The present study, the technology commercialization through support of government enterprise incubator, incubator companies examined, and the support of the government in accordance with the technical competence necessary steps management performance steps, support conditions required were investigated. Government support of technology commercialization support business performance necessary steps to support the needs of the incubator companies and step conditions. Therefore, need funding and funding support, and the time and duration of the condition of the steps in the support business performance, the conduct of the government's support is the most needed step, showed a new growth engine projects of the application and selection screening, sector was.

본 연구는 창업보육센터 입주기업을 대상으로 지원서비스가 성장단계별로 차이가 있을 것이라는 가정과 입주기업이 느끼는 만족도와 그에 따른 경영성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정 하에 입주기업의 니즈(needs)를 반영한 성장단계별 차별화된 효과적 지원서비스로 입주기업의 만족도와 경영성과를 높임으로써 창업성공률을 제고하기 위한 이론적 기여와 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 검증을 위하여 가설1 성장단계별 지원서비스는 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있을 것이다, 가설2 성장단계별 만족도는 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있을 것이다, 가설3 성장단계별 경영성과는 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있을 것이다를 ANOVA 분석을 실시하였고, 가설4 지원서비스가 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다, 가설5 지원서비스가 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다, 가설6 만족도가 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다는 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 선행연구와 같이 지원서비스는 입주기업의 경영성과와 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터의 성장단계별 지원서비스가 서비스의 만족도와 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 중소기업청 지정 창업보육센터 입주기업 174개를 표본으로 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 실증분석을 통하여 얻은 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 성장단계별 지원서비스의 차이에 대한 차이분석 결과 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성장단계별 만족도의 차이는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며 성장단계별 경영성과의 차이 중 투자유치는 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업보육센터에서 제공하는 지원서비스가 입주기업의 경영성과와 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 입주기업의 만족도도 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 종합해보면 창업보육센터의 지원서비스가 아직도 행정지원과 자금지원 등에만 국한되어 지원되고 있는 것으로 나타나 입주기업의 성장단계에 적합한 다양한 서비스의 제공이 필요함을 주지시켜 주고 있다. 또한, 성장단계별 입주기업의 만족도는 매출증가와 고용증가로 이어졌지만 아직 투자유치에는 크게 영향을 미치지 못하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 모든 입주기업에게 획일적인 지원서비스가 아닌 차별화된 지원서비스가 필요하며, 이를 위하여 창업보육센터 매니저들이 엑셀러레이터로서의 역할을 하기 위한 창업보육역량 고도화가 필요하고, 창업보육사업은 기업의 성장단계와 관련이 있으므로 입주기업의 성장단계 및 창업보육센터의 지원하는 역할과 기능에 따른 창업보육모델의 진화를 고려한 3세대, 4세대 보육모델로서의 발전된 운영정책 수립이 요구된다.

In this paper, the effect of government corporate support projects on corporate growth was analyzed, and the effect on corporate financial performance or non-financial performance was empirically analyzed by using the growth stage as a modulating variable in government support activities. As a result, it was analyzed that government corporate support had a significant effect on financial performance, non-financial performance, and use of government support, and that the moderating effect of the growth stage had a positive (+) effect on both financial and non-financial performance. Taken together, the research results showed that government corporate support had a positive effect on corporate performance, the growth stage had a positive (+) effect on both financial and non-financial performance, and the impact on financial performance was even greater. Accordingly, government support projects must be supported according to each company's growth stage, and during the decline, companies need to provide customized support according to the state of the company through industry and corporate analysis, and it is expected to be meaningful to improve the efficiency of the government's business support project.

Recently, Internet GIS(Geographic Information System) is increasing. From the results, more efficient spatial data retrieval is needed. For more efficient retrieval, a spatial indexing method is needed. This paper proposes an efficient spatial indexing method for levelized geometric data retrieval. Previous indexing methods are not adequate to retrieve levelized geometric data. For the effects, a few indexing methods for levelized geometric data, are known. But these methods support only a tew kinds of levelized geometric data. The proposed method supports all kind of levelized geometric data and outperforms to the previous method both in retrieval time and memory capacity.

Considering the importance of SMEs, which account for 88% of employment and 99% of domestic businesses, the government has implemented informatization policy support. On the other hand, due to budget limitations and the ability of the private market, it is time to transition to the new policy of the informatization support paradigm. This study evaluated the informatization policy support of SMBA by a comparison with the stage model to determine the future direction. The informatization development model is a step model divided into five levels ranging from the informatization initiation level to the strategic innovation level. The informatization policy of SMBA was focused on the development of automation and in-house integration, and business-to-business integration and strategic innovation step was found to be lacking. Based on these results, there are three implications for the informatization policy of the next SMEs. First, there is a need for a movement of the center of the support in the informatization step to the strategic innovative step. Second, by establishing an informatization road map, it is necessary to develop their own informatization capabilities according to the road map. Finally, it is important to improve the effectiveness of informatization support based on performance rather than policy providers.

정부는 중소기업의 정보화를 촉진시키기 위하여 지난 수년간 여러 종류의 정책자금을 지원하였다. 정부가 지원하는 정보화 지원 자금의 성격은 대부분 무상 지원으로 중소기업에게는 좋은 기회가 되어 왔다. 또한 정부는 지원하는 정책의 결과에 대한 성과도 관리하고자 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 정부가 그동안 지원한 정보화정책에 대한 평가를 어떠한 단계로 하는 것이 타당한지 실증적 연구를 하였다. 실증 연구는 상관분석을 실시하였으며 측정에 활용한 요인 간의 상관관계 결과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 정보화지원 정책을 통한 성과평가 시점에 대한 결과는 조직 전략 분야의 평가가 Step3(장기적), 내부 운영 분야의 평가는 Step2(중기적), 지원과정의 평가는 Step1(단기적)의 평가 단계로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 효율적인 의사결정 지원을 위해 SHADE 기반의 공유 데이터 접근 활동들에 대한 절차를 제안한다. 먼저 SHADE에 대한 개념 및 기술구조를 제시하고 공유 데이터 접근을 위해 요구되는 핵심 기술, 즉 데이터 디렉토리 서비스 기술, 데이터 미디에이션, 복제 기술에 대한 개념과 특징을 분석한다. 그런 다음 SHADE 기술구조 하에 효율적으로 공유 데이터에 접근할 수 있도록 4개 활동 각각에 대해 절차를 제안한다. 제안한 절차에는 5단계의 디렉토리 서비스 및 4단계의 검색 절차, 데이터 미디에이션을 이용한 5단계의 데이터 중개 절차, 미들웨어를 이용한 7단계의 실시간 데이터 교환 및 4단계의 데이터 복제절차가 각각 포함된다. 향후 제안한 공유 데이터 접근 절차를 통해 정보체계 간 데이터 연결 능력이 향상될 뿐만 아니라 이를 통해 정확하고, 신속한 의사결정 지원에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

This paper attempts to investigate how and why the additionality effects occur in the case when a firm receives government subsidy as opposed to counterfactual situation. To demonstrate this, we selected 12 SMEs(small and medium enterprises) firms in Daejeon area and have conducted multiple case studies. In order to analyse the multiple cases of firms, we classified firms innovative activities into three stages which are composed of input, behaviour and output stages and related various factors. Furthermore, we investigated the differences according to types of firms and stages of firm growth. Empirical results show that various input, behaviour and output additionality effects exist when firms receive public subsidies. Compared to companies in the growth and mature stages, startup phase companies depend on government subsidy extensively and they use public subsidies strategically to develop new product and to change their strategic direction. The attitude of firms to use government subsidies is different according to their types and stage of growth as well.

Since 2004, the Korean government has been engaged in u-IT new technology verification projects in an effort to level up the industries. Recently, cases are reported that RFID/USN technology has been adopted and applied to business processes, mainly by large enterprises. However, further policies and support for the industries have been restrained because of unavailability of essential data for policy making. Therefore, the study examined the level of satisfaction among the actual recipient organizations from the 27 pilot projects to draw implications from the study result. Accordingly, the level of satisfaction was assessed in four project phases from RFID/USN building, utilization (technical quality), utilization (business quality), to maintenance. The study result showed that the technical stability reached a significant level but the level of satisfaction in the maintenance phase for the utilization and proliferation of the technology remained at the lowest. It suggested that a more specified policy support is needed in the maintenance phase to include inexpensive supply of tags and devices, a maintenance establishment of consortium to maintain reliability and continuity of service, strengthening internal competence of the beneficiary organizations for utilization of RFID/USN.

건축 기획단계는 프로젝트 전반에 걸친 주요한 의사결정이 일어나는 부분으로 그 영향력에 비해 프로젝트 정보를 수집, 처리, 저장하여 관련 참여자가 정보를 재사용하거나 참고하여 새로운 의사결정을 수행하는 것이 미흡하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 BIM을 활용하여 기획단계에서 발생한 정보들이 설계, 시공, 유지관리 단계에 이르기까지 전생애주기에 걸쳐 정보를 통합 관리할 수 있도록 BIM기반의 건축 기획단계 지원 시스템을 개발하고자한다. 선행연구 분석과 이론적 고찰을 통해 건축 기획단계를 정의하고 건축기획 BIM의 개념과 특징을 도출하였다. 이를 토대로 기획단계 BIM프로세스를 정립하여 BIM을 기반으로 건축 기획단계를 지원하는 프로토타입 시스템 VA-Cityplanner를 개발하였다.
