사업장의 자율적인 안전보건경영체제를 구축할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 한국산업안전공단과 안전관리부가 주관이 되어 관련 교육과 기술지원을 실시하고 그 결과를 객관적으로 평가하여 일정기준 이상 도달되었을 때 ［건설업 KOSHA 2000 프로그램］ 인증을 획득하고 안전보건 경영체제를 지속적으로 유지하기 위해 사후 지원하도록 한 프로그램이다. 그 추진배경으로는 기존 안전보건 활동의 한계성, 재해율 절감의 한계성, 새로운 시스템 즉 자율적, 능동적 시스템의 도입 필요, 체계적, 합리적, 유기적인 관계 선상에서 관리 필요 등이다.(중략)

인텔리전트 빌딩의 근본 목적이 정보화 사회에서 입주자에게는 효과적인 업무 환경을 제공하고, 건물 소유주에게는 경제적인 이점을, 건물 운영자에게는 일괄적인 관리체계를 통한 LCC 절감을 제공한다는 데에 있다고 볼 때에, 깊은 관련을 가지고 있는 빌딩 자동제어시스템의 역할은 매우 중요하다고 판단되나. 이제 빌딩 자동제어시스템은 시대적인 변화에 능동적으로 대처하고 고객의 요구를 만족시키기 위해 신기술과 노 하우(know how)를 집약시켜 새로운 방향 정립이 필요하다. 그것은 바로 쾌적하고 안전한 업무 환경을 제공한다는 근본 목적 아래 보다 효율적인 관리 방 안과, 에너지 절약, 인력 절감을 극대화시켜 줄 수 있는 통합 시스템으로의 재탄생을 의미한다 하 겠다.

기존의 보안 시스템은 침입탐지, 침입차단, 그리고 VPN 등과 같은 기능을 각 개별 시스템에서 제공한다. 이로 인하여 관리하기가 불편하고 비용면에서도 효율적이지 못하다는 제한성이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 침입탐지, 침입차단, 그리고 VPN 기능을 통합하여 제공하는 능동형 보안 엔진 개념이 부각되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 능동형 보안 엔진을 라우터나 스위치 등과 같은 네트워크 노드에 탑재하여 안전한 네트워킹이 가능하도록 하는 보안 프레임웍을 소개한다. 또한 침입탐지, 침입차단 기능을 통합하여 제공하는 라우터용 능동형 보안엔진의 구조를 소개하고, 이를 위해 구현된 핵심기능을 기술한다. 이러한 능동형 보안 엔진이 탑재된 안전한 라우터로 구성된 보안망 구조와 기존의 개별 시스템으로 구성된 보안 망 구조와의 비교를 통하여 능동형 보안 엔진의 효율성을 설명한다.

건설현장 재해가 차지하는 국가적 손실을 감소시키기 위해 그동안 정부 및 관계기관과 많은 건설사들의 노력에도 불구하고 건설현장 작업 공정상 중대 사고들이 끊이지 않아 이에 대한 실증적 연구가 절실히 요구되고 있다. 현재 건설업의 안전관리 시스템은 유해·위험방지계획서 제도를 시행하고 있으나, 기존의 다른 자료를 답습한 내용이 대부분이고, 대규모 공사인 경우는 유해·위험방지계획서 작성 자체도 큰 부담을 갖을 수밖에 없는 현실에서 실질적인 수행이 어려운 실정이다. 그리고, 공사 착공 후 잦은 설계변경과 공법 변화 등에 따른 위험 요인에 적절히 대응하지 못하는 문제점이 도출되고 있다. 이러한 연유로 각각의 작업공정 개시전 공정별 작업 안전계획을 수립하여 적기에 능동적이고 유기적인 사전위험요인 제거가 가능한 공정안전관리기법(PSM: Process Safety Management)을 건설분야에 도입하여 시행하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 건설현장에 핵심공정에 대한 사전 안전성 확보로 재해를 예방하는 P.S.M. 기법을 도입하여 건설업 중대재해를 예방하는 방안을 찾아보고자 한다.

Attacks such as hacking, a virus intimidating a system and a network are increasing recently. However, the existing system security or network management system(NMS) cannot be safe on various threats. Therefore, Firewall, IDS, VPN, LAS(Log Analysis System) establishes security system and has defended a system and a network against a threat. But mutual linkage between security systems was short and cannot prepare an effective correspondence system, and inefficiency was indicated with duplication of security. Therefore, an active security and an Enterprise Security Management came to need. An effective security network was established recently by Enterprise Security Management, Intrusion Tracking, Intrustion Induction. But an internetworking is hard for an enterprise security systems, and a correspondence method cannot be systematic, and it is responded later. Therefore, we proposes the active enterprise security management module that can manage a network safely in this paper.

For the purpose of cost saving and sales promotion, various industry companies have introduced logistics management techniques in their field. However, enterprises faced to damages because proper products can not be provided to customers in basic logistics 3S1L(speedy, safely, surely, and low) principles for environments changing rapidly and inflexible business processes. So, we need the ability in coping with risk to handle this phenomenon. In particular, the shipper of key decisions of supply chain risk management requires continuous exchange and collection of logistics information in the third-party logistics. However the current SCRMS(Supply Chain Risk Management System) is not sufficient to cover the shipper's various needs and to recognize and respond to emergency situations. Therefore, this paper proposes an active SCRMS framework through the reconsideration about the previous research on SCRM and rearrangement of risk factors for coping with those problems. in addition, it verifies an efficiency through a stability comparison with the current system.

XML은 웹에서 구조화된 문서를 기술하는 전세계적인 표준 메타 언어로 정교한 검색을 지원하며, 쉽게 다른 목적으로 사용될 수 있다. Java는 다양한 플랫폼을 갖는 원격 학습 환경에서 효율적이면서도 안전하고 다양한 기능을 수행하는 시스템을 구현할 수 있게한다. 따라서 다양한 멀티미디어 구성요소들을 포함하는 코스웨어를 원격에서 교사들이 쉽게 개발하고 관리할 수 있는 XML 기반의 원격 코스웨어 제작 및 관리 시스템(X/RCAMS : SML-based Remote Courseware Authoring and Management System)을 Java 언어로 구현하기위하여 설계를 하였다. 이 시스템은 한 학교나 학습지 지역 분국에서 자신의 특성을 살리면서도 학습 정보의 상호 교류가 가능하며, 사용자가 사용하기 쉽고 사용자의 능동적인 참여를 유발할 수 있다.

The article 49-2 of Industrial Safety Law requires that all the owners of industrial plants which contains dangerous facilities perform the process safety management. That is, this law requires the owners of industrial plants to take necessary measures to prevent fire, harmful gas leaking, explosion, and other serious accidents that could cause demage and injuries to the employees. So far, domestic chemical plants have tried to invest money and time in safety management. But, such efforts have been made only in chemical plants that were subsidiaries of large business groups. Moreover, since the economic crisis of Korea which is symbolized by the IMF bailout, small and medium size companies could not afford to invest in safety management. Their major concern is to increase productivity and thereby, survive in this crisis. The goal of this research is to develop the process safety management system that can help small and medium size companies to positively secure the process safety management. So, in developing the process safety management system, the financial and practical difficulties of such companies are fully taken into consideration.

An MIB is the heart of a network management system and it stores all information that is necessary for network management. To operate networks safely, it is essential to control accesses to managed objects. This paper provides three-level architecture of managers so as to perform network management more efficiently in large networks. Moreover, mandatory access control(MAC) policy and role-based access control policy are adopted to ensure the secure access to the MIB. These policies are modeled by using the active object-oriented data model, which makes easy to map these access control models into the active object-oriented database.
