This study extended Park et al.(2007c), which analyzed the efficiency of a hierarchical transit network, showed the result of a real data, and analyzed its applicability. Operating cost was estimated using a model which was established in this study, and minimum transit demand was derived from the operating cost. The minimum transit demand value is just a sample calculation, thus it varies by many inside and outside factors of the model. Looking at the inside of the model, operating cost and travel speed are major factors, and the possibility of introducing urban subway becomes high when the operating cost of the transit system is low and its travel speed is high. As far as the outside factors are concerned, according to the analysis on the network structure, transit demand, and transit mode share, the minimum transit demand value which was derived in this study will be the maximum value among the possible values. In the feasibility study, the benefit is likely to be overestimated and the cost is likely to be underestimated than those of this study. It could be concluded that the methodology of a feasibility study is appropriate in the field standard. This study analyzed the efficiency of introduction of urban subway using analytical approach, thus has many shortcomings and limitations. However the practical approach, like feasibility study, has some limitations as well. This study could be a basis on establishing an analysis framework that is more accurate and reasonable by comparing analytical approach and practical approach.

As public transportation is significant mode to make sustainable urban transportation system, the importance of Public transportation has grown gradually. To understand previous public transportation Policies and make more efficient policies, it is important to know the current level of public transportation exactly. The main aim of this study is assess the competitiveness of public transportation in world major cities We select assessment indexes and have grouping use factor analysis. Then we have 8 clusters of cities by cluster analysis, Also, we analyze the relationship between public transportation characteristics and modal split.

The purpose of this study is to analyze compact city planning indicators that have influence on public transportation commuting of residents in the 54 medium and small-sized cities. In the study, land use and transportation infrastructure of cities and other socio-demographic variables are used as explanatory variables in a causal model. 96,552 subjects from 54 cities in korea are selected as the final sample, and a statistical analysis is carried out by applying Random Intercept Logit Model. Analysis shows that a high level of density and jobs-housing balance in the city results in more public transportation commuting. And higher access to bus and subway station influence commuting, so subway & bus stop are important factors to increase public transportation commuting

13억의 인구와 370만 평방마일의 영토를 가진 중국은 공산주의 경제체제에서 자본주의 경제체제를 도입하여 시장개방, 자유경쟁 경제방식으로 전환함에 따라서 급격한 경제성장을 이루어 국제통화기금(IMF)의 1993년 보고에 의하여 국내총생산액(GDP)가 1조 6천억$로 미국, 일본에 이어 세계 3위의 경제 성장을 이루어 경제강대국으로 부상하고 있고 아울러, 무한히 넓은 땅덩어리와 천연 및 인적자원을 기초로 한 앞으로의 성장잠재력이 크게 기대되어 미국, 일본을 비롯한 선진국이 중국에 대한 투자를 다방면으로 검토하기 시작했고 생명공학분야도 예외없이, 연구분야에는 포장시험, 임상시험 등 실용화 연구에 중국측 강점을 이용한 협동연구, 중국정부 자체가 상업화 가능성이 높다고 판단하는 Torch High Technology Development Center에의 외국기업이나 연구소의 참여 등으로 확대되고 있다. 산업계는 벤쳐 케피탈의 활성화를 통한 첨단기술에 대한 투자를 적극적으로 실시하는 한편, 제약 및 생명공학분야의 합작투자를 통해서 외국의 기술, 장비, 자본 및 노하우를 도입하고 있다. 우리나라는 여러 산업 분야에서 대중국 투자 또는 협력이 활발히 이루어지고 있지만, 생명공학 분야는 그렇지 못한 것 같다. 연구개발의 국제경쟁력은 우리나라의 자체 연구개발도 중요하지만, 아울러, 외국에 대한 연구 동향을 파악함과 가능한 분야에 대한 투자와 협력을 통한 공동관심과제의 도출은 중요한 의미를 갖는다.

Manufacturing FDI is mainly conducted by establishing production firms in the host country. The foreign branch facilities which are closely connected to headquarters in the home countries through the global supply chain have decisive effects on the integration of global production system and on the pattern changes in international logistics. Therefore, the study on the development process of manufacturing supply chain through FDI can be the key factor to understand the global production and international logistics system. This study analyzes the spatial and temporal patterns of direct investments in China by Korean companies in the manufacturing sectors. The results show a great deal of differential in periods and regions in investment. At the early period of Korean manufacturing FDI, the coast provinces in China which are adjacent to Korean peninsula were main investment target regions. However recently, coastal and inland provinces far away from Korea have been important for attracting Korean manufacturing capital. If further affiliated studies are done, the results of this study would be more beneficial to understand the logistics flows of regional supply chain based on the manufacturing FDI.

With the development of Fintech industry, research interest in crowdfunding is growing. Crowdfunding, originated from crowdsourcing, involves the participation of many individuals' contributions to funding a new project. Specifically, lending based crowdfunding provides a platform for raising funds in the form of loans by connecting borrowers to funders(investors) via Internet, not through traditional financial institutions. Recently, lending based crowdfunding attracts much attention as a new investment alternative; however, there is a lack of research about lending based crowdfunding. This study aims to examine the factors influencing an investor's participation in lending based crowdfunding by focusing on platform features, investor features, and project features. Based on the findings, this study discusses theoretical and practical implications for promoting the crowd's investments through crowdfunding platforms.

Guanxi could be regarded as communities based on blood, regionalism, school ties centering on individual person. It has been used as a means of personal interests security and acquisition. What is more, it has formed a mode of socio-economic order, which is an inter-obligation relations based on mutual benefits. In practice, it is necessary to understand and accept guanxi in China, as it is a key factor to understand consumer patterns, inter-firm relations and extra-firm relations between firm and government. In this context, the main aim of the reserach is to identify the impact of guanxi on the business activities of Korean foreign direct investment firms in China by investigating their networks based on guanxi.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the effect of Korean FDI(1990-2008) in China by industries on exports and imports between two countries. We use time series regression, Vector Error Correction Model and Impulse Response Function as methodologies. Our findings through empirical tests are as follows. First Korean FDI in China increases Korean exports with China but shows a tendency to decrease due to the local content of China. Second Korean FDI in China increases Korean imports in SITC 8 with China. Finally Korean trade surplus caused by Korean FDI in China shrinks due to the decreasing of exports and increasing of imports in Korea. Korean FDI in China should be oriented host country's market oriented rather than production efficiency oriented because of unfriendly foreign investment environments in China.

Recently, crowdfunding platforms have received attention as one of the content investment platforms for the public. This research attempts to explore the influencing factors on the success of movie euqity crowdfunding project. We use 'number of texts', 'number of images', 'star influence power', 'IP-based movie project', 'movie production stage', 'box office prediction', 'investment capital ratio', 'amount of surplus available investment', 'profit calculation method' and 'minimum investment amount' as independent variables. And we examined how these factors affects the achievement rate of movie crowdfunding. As a result of multiple regression analysis, 'movie production stage', 'investment capital ratio', 'amount of surplus available investment' and 'profit calculation method' have a significant effect on the crowdfunding achievement rate. In addition, the results of this research can be used for reference when planning film crowdfunding projects.

Private companies will get back their investment by leasing facilities to the government, Since act on private participation in infrastructure were changed in January 2005, BTL(Build Transfer Lease) project of introduced in the domestic construction market for the purpose of providing public facilities with the public. BTL projects is for with approximately project life cycle form plan to maintenance the success of the project totally depends on the capability and role of concessionaire. Accordingly, this study is aimed to improve in order to proceed with BTL project efficiently, a clear standard for the item of evaluation was presented.
