity. Since 2007 Sinhan card acquiring the LG card has developed the new brand identity and carefully managed the advertising campaign and other marketing communication mix tools to create the high brand awareness and differential brand image. In this case study we examine how Sinhan card with the goal of being No.1 brand in the credit card market has developed and implemented the IMC Strategy to build a high level of consumer brand awareness, unique brand image and strong customer relationship.

A Study on the Image Positioning Strategy of University -focusing the measured image value of private university in Busan- (대학이미지 포지셔닝전략에 관한 연구 -부산지역 사립대학의 이미지 평가값을 중심으로-)

  • Local universities are faced with rapid environmental changes in 2000's. Therefore local universities are required to research for more specialized marketing strategy such as positioning strategy. The objectives of this study are to examine what are the most important university images and image position of 7 universities'. In order to this study, 276 questionnaires collected from university in Busan area are analyzed by t-test, anova. The results of this study are summarized as follows (1) the most important university images are ranked in the order 1) prospect of getting employment(4.78), 2) possibility of development (4.35), 3) confidence(4.31), 4) research ability(3.97). It is true that practical images get high grade, traditional image such as research ability remains yet as a very import image. (2) Except (A, F) & (B, E) university, common position is not found among the 7 universities, therefore each university cultivate important image as G university dose. (3) Private university are underestimated by student of national university. There is a necessity for cultivating and promoting private university images. (4) Students of private university, particularly students of F university, overestimated their university images seriously.

  • Due to the influence of COVID-19, many changes have been made in the education methods in universities. In respomse, this study intendsto present an efficient learning method by identifying the impact of professor images on learning immersion and the learning satisfaction of classes taught with blended learning for university students majoring in beauty at H University in Seoul. For final analysis, 232 of the 234 questionnaires administered from May 17, 2021 to June 2, 2021 were analyzed. For statistical analysis, SPSS 21.0 was utilized; frequency analysis was conducted to identify demographic characteristics, factor analysis was used to verify the research model, and regression analysis was conducted to verify the hypothesis. First, images of professors have been shown to affect learning immersion. Second, the professor image were shown to affect learning satisfaction. Third, education immersion has been shown to affect educational satisfaction. In order to overcome the limitations of online lectures in universities that suddenly began with onset of COVID-19, it is believed that students' satisfaction can be increased by applying blended learning as a way to improve the quality of classes.

Seoul 1988 Olympic Marathon Course Selection Process and the Image Strategy of the Urban Landscape (88 서울올림픽 마라톤 코스의 결정 과정과 도시 경관 이미지 전략)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the selection process of the marathon course and the progress of the related urban landscape design projects. The study revealed that the initially selected course of the downtown Namdaemum changed to the riverside course that runs around Gangnam and Han river. This change implied that showing the developed landscape of Seoul was much more considered than showing the traditional landscape of Seoul. The urban design plan had changed in 1986 after the marathon course was finalized. The development project of downtown was changed to Gangnam area including Teheran-ro. The city also redeveloped the substandard housing zones around the Olympic facilities. As a result, developed areas and modern apartments of the riverside was emphasized in international TV game broadcast. This embedded the industrialized and modernized image of Seoul to foreigners. Also, Koreans started to recognize the Han river as Seoul's representative landmark. Accordingly, Seoul succeeded in creating a modernized urban landscape image through the Olympic marathon course.

  • 최근 머신러닝 기술의 발달에 따라 이를 활용한 레이더 자료기반 강우예측기법이 활발히 개발되고 있다. 기존 머신러닝을 이용한 강우예측모델 개발 관련 연구는 주로 한 지역에 대해 수행되며, 데이터 기반으로 훈련되는 머신러닝 기법의 특성상 개발된 모델이 훈련된 지역에 대해서만 좋은 성능을 보인다는 한계점이 존재한다. 이러한 한계점을 해결하기 위해 사전 훈련된 모델을 이용하여 새로운 데이터에 대해 모델을 훈련하는 전이학습 기법 (transfer learning)을 적용하여 여러 유역에 대한 강우예측모델을 개발하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 사전 훈련된 강우예측 모델로 생성적 적대 신경망 기반 기법(Generative Adversarial Network, GAN)을 이용한 미래 강우예측모델을 사용하였다. 해당 모델은 기상청에서 제공된 2014년~2017년 여름의 레이더 이미지 자료를 이용하여 초단기, 단기 강우예측을 수행하도록 학습시켰으며, 2018년 레이더 이미지 자료를 이용한 단기강우예측 모의에서 좋은 성능을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 훈련된 모델을 이용해 새로운 댐 유역(안동댐, 충주댐)에 대한 강우예측모델을 개발하기 위해 여러 전이학습 기법을 적용하고, 그 결과를 비교하였다. 결과를 통해 새로운 데이터로 처음부터 훈련시킨 모델보다 전이학습 기법을 사용하였을 때 좋은 성능을 보이는 것을 확인하였으며, 이를 통해 여러 댐 유역에 대한 모델 개발 시 전이학습 기법이 효율적으로 적용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

The Role of Integrating Mediators Between Market Orientation and Performance of Hotels (호텔의 시장지향성과 사업성과간 통합적 매개변수의 역할)

  • 본 연구는 시장지향성이 사업성과에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 시장지향성의 관점에서 사업성과와의 관계를 조명 해보고, 시장지향성과 사업성과간의 관계 연구에서 통합적 매개변수들의 역할을 연구하였다. 기존 선행연구에서 매개변수로 사용한 종업원 만족, 차별화 전략, 벤치마킹, 혁신, 경쟁전략, 시장지향성, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직간 정보공유 둥을 통합하여 변수들의 중복을 피하고, 상호 독립성이 유지되는 변수들만을 채택하여 종업원만족, 혁신, 경쟁전략의 선택과 실행 등 3개의 변수를 도출하였으며, 여기에다 국내 선행연구에선 아직 사용하지 않은 조직학습을 신규 매개변수로 추가하여 기업역량변수로 설정하였다. 또한 고객만족, 서비스품질, 서비스충성도(애호도), 서비스이미지, 기업이미지, 등을 통합하여 고객만족, 서비스품질, 충성도 등 3개의 변수로 도출하였으며 신규 매개변수로써 기업과 고객간 정보공유를 채택하여 고객반응으로 명명하였다. 여기에서, 각각 4개씩 도출된 변수들은 각각 하나의 차원으로 통합하였으며, 두 차원의 통합적 매개변수들이 어떠한 인과적 역할을 하는지 보다 깊이 연구하였다. 연구가설은 6개의 가설 중 시장지향성과 사업성과 간 기업역량과 고객반응의 통합적 매개변수들의 간접효과가 지지되어 4개의 가설이 채택되었다. 그러나, 시장지향성과 사업성과 간의 직접효과와 기업역량과 고객반응의 중복매개는 기각되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 공헌을 제안하였으며, 끝으로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제언하였다.
