골판지포장공업협동조합(이시장 오진수)은 지난 5월 30일부터 한국산업인력공단이 추진하는 임산물 생산 기공분야(임산물생산, 목재가공, 펄프 종이제조) 국가직무능력표준(이하 NCS) 개발사업에 착수하여 세 차례의 워크숍과 두 차례의 검토회의, 신업현장검증 등을 거쳐 지난 10월 30일 최종보고회를 성공리에 마쳤습니다. 이와 관련하여 '골판지포장물류지'에서는 국가직무능력표준의 도입배경, 정의와 활용범위 등에 대해 자세히 알려드리고자 합니다.

해사영어는 SMCP(표준해사통신용어)를 기반으로 하는 특수목적영어의 한 분야로 콘텐츠 개발을 비롯한 학습과 훈련을 지원할 수 있는 해사영어훈련기관을 통해 효과적인 학습과 훈련이 제공되어 진다면 교육생을 단기간에 그 구사 능력을 상당한 수준에 이르게 할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 우리나라 해양분야의 국제 경쟁력을 제고하고 새로운 일자리 창출을 위해 필수적인 해양산업 종사자들의 영어구사 능력개발을 위한 해사영어훈련센터(METC)의 필요성과 설립방안을 제시한다.

호주 공군에서 추진하고 있는 여러가지 사업들은 첨단 전자장비의 성능개량 특히 그중에서도 소프트웨어 개발능력 향상에 모아지고 있다. F/A-18의 경우 호주업체와 정부연구기관의 설계, 개발, 시험기술에 의해 호주 공군이 요청하는 대로 이 전투기의 잠재능력을 도출한후 필요한 성능개량작업을 대부분 수행할 것이다. 이에 따라 F/A-18은 보다 긴 항속능력, 장거리 항법시스템, 신형 레이다, 하픈(Harpoon)과 같은 신형 대함미사일을 장착할 수 있게 될 것이다

It is important that students have the ability to prepare, practice, and reflect their mathematics learning. This study defines the self-directed learning ability based on Vygotsky. We consider the components of self-directed learning in aspects of motivation, learning strategy, and metacognition, and analyse 10 factors of self-directed learning ability Thus we develop the self-directed mathematics learning test, which is tested by factor analysis.

Continuing Education institutions of the university will be activated to increase opportunities for adult education and to give educational functions of the university back to society, but professional development programs conducted by institutions does not recognize as a formal education because those programs do not share the quality of education using the university's infrastructure. In this paper, by breaking away from the issues of Continuing Education, we develop the incumbent professional development programs through the sharing of high-quality education programs of university, and analysis the effectiveness of those programs in which university students participate during their school vacation. The proposed programs was to verify the educational effect through survey of students who participated in the proposed training. Grafting professional development programs onto future engineering education of university would like to be introduced.

This paper presents a framework for quantitative software development performance measurement and analysis based on characteristics of software in System on Chip (SoC) industry, one of the semiconductor businesses. In this paper, we propose a measurement model based on not only theoretical model (Performance Pyramid) but also characteristics of SoC embedded software. Quantitative software development performance measurement is not just collecting indicators but analyzing quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) of collected indicators. Externally, it is possible for programmers to develop software meeting customers' needs. Internally, more efficient software development can be possible through the visible productivity increase. Using the proposed framework, the paper quantitatively measures embedded software development performance.

The importance of software technologies is becoming more prominent because of the competition to secure a competitive edge in software, which has been intensified since the emergence of smartphones and IoT. Thus, to assure the initiative in the global software industry and to foster superior human resources, there is a growing need for outstanding software development professionals. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the basic perception of software, the need for software development, and the enhancement of software coding ability based on a compulsory software class, which aims to increase the workforce of the converged software industry. The analysis shows that among other technical practices to enhance coding ability, learner-centered technical contents showed the most positive effect regarding the recognition and motive of development and are an essential factor in improving coding skills. The findings indicate that the need for program development and active involvement in the development of the program are the most important factors in improving the practical ability. The analysis presents meaningful results by suggesting a methodology for improving software development capabilities.

There are many studies about cognitive and non-cognitive characteristics of gifted children in the areas of math and science until now. Also, there is a lot of research for about cognitive and non-cognitive characteristics of gifted children. But, it lacks a lot of research on the characteristics of gifted children for information science area. So, characteristics of gifted children in the areas of information science are defined as structured information recall ability, regularization ability, reasoning ability, efficiency ability, structured ability, generalization ability, and abstract ability. And real problems for each ability are proposed. To make the evaluation questions proposed in this study on the cognitive gifted characteristics when compared with student achievement and prove that there is a correlation. The results of this study can be utilized in the evaluation of information giftedness children and can be utilized in the development of gifted education programs.

This study tries to develop model in order to assess personal factors of senior traffic accidents that are widely recognized as one of the social problems. For the current practice. it gathers data (Simulation & Questionnaire Survey) of KOTSA and conducts Poisson and Negative Binomial Regression Analysis to develop traffic accident severity model. The results show that elderly drivers' accidents are mainly affected by attentiveness selection, velocity prediction ability and attentiveness distribution ability in a positive(+) way. Second, non-senior drivers' accidents are also positively(+) influenced by attentiveness selection, velocity prediction, distance perception, attentiveness distribution ability and attentiveness diversion ability. Therefore, influencing factors of senior and non-senior drivers to vehicle accidents are different. This eventually poses a indication that preliminary education for car accident prevention should be implemented based up[n the distinction between senior drivers and non-senior drivers.

The college of education should support pre-service science teachers to develop various abilities as a teacher, in which the teaching ability is the most fundamental one. This study is the result of a longitudinal research project following the processes that pre-service science teachers develop their teaching ability in a college of education. The data gathered include movie clips of seminar presentation, teaching demonstration, secondary school science experiment, and classes in the practicum. In order to analyze the teaching abilities in various context, a framework was developed. The framework consists of 'content,' 'progress,' and 'verbal/nonverbal' with which the movie clips of 5 pre-service science teachers were analyzed. The teaching abilities of pre-service science teachers showed overall development, that include the understanding of learners and curriculum in the 'content,' the time-management and the interaction with learners in the 'progress,' and the nonverbal behavior in the 'verbal/nonverbal.' The implications were discussed on the education in the college of education, such as the increase of teaching opportunities for pre-service science teachers and the support for those opportunities.
