Abstract
The present study, the technology commercialization through support of government enterprise incubator, incubator companies examined, and the support of the government in accordance with the technical competence necessary steps management performance steps, support conditions required were investigated. Government support of technology commercialization support business performance necessary steps to support the needs of the incubator companies and step conditions. Therefore, need funding and funding support, and the time and duration of the condition of the steps in the support business performance, the conduct of the government's support is the most needed step, showed a new growth engine projects of the application and selection screening, sector was.
본 연구는 정부의 창업보육기업의 기술사업화지원을 통해 창업보육기업이 기술역량에 따른 정부의 지원이 필요한 단계를 조사하였고, 경영성과 단계에 지원조건이 필요한지를 조사하였다. 정부의 기술사업화 지원이 창업보육기업의 지원의 필요단계와 경영성과단계에 필요한 기술역량을 제시함으로써, 창업을 단계를 활성화시키고 지원하는 단계의 효율적 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 즉, 창업보육기업이 필요한 지원단계를 찾아내고 정부지원을 통해 기술 또는 제품개발은 물론 개발된 기술을 사업화시키거나 수익원천을 확보토록 하는데 도움을 주는데 본 취지가 있다. 창업보육기업의 정부지원이 필요한 지원단계 찾아 기술사업에 단계별 필요한 지원을 조사하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 창업보육중소기업의 "기술개발사업화 지원"을 통해 창업중소기업의 정부의 지원단계를 조사하고, 창업보육기업을 활성화하는데 목표가 있다. 본 연구는 창업보육중소기업의 "기술개발사업화지원"을 하는데 있어서 창업보육기업의 활성화에 따른 정부의 지원단계와 경영성과단계에 효율적 지원단계을 제시함에 있다. 본 연구는 창업보육기업의 기술개발 단계인 기초, 응용, 개발기술단계에서 정부의 지원이 필요한 단계를 조사하였으며, 경영성과 단계의 대출증대, 수출증대, 수입대체, 원가절감, 고용증대, 공정개선에 기술역략이 필요한 단계를 체계적으로 분석하였다. 따라서 정부의 지원이 가장 필요한 단계은 수행과정인 것으로 나타났으며, 경영성과단계에서 지원조건은 필요자금지원과 자금의 지원시기와 기간이며, 사업추진 중 신청과 선정심사, 신성장동력분야와 사회기업분야로 나타났다.
