A study on the power expansion planning model using multi-criteria decision making rule (다기준 의사결정 모형을 이용한 전력수급계획 모형에 관한 연구)

  • The power expansion planning is large and capital intensive capacity planning. In the past, the expansion planning was established with the proper supply reliability in order to minimize social cost. However, the planning not used cost minimizing objective function in the power markets with many market participants. This paper proposed the power expansion planning model using multi-criteria decision rule. This model used multi objective function considering not only cost minimizing but also GENCO's intension. This paper compared proposed model with WASP model in order to verify the result of proposed model.

  • In selecting the best project in multi-criteria decision making problems, the imperfect information of consequence and the vague preference of the decision maker(DM) would make the decision analysis more complex together with the conflict of several criteria. In this context, a method is proposed to deal the fuzzy information mentioned before instead of reducing it to a single representative value. And, based on the given imprecise information, projects are ranked completely or partially according to DM's vague preference. The procedure consists, for each pair of projects, of calculating the degree of supporting over all criteria and the degree of opposing with respect to each criterion for their outranking relation. Together with weights for each criterion, these indices produce fuzzy outranking relations for each pair of projects. And a complete or partial ranking of projects is obtained according to outranking degrees considering the interdependence among projects.

Multi-Criteria Decision Making Based Logistics Brokerage Agents (다기준 의사결정 기반의 물류중개 에이전트)

  • In this paper we deal with the logistics brokerage process in which a logistics agent intermediates between vehicle owners and shippers for matching empty vehicles and freights. Based on the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methodology, the proposed agent system matches the most preferred empty vehicle to the shipper and the most preferred freight to the vehicle owner. In the proposed agent system, an MCDM based sensitivity analysis is also used for supporting decision makers under negotiations. Among various MCDM methodologies, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is utilized in this paper. Although AHP is one of the most popular MCDM methodologies, AHP needs a number of pair-wise comparisons for assessing alternatives and hence may give excessive decision making burden to the decision makers. In this paper, in order to reduce the decision making burden, a preference function based estimation method is proposed. We can expect that the MCDM based logistics brokerage agent can be used as an efficient and effective tool for e-logistics marketplaces on the internet.

  • 최근 기업 정보에 대한 온톨로지 구축 필요성이 대두되면서 기업의 투자 비용과 시간을 고려한 온톨로지 구축 대상 선정을 위한 효율적인 기법이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 온톨로지 구축 방법론에서 제시한 대상선정 기법은 전체를 대상으로 하거나, 특정 영역만을 대상으로 한다는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 정성적요소를 포함하는 다기준 의사결정에서 정량적인 평가를 지원하는 의사결정지원기법인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process:계층화분석법)기법을 온톨로지 구축 대상 선정에 적용하는 방법을 제안한다. 이러한 방법을 통해 온톨로지 적용대상의 우선순위를 결정지을 수 있으며, 기업의 온톨로지 구축시 목표와 전략에 맞는 대상선정의 정량적 기준을 제공할 수 있다.

  • In this study, an integrated economic analysis model to analyze the new telecommunication services is developed. This model considers both the technological and managerial aspests altogether with respect to the profit and public benefit criteria. To encounter the various dynamically changing environments and evaluation criteria, multiple criteria decision making (MCDM)techniques are employed. The model consists of three stages; The first stage surveys related formal or informal data, generates analysis alternatives, and performs acceptabillty test in view of marketing. The second stage generates executive alternatives for each acceptable analysis alternative and checks the executionability in view of telecommunication technologies. The third stage performs the final integrated economic analysis including the profitability analysis. This study offers a basis for the future development of decision support system or expert system on the economic analysis of the new telecommunication services.

  • 본 논문에서는 DEA 기법을 이용하여 고객들이 이동통신사를 선정하기 위한 모텔을 제안하였다. 소비자들은 이동통신사를 선정함에 있어 여러 가지 기준들에 의한 합리적인 의사결정을 내리기가 용이하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 다기준 의사결정방법들 중 정성적인 평가요소들을 기준으로 대안의 효율성을 고려한 DEA 기법을 활용하여 소비자들의 이동통신사 선정에 도움을 주고자 하였다.

  • This paper proposes a novel fuzzy-based multi-criteria decision making method and implements a footstep planner for humanoid robots with it. Humanoid robots require additional footstep planning process in addition to path planning for the autonomous navigation. Moreover, it is necessary to consider safety and energy consumption as well as path efficiency and multi-criteria decision making is indispensable. The proposed method can provide not only well- distributed and non-dominated, but also more preferable solutions for users. The planned footsteps by the proposed method were verified through simulation. The results indicate that the user's preference is properly reflected in optimized solutions maintaining solution quality.

A patent analysis method for identifying core technologies: Data mining and multi-criteria decision making approach (핵심 기술 파악을 위한 특허 분석 방법: 데이터 마이닝 및 다기준 의사결정 접근법)

  • This study suggests new approach to identify core technologies through patent analysis. Specially, the approach applied data mining technique and multi-criteria decision making method to the co-classification information of registered patents. First, technological interrelationship matrices of intensity, relatedness, and cross-impact perspectives are constructed with support, lift and confidence values calculated by conducting an association rule mining on the co-classification information of patent data. Second, the analytic network process is applied to the constructed technological interrelationship matrices in order to produce the importance values of technologies from each perspective. Finally, data envelopment analysis is employed to the derived importance values in order to identify priorities of technologies, putting three perspectives together. It is expected that suggested approach could help technology planners to formulate strategy and policy for technological innovation.

  • 산업용 인버터 시장은 부하의 운전 조건에 따라 고성능, 다기능, 단순 기능 분야로 구분된다. 당사는 고성능, 다기능 분야에 대응이 가능한 N700V 모델을 개발하여 영업 활동을 하고 있으나, 단순기능 분야에는 기능의 복잡성과 높은 가격 등으로 경쟁력이 저하되었다. 이에 당사는 단순기능 분야에 대응이 가능하도록 기능은 단순하고 가격경쟁력이 있는 맞춤형 인버터를 새로이 개발하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 당사가 산업용 인버터 제품의 이원화를 위해 새로이 개발된 단순 기능형 인버터 N700E(5..5kW ~ 350kW) 시리즈에 대한 주요기능 및 성능에 대해 소개하고자 한다.
