Factors Influencing Self-Confidence in the Teacher's Role on Adolescent Suicide (청소년 자살에 대한 교사의 역할수행 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The aim of study was to identify factors influencing the self-confidence in the teacher's role on adolescent suicide. The cross-sectional descriptive study design was used. Participants were 318 teachers from elementary, middle, and high school in D city. Data were collected using questionnaires which included general characteristics, attitude toward adolescent suicide, knowledge about guideline for adolescent suicide prevention, and self-confidence in the teacher's role on adolescent suicide. Collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the regression analysis revealed that experience of suicide education, attitude, and knowledge about adolescent suicide were the significant factors affecting the self-confidence in teacher's role for adolescent suicide. The predictor variables explained 22.5% of variance regarding self-confidence in teacher's role for adolescent suicide. Findings indicate the factors should be used in developing effective intervention for enhancement of self-confidence in teacher's role on adolescent suicide.

A Study on the Multi-scalar Processes of Gumi Industrial Complex Development, 1969-1973 (구미공단 형성의 다중스케일적 과정에 대한 연구: 1969-73년 구미공단 제1단지 조성과정을 사례로)

  • This paper aims at exploring the multi-scalar processes through which the Gumi Industrial Complex was developed in the late 1960s and the early 1970s. Existing studies, influenced by the "Developmental State Thesis", tend to see the industrialization processes of South Korea either by focusing on the socio-politico-economic processes at the national scale or in terms of the plan rationality of the national bureaucrats. This paper, however, denies this perspective on the basis of the strategic relational approach to the state and the multi-scalar perspective. In particular, it argues that the state actions for national industrialization have been the outcome of complex interactions, conflicts and negotiations among social forces, acting in and through the state, and at diverse geographical scales. This paper attempts to empirically prove this argument on the basis of a case study on the construction processes of Gumi Industrial Complex. The development of Gumi Industrial Complex cannot be solely explained in terms of either the plan rationality of the national bureaucrats or the political motivation related to the fact that Gumi was the hometown of President Park Jung-Hee. This paper argues that the development of Gumi Industrial Complex was heavily influenced by the role of the following actors; place-dependent local actors in Gumi and the multi-scalar agents, such as the Korean-Japanese businessmen and the national parliament members elected in the Gumi electoral district.

  • Organizational members' innovative behavior is a key element that promotes organizational growth and sustainability. With today's unstable environment of economic and market , the importance of employees' innovative behavior is being emphasized. The reason is that employees' innovative behaviors play an important role in securing a organizational competitiveness. Based on this, this study focused on ways to improve employees' innovation behavior. Specifically, the causal relationship between participatory leadership and employees' innovative behavior was identified and the influence of innovative behavior was also verified. Furthermore, in the process of participatory leadership influencing employees' innovative behavior, the serial multiple mediating effect of knowledge sharing and creativity was verified. In order to demonstrate the hyphotheses, this study focused on 237 employees who work in Chinese SMEs. The results of the empirical analysis showed that participatory leadership had a positive effect on knowledge sharing, creativity, and innovative behavior. In addition, the serial multiple mediating effects of knowledge sharing and creativity on the relationship between participatory leadership and innovative behavior was significant. Overall, this study verified the positive role of participatory leadership that enhances employees' innovative behavior in Chinese SMEs and contributed to expanding the research field related to employees' innovative behavior through serial multiple mediating model.

Effects of Individual Motivation on Turnover Intention among Social Workers : Focused on the mediation effects of multiple commitment (사회복지사의 개인적 동기가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 - 다중몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로 -)

  • This study set out to investigate the effects of individual motivation on turnover intention among social workers and examine their turnover intentions in details by focusing on the mediation effects of multiple commitment. To be specific, it aimed to propose and test a prediction model for social workers' turnover intentions based on the Self-determination Theory and Theory of Planned Behavior. For those purposes, a mail survey was taken among social workers working for use facilities, residential facilities, public health centers, social welfare foundations and associations, and all kinds of centers and institutions in 15 cities and provinces across the nation. Total 1,918 questionnaires were distributed, and 1,671 ones were returned, and 979 whose respondents expressed a turnover intention were used in final analysis. The analysis results indicate that psychological motivation of social workers had direct impacts on their turnover intention. However, their role stress had no direct impacts on their turnover intention, which suggests that the impulsive routes model for turnover intention is supported only in psychological motivation and job characteristics. Secondly, their psychological and job motivation turned out to have indirect impacts on turnover intention through the multiple commitment, which suggests that the reflective routes model for turnover intention is supported in all career, job, and organizational commitment. Career commitment had the most significant impacts on turnover intention, being followed by job commitment and organizational commitment in the order, which suggests that the social welfare academy should increase their interest in career commitment.   • 기회적 간섭 정렬 기술은 사용자 간섭 채널에서 탁월한 이론적 성능을 보이는 간섭 정렬 기술을 다수의 사용자와 기지국, 다수의 안테나가 존재하는 다중 셀 다중안테나 셀룰라 네트워크에 적용하는 기술 중 하나로서 각 셀의 사용자가 증가할수록 이론적인 최적 자유도를 달성하는 기술이다. 기회적 간섭 정렬 기법의 장점은 각 셀 상호 정보의 교환 없이 독립적으로 동작하고 각 사용자는 자신과 연관된 채널 정보(local channel state information, local CSI)만을 요구한다는 것이다. 셀의 크기가 감소하고 기지국 및 사용자 단말의 밀도가 크게 증가할 것으로 예상되는 5세대 이동통신 시스템에서는 각 통신링크간 간섭제어가 매우 중요할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 5세대 이동통신 시스템에서 핵심적인 역할을 할 것으로 예상되는 기회적 간섭 정렬 기법에 관하여 살펴본다.

  • 미래 전장 환경하의 복합/다종 무기체계를 대상으로 하는 군수 시뮬레이션 모델링 방법론은 기존의 에이전트 시스템에서 실시간성 및 신뢰성뿐만 아니라, 국내 군수 환경을 수용할 수 있는 모델이어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이 같은 전장상황이라는 특수성에 맞는 다중 에이전트 기반의 모델링 방법론을 제안하다. 다중 에이전트 시스템에서 효과적으로 모델링하기 위하여 군수 시뮬레이션의 모델을 Information, Function model 로 나누고 에이전트 시스템의 중추적인 역할을 하는 Agent Management System(AMS) 을 Management model 로 구성한다. 제안하는 모델링 방법론은 다양한 도메인에서도 구성하기 적합하여 확장성과 유연성의 이점이 있으며, 각 모델이 플러그인 형식으로 구현되어 유사한 도메인에 적용할 때 재사용성이 높은 모델링 방법론을 제시한다.

  • 본 논문은 계통연계형 인버터를 위한 비례공진제어 기반의 케스케이드전류-전압 제어기 설계에 대해 다루고있다. 인버터가 계통연계모드로 동작할 때 인버터는 계통의 보조 전력원으로서의 역할을 하기 때문에 전류원으로 정의된다. 이때 LCL 필터가 연결된 계통연계형 인버터의 출력 LC 단에 비선형 지역적 부하가 연결될 경우 기존의 단일 전류 제어기만으로는 비선형 부하로 인한 고조파 왜곡에 대처하기 힘들고 독립운전모드와의 모드절환시 매끄러운 과도 특성을 보장하기 힘들다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비례다중공진제어기를 활용한 내부 출력 전압, 외부 출력 전류 루프로 구성된 케스케이드 전류-전압 제어기를 제안하였고 제안된 방식이 고조파 보상과 모드 절환시의 매끄러운 과도 특성에 효력을 보임을 PSIM 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다.

  • Kim (1992) derived influence functions of rows and columns on the eigenvalues obtained in correspondence analysis (CA) of two-way contingency tables. As in principal component analysis, the eigenvalues are of great importance in CA. The goodness of a two dimensional correspondence plot is determined by the ratio of the sum of the two largest eigenvalues to the sum of all the eigenvalues. By investigating those rows and columns with high influence, a correspondence plot may be improved. In this paper, we extend the influence functions of CA to multiple correspondence analysis (MCA), which is a CA of multi-way contigency tables. An explicit formula of the influence function is given.

  • Short range communications between road-side equipments and on-board equipment is very important for ITS(intelligent Transport System). Roadside communication is for short range communication, and needs performance of high data bit rate and should support the function for very short term communication. In addition to it, a radio propagation characteristics is very different according to a road environment. In this paper, for reliable roadside communication, the radio multi-path propagation profile at roadside is measured and the characteristics is analyzed.

  • Vehicular Adhoc Network는 accident warning, road condition message와 같은 도로상의 정보를 vehicle-to-vehicle 통신을 통해 주어진 목적지까지 얼마나 빠르고 정확하게 전송하는 것이 주요 이슈이다. 무선 센서 네트워크의 많은 타입들 중에서 VANET 환경에 적합한 source 기반의 라우팅 프로토콜은 불안정한 이동 네트워크의 역할을 충실히 수행할 수 있다. Source 라우팅 기법들을 연구하는데 road topology와 map 정보가 사용되며, 본문에서는 도로의 상황과, 라우팅이 직접 수행되는 영역을 부분으로 나누어 각 영역에 속한 이동 노드를 파악하여 다중 경로 라우팅 방안을 제시하여 error 발생과 link fail에 대한 신속한 대처를 수행한다.
