Recently, citizen participation and user - oriented design are becoming increasingly important in the urban space design process. The Children's Park has also begun to discuss the need to reflect children's opinions and needs as well as existing ways and means of participation to reflect these opinions and ideas. In this study, a design education program for children was constructed and user opinions accessed via this design education were reflected in design and applied to the Children's Park. The training program consists of five weeks of educational programs, textbooks and teaching methods related to existing research, design education for children and participatory design programs. This program was used as a pilot of Eogong-6ho Children 's Park(No. 6 Children's Park), located in Gwonseon-gu, Suwon, and reinterpreted the results of the workshop for 5th grade students at Sunil Elementary School. This design education program is distinguished from other workshop programs on how to organize and operate participating professors and textbooks, and has a program base that can reproduce the entire process. In addition, it is necessary to verify the effects of user participation through research, such as monitoring the use of children's parks after completion, as well as the application of more diverse design methodologies to children's parks and the way they reflect children's opinions.

In this study, we tried to present suggestions to the Gyeongsangbuk-do tourism officials to satisfy them with experiential tourism resources and to revitalize their participation in the program. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. First, research on the satisfaction of experiential tourism programs and the willingness to participate in them is carried out, suggesting that it is a prerequisite for the transformation of the perception of tourists' participation in the Corona era. Second, it is necessary to make it a small experience tourist space that can provide non-face-to-face service utilizing the characteristics of contact technology, and to provide tourists with unique attractions against product discrimination and customer service. Third, through the introduction of non-face-to-face experience programs and expansion of services, the limited and macroscopic environment and social phenomenon of tourism activities in the Corona era, a new perception can be instilled. Fourth, visitors can expect to revitalize the tourism industry through the development and discovery of various programs. Thirdly, it will be possible to revitalize the local economy by giving meaning to the satisfaction of experiential tourism programs to tourists from all over the region's tourism business.

This study provides a critical analysis of the Family Center's programs for adoptive families by interviewing employees at these centers and at Adoption Agencies who have experiences with adoption programs. For this study, nine such workers from three separate Family Centers and three such workers from two separate Adoption Agencies have (voluntarily) engaged in in-depth interviews. Major findings from the interviews are that the Family Centers were initially motivated to carry out adoption family programs for three principal reasons: they located many families (in need of adoption family program); potential adoptees were interested in the program; adoption families participated in the pre-existing programs such as Self-help Group and Co-parenting Space. Workers in the study also reported that they approach to an adoption family and their contemplation on ways to provide better services to the adoption families. They don't have any official and formal manual or guidelines from the Government Ministries and offices such as Korean Institute for Healthy Family; as a result, the workers at Family Centers have endeavored to gain connection with Adoption Agencies in hopes of cooperation with them and to improve the services at Family Centers. For benefits of Family Centers as a delivery system, they mentioned nationwide infrastructure, family professional, and arrangement of integrated program for family. For improvements, they listed awareness education based on a thorough consideration of adoptee's varied characteristics, close cooperation with adoption institutions, provision of basic operational manual from Korean Institute for Healthy Family, and governmental efforts to enlarge the consideration pool for families.

The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to improve medical librarians' educational programs to improve domestic medical library user services. To this end, the role of medical librarians was investigated, and the education areas were itemized, and then the MLA in the US and the KMLA in Korea were compared and analyzed. As a result, the improvement points for medical librarian education programs in Korea are: First, expansion of certification programs that select various types of education programs, education areas, education contents, and specialized fields, collaboration programs with related institutions, and education programs that advocate the value of KMLA are required. Second, there is a need for various educational programs in the current educational areas, such as 'research support service' and 'education/education design/consultation'. In particular, it is necessary to provide 'consumer health information service' and 'disaster information service' for which there is no education at all. In addition, it is necessary to precede the establishment of regulations on the domestic medical librarian education curriculum for the education of various 'information services in the field related to medicine'. Third, it is necessary to provide online education contents for librarians who have difficulty participating in face-to-face education.

소프트웨어 스트리밍 [1][2]은 프로그램 설치 및 실행을 위하여 서버로부터 데이터 전송이 진행중인 동안에도 PC, PDA, 휴대용 개인 컴퓨터, 휴대 전화 등과 같은 데스크 탑 또는 이동 연산장치 상에서 미설치 소프트웨어의 실행이 즉각적으로 이루어지도록 하는 기능이다. 즉, 소프트웨어 스트리밍 기술을 사용하면 사용자가 다운로드, 압축해제, 인스톨과 시스템 재구성이라는 일련의 과정이 완료될 때까지 기다릴 필요 없이 최소한의 다운로드 후에 해당 소프트웨어가 곧바로 실행될 수 있도록 해준다. 응용프로그램을 실행하는데 필요한 첫번째 실행 블록이 메모리에 적재되고 기본적인 환경설정을 마치자마자 나머지 블록들이 다운로드되고 설치되기도 전에 실행될 수 있기 때문에 스트리밍 시스템은 응용 프로그램의 실행준비 시간을 대폭 줄일 수 있게 해준다. 게다가, 응용프로그램 실행시 실제로 사용되지 않는 대부분의 블록들은 서버로부터 다운로드 받지 않아도 된다. 그 결과. 메모리와 대역폭 같은 리소스의 활용이 절약된다. 이러한 스트리밍 시스템을 사용하면 사용자는 다양한 공개 또는 상업용 응용프로그램을 광범위하게 지원하는 사용자 투명성을 가진 가상 소프트웨어 컴퓨팅 환경을 만들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로그램 등록, 환경 변수 설정 그리고 구성 파일과 관련된 컴포넌트들의 자동 설치 기능들을 제공함으로서 네트워크를 통하여 소프트웨어를 스트리밍하고 실행해주는 Software On-Demand(SOD)스트리밍 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다.

This paper presents the determination of incentive level of Direct Load Control (DLC) program based on California Test. In the most of the Demand-Side Management (DSM) program, the variables art given by constant value during the DSM program's life time. But, in the case of DLC, variables are depen-dent on the executing number and time of the DLC per year. Therefore, we formulate a newly designed Cal-ifornia Test technique to overcome these problems and to apply effectively to the determination of incentive level of the DLC program. We perform case studies for various scenarios using a proposed formulation and review incentive level of the current DLC program. And we propose a plan to activate the DLC program in the competitive electricity market.

The application for PDA as a new wireless Internet device is variously developed to improve the function of PDA, and the application software must be installed to PDAs. In addition. when the power supply of PDA becomes fully discharged, all data stored in the RAM (Random Access Memory) could be vanished, and then the application programs should be reinstalled. This paper presents an automatic installation system of application program, PAIS (PDA Automatic Installation System). It is designed to solve the problem of PDA that PDA's users have to install the application programs on their PDA themselves. When this engine is applied, PDA users can save the time and effort for installation. It's convenient for the PDA users. The PDA and application software company can save the cost to create materials to explain the installation process.

위성의 부분체 또는 탑재컴퓨터 및 탑재소프트웨어에 대한 검증시험을 수행하기 위해서는 위성개발에 사용하며 그 기능이 검증된 상용프로그램을 사용하는 것이 일반적이다. 그러나 위성 영령의 전송 및 텔레메트리 데이터의 전송과 분석을 위한 프로그램은 위성에 사용되는 종류 및 포맷에 따라 다양한 형태로 수정되어야 하기 때문에 자체 제작한 프로그램을 사용하게 된다. 99년에 발사되어 성공적으로 임무를 수행하고 있는 다목적실용위성 1호 및 현재 개발이 진행 중인 다목적실용위성 2호의 개발과정에서는 LEX와 YACC이라는 구문분석기를 이용한 VTSP(Verification Test Script Parser) 프로그램이 탑재소프트웨어의 검증시험에 사용되었다. VT5P는 실시간 데이터 전송 및 분석이 가능하지만 UNIX 환경에서만 실행되므로 윈도우 환경에서 작업하던 일반 사용자들에게는 익숙하지 않은 시험환경을 제공하여 텍스트 기반의 작업이 필요하므로 시험 수행에 여러 어려움들이 발생한다. 이러한 단점들을 보완하기 위하여 윈도우 기반의 검증시험 프로그램인 SATS(Spacecraft Automatic Test Script)를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 대부분의 사용자들에게 익숙한 윈도우 환경을 제공하며 이더넷을 통하여 장소에 상관없이 다중의 개발자가 시험을 수행할 수 있는 SATS의 개발현황과 수행환경에 대하며 소개한다.

미국사회는 미혼모들의 문제를 개인적 뿐만 아니라 사회적 그리고 국가적 문제로 인식하므로 이들을 위한 다양한 사회복지 정책과 서비스, 그리고 프로그램들을 제공하여 이들이 스스로 자활할 수 있는 토대를 마련하여 왔다. 특히 십대미혼모들은 학교를 중퇴하고 직업을 갖지 못하며 빈곤한 환경에서 아이를 키우기 때문에 심리적 정신적으로 불안한 상태에 있다. 이들에 대한 서비스는 국가적으로 미혼모뿐만 아니라 어린아이들까지도 돌보는 것으로 가정과 사회의 안정을 가져오며 인적자원을 잘 보존하는 것이다. 한국의 경우도 현대화/산업화된 사회로 발전하며 청소년들의 문제가 특히나 십대 미혼모의 문제가 사회적으로 이슈화되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 미국의 상황을 분석하고 미국의 복지 정책, 프로그램, 자원봉사자들을 이용한 서비스들을 살펴보고 한국에 적용 가능한 복지프로그램과 지원서비스를 제안하고자 한다. 미국의 미혼모를 위한 대안 학교차원의 교육/직업훈련/부모교육 등과 가족지원프로그램은 미혼모뿐만 아니라 사회와 가족이 모두 혜택을 받을 수 있는 서비스며 프로그램이므로 한국사회에 적용하면 효율적으로 미혼모들의 어려움과 사회문제를 해결 할 수 있다고 본다. 또한 자원봉사의 서비스 체계가 미혼모를 위한 사회복지 프로그램 등에 적극적으로 활용되면 미혼모들은 믿고 따를 수 있는 롤 모델을 갖게 되며 국가적으로는 인력의 활용과 자원 절약의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

In recent years, various activities have been carried out in terms of talent donation for community together. This study suggests curriculum model about talent donation program centered on beauty majors. The key elements revealed in previous literature studies were used as educational contents of this study. The program presented in this study can be used to expand talent donations by beauty talent. The curriculum of the program for community together consisted of talent donation goals, teaching and learning methods, and evaluation items. This training program is divided into understanding area of talent donation and technique area of skin beauty.
