본 연구는 연세대학교의 주요 건물인 언더우드관, 아펜젤러관, 스팀슨관의 평면계획에 대한 특징을 비교 검토하고자 한다. 이 건물들은 일제강점기에 서양 선교사들에 의해 건립된 대표적인 대학으로서 가치가 있다. 게다가, 이 건물들은 마스터플랜을 먼저 제작하고 각각의 건물들이 건립되었다. 그래서 이 건물들은 많은 공통점을 가지지만 반면에 각 건물들은 개별적인 특성 또한 가지고 있을 수밖에 없다. 이 연구는 각 건물들의 계단, 복도, 홀 등의 공용공간을 비교 분석하여 각 건물들의 서로 다른 점을 특징으로서 찾아보고자 하는데 첫 번째 목적이 있다. 각 건물들은 서로 다른 기능을 포함하여야 했기 때문에 평면 계획에서 공용공간과 각 실들의 배치 방식 등이 서로 다르게 적용될 수밖에 없었다. 두 번째로는 평면 계획과 마스터 플랜, 입면 계획, 구조계획 등 다른 건축 계획과의 연관성을 찾고자 하였다. 이러한 연관성은 각 건물들이 가진 평면계획의 개별적인 특징들이 각 건물의 전반적인 건축계획에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지 알 수 있을 것으로 보았다.

‘스웨덴 룬트공과대학에서는 건물계획에 있어서 컴퓨터해법의 사용에 대한 연구사업을 수행하였으며, 이 사업은 스웨덴국립건축연구소의 경제적 지수으로 이루어졌다. 본고에서 룬트대학의 연구생인 Cole씨는 이 사업의 일부를 기술하고 있다. 그는 여기서 주로 1층이상에 대한 Whitehead와 Eldars의 산술해법과 컴퓨터에 의하여 작성된 평면배치의 동선 정의에 따른 해법의 개발에 관하여 논한다. 프로그램이 그 일부를 차지하고 있는 설계체계는 각종 컴퓨터해법을 종합할 수 있도록 하는 체계개발의 시도라고 할수 있으며 이러한 종류의 시스템은 사실상 해법에 대한 직접적인 정보의 이용과 함께 건물의 다각적인 설계를 가능케 한다.

과학기술처가 마련한 기능대학 법안 전문30조와 설립계획안이 6월2일 경제장관회의에서 의결되었다. 고급기능 관리자인 기능장의 의성을 위해 세워질 기능대학과 대학부설 기능대학은 수업년한 2년이며 기능대학은 창원기계공단등 정부가 지정하는 곳에 설치되며 대학부설 기능대학은 국공립 대학이나 사립대학에 설치할 수 있다. 과기처는 우선 창원기계공업 기지내에 기능대학 1개를 설립하기로 하고 서독차관140만달러 포함 내외자 36억원을 들여 시범교를 운영하기 위해 추경예산에 부지조성비로서 4억8천만원을 요청 연말까지는 정식발족시키기로 하였다. 과기처는 건물과 시설을 79년까지 갖추고 기계, 금속, 전기전자등 주로 중화학공업분야 과목 신입생을 모집 이수자에게는 기능자아 자격을 수여하게 된다. 다음은 기능대학 설립 추진 경위와 설치 계획 전모이다.

In the 21st century numerous universities continue to have an interest in building a more sustainable campus. The concept related to sustainable development and sustainability is applied to new master plan of university or university building planning. The field of sustainable development can be conceptually broken into three constituent parts: environmental sustainability, economic sustainability and social sustainability. The realization of sustainable development will become when considered eco-friendly life of users, not only environmentally friendly technologies. This study aims to research the method of sustainable access to university building planning in Europe and Canada. First, certification and standards will focused on acquisition Green Building Certification. Then we look at trends of sustainability based on users and community through the system of prior consultation between university and users. For the desirable development of the sustainable campus, the sustainable planning of campus should be investigated with campus community, members and local residents considering the generation, the preservation, the maintenance of existing building.

대전산업대학교에서는 대학의 장기발전계획에 맞추어 기존건물과 조화를 이루며 대학 특성에 맞는 지식정보센터로의 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 새로운 건축문화의 상징으로 중앙도서관을 건립코자 현상설계경기를 실시, 총 14개 작품이 응모된 가운데 신화(엔)건축(김인수+최재인)안을 당선작으로 선정, 지난 10월 20일 발표했다. 일반공개경기 방법으로 진행된 이번 설계경기의 우수작은 시원건축(박창권)안이, 가작에는 이방건축(김광출), 천일건축(한규봉), 선건축(오선교)안이 각각 선정됐다.

수 세기에 걸쳐 대학이 성장함에 따라 이는 주변의 커뮤니티와 더욱 밀접한 관련을 지으며 발전하거나 변화하게 된다. 초기의 작은 도시는 19세기를 통해 산업화를 겪고 중심지로 발전하게 되며, 대부분의 도시들은 대학을 중심으로 산업과 연구의 기조를 형성하고 이는 문화적으로 다양한 인구의 밀집지를 이루는데 한 근간이 되어왔다. 대학을 중심으로 구성되어 있는 커뮤니티는 그 자체가 하나의 작은 도시구조의 모습을 띄며, 대학과 인근 지역은 협조, 혹은 마찰을 공유하며 성장하고 변화한다. 많은 미국의 대학들이 대학의 성장과 함께 필요한 건물과 시설을 확장하고 개발하면서, 이로 인해 빚어지는 교통량의 증대와 기존 오픈스페이스의 손실 등 성장관리에 귀추를 두고 기존 지역과의 융화를 꾀하며 발전을 추구하고 있다. 하버드 대학의 북쪽 캠퍼스 개발의 사례를 통해 지역개발의 한 단편으로서 캠퍼스 개발계획은 어떠한 의미가 있는지 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze of the operating characteristics of the Gas engine driven Heat Pump(GHP) and to reduce maintenance costs through the most Economical plan. As the zoning modifications that have economic effects were confirmed. Applications should be made with a similar purpose of the space. The combination of a modified space has led to reduced operating hours of the outdoor unit. The reduction of the outdoor unit operating hours, reducing maintenance costs accordingly. When analyzed at six years have elapsed, the amount of savings through zoning modifications is more than an additional construction cost. During the design phase, cost-effective operation of the GHP is required for the proper zoning plan.

최근 컴퓨터 디자인을 비롯한 컴퓨터의 응용은 의류패션과 직물 산업분야에 있어서 디자인 및 생산공정이 자동화되는 등 의류 디자인 및 제작에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본연구의 목적은 컴퓨어화 사화의 이행에 따른 1) CAD를 포함한 컴퓨터 시스템의 의류학에의 응용실태 2) 컴퓨터 응용에 대한 인식 및 미래의 방향 3) 의류학내의 전반적인 문제점과 해결방안 등에 대하여 연구하고자한다. 연구방법은 전국 의류학 관련교육과(43개 4년제 대학의 교수) 110명을 대상으로 설문지법을 사용하였으며 회수된 58부 (53% 회수율)를 SAS로 통계처리하여 Likert's mehod of summated ratings로 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 CAD는 11%의 대학에서 컴퓨터개론이 25%의 대학에서 Telecom-munication Spreadsheet Database 는 각각 4%의 대학에서 강의되고 있다. CAD 는 주로 다른과목에 포함되어 "몇주"(4%) "몇일(4%)" 정도 강의되고 있으며 컴퓨터개론은 다른과목에 포함되어"반학기"정도 강의 되는경우(14%) 가 가장많은 것으로나타났다. 또한 37%의 대학에서 앞으로 5년내에 의류학에 컴퓨터디자인 및 컴퓨터 시스템을 도입할 계획으로 있으며 특히 CAD에 대한 관심이 높았다. 64%의 대학이 의류학과 건물내에 컴퓨터 시설이 갖추어져 있지 않아 모든교수들이 컴퓨터교육을 위한 시설 재점비가 필요하다고 하였다. 컴퓨터활용의 부족이 의류학 관련학과의 취약부분으로 인식욈에 따라 앞으로 CAD에 관한 연구 및 컴퓨터 관련 수업의 개설, 시설 확충등이 보완되어야 할 것으로 나타났다. 본연구 결과는 한국내 의류관련학과의 CAD를 포함한 컴퓨터의 응용실태와 성향을 실증적으로 조사분석함으로써 앞으로 나아갈 방향을 제시하고 미국과의 비교분석을 통하여 의류학과 응용이 우리 실정에 맞게 정착되는데 도움이 될것으로 기대된다.

The existing universities enlarged the scope, filled up the facilities. And many new universities are founded by increase of university students, the change of curriculum and extension of installations for new curriculum. However, the planning for university campus hinders desirable activities in campus and also the origin function of university, because of the problems caused by an application of a uniform planning standard that lacks in logical analysis and such a short step as the occasion demands for the growth and the change of the university campus changing more rapidly than any other field in society. This dissertation is for space program beginning from architectural explanation and basic planning concluding a general structure-planning for land utility, circulation planning, and building layout planning in order to find the practical solution for the applicable campus plan. The contents of this dissertation is summarized below. First, I studied the characteristics of the university, the structure of the university facilities and the expansion the development process of the campus. Second, through the case study of domestic campus planning, I analyzed the characteristics and the problems about space programming, facility layout planning, circulation planning and exterior space planning. Third, in the basis of the above analyses, I set up the directions of comprehensive campus master plan.
