전자잡지는 원고 작성부터 편집, 제작 등 전 과정에 이르기 까지 컴퓨터 활용은 물론 CD-ROM이나 인터넷을 이용, 전통 인쇄방식 없이도 독자에게 전달되는 단계에 접어 들었다. 컴퓨터와 인터넷, 그리고 디지털혁명과 뉴테크놀로지는 잡지 형태를 현격히 변화시키고 있는 것이다. 앞으로 정보기술을 이용한 전자잡지의 발전은 더욱 증대될 것이다. 따라서 전자잡지 분야에서는 이러한 신기술의 발전에 대해 더욱 많은 관심과 끊임없는 실험정신을 가지고 멀티미디어 시대를 대비해 나가야 할 것이다.

최근 급변하는 한국 보건의료환경 가운데 저출산과 고령화로 인한 생산가능 인구 감소와 보건의료재정의 적자 및 막대한 비용 상승이 전망되면서 보건의료체계에 위기감이 조성되어왔다. 도입 초부터 줄곧 형평성과 접근성을 강조했던 구 건강보험 패러다임에 대해 사회 일각이 지속적으로 수정을 요구해왔으며 보건의료당국은 최근 "선진형 패러다임"으로의 전환을 공식 선언하고 보건의료체계의 개혁을 예고하였다. 이 논문은 한국 보건의료환경을 진단하여 패러다임 전환의 당위성을 제기하며 신 구 패러다임의 비교분석을 통해 신 패러다임의 특징을 도출하고 정책적 시사점을 제시하는데 목표가 있다. 이를 위해 다양한 국내 외 문헌자료와 전문가들의 인터뷰 자료 등 2차 자료를 수집하여 분석을 시도한다. 비교분석결과, 전환된 패러다임 하에서 한국의 향후 보건의료개혁의 방향은 효율성(equity) 강화와 보건의료에 대한 책임주의(stewardship)를 구현할 것임을 도출하였다.

Today, the traditional office system doesn't accomplish the function of office well on account of the change of socioeconomic environments We can expect that aspect will grow from bad to bad in the 21st century. So, I insist that the alternative office is a cure for the problem The alternative office means a new form of offices, e,g. Team office, Hoteling, Small office home office. Satellite office, Cyber office. etc., as a alternative of the traditional office. I believe that alternative offices on the basis of a powerful information technology will perform the function and the role of office efficiently, and then these are fixed on the new paradigm of the information-intensive offices.

This study aims to explore the creation of fashion design that embraces the diversity of human culture by examining oriental images that appear in the modern fashion with a focus on new paradigms that significantly affect human life as the latest trends, and by reflecting the trends of the times. The results of this study are as follows: First, this study examined that with regard to paradigm, a theoretical frame to view universe, the dichotomous, determinist, mechanism, linear paradigm collapsed to convert to undetermined, exoteric, pluralistic, indeterministic, organic, and holistic paradigm. The new paradigm is identified to have emerged before and after 1950s, and through the new paradigm, the characteristics of postmodernism such as historicality, popularity, locality, folkways and the characteristics of deconstructionism, internally mutual text, post phenomenon, undeterminability and externally exposure, destruction, poverty, decomposition and analysis, were identified. Second, the Orient is defined as the generic term referring to the entire Asian areas east of Turkey. Through the developmental process of oriental images, it was converted from the Oriental image, which mysteriously and romantically represents oriental elements, into the ethnic image that represents long time oriental traditions and indigenous culture together with the characteristics of the new paradigm. Third, the artistic characteristics of the Oriental costumes presented by Korea, China and Japan are expressed in developmental types, T-type plane structure, layered style, asymmetrical adjustment and easy silhouette, and they show indigenous characteristics of each country, for example, Chinese styles in dragon pattern, red and yellow, Japanese styles in flower design and achromatic color. Fourth, the Oriental Image, combined with the postmodernism and deconstructionism through the new paradigm, has two: one Oriental image highlights traditional elements by creating new Oriental image such as natural image, folk image, hybrid image and deconstruction image; and another is undetermined and vague by combining or decomposing Oriental or Western elements. It is expected that fashion designs that reflect these contexts of the times will contribute to the strengthening of international competitiveness.

Environmental design is the process of creating and suggesting a new culture retlectmg the spirits and scientific know ledges of an age, so il is important for a designer, who deals environment, to perceive the present trend of science, The goal of this study is to suggest a way to recover the vanishing image in current urban environment from the viewpoint of changing world-view, The process of this study is as follows. 1. According to spatial hierarchy, the role of each space and the importance of each space in correlation with human are considered. 2. The method to undersk, nd the space from the viewpoint of new paradigm and the direction of environmental design's access are suggested. 3. The notion that introduction of semi public space In urban environment is consistent with new paradigm is demonstrated and the semi public space's role of stimulation of urban activity is emphasized. The result of this study shows a possibility that semi public space, introduced by understanding of a space on the basis of new paradigm, expands the territory of life and overcomes tile negative environmental problem like disorder, increase of entropy.

21세기는 사이버공간의 확대, 선점이 곧 국가와 기업 그리고 개인의 생존경쟁력의 바로미터가 될 것이다. 그러나 사이버공간에서 발생되고 있는 정보화의 역기능들은 갈수록 빈번하고 지능화되고 있어 심각한 사회적 혼란과 국가의 전략적, 행정적, 경제적으로 막대한 손실은 물론 군사활동마저 마비시키고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 글에서는 사이버 광간에서의 범죄행위를 예방하고 차단시킬 수 있는 정보보호기술과 패러다임을 조사 분석하여 정보보호산업의 현황을 알아본 다음 정보보호기술의 측면에서 활성화 방안을 제시한다.

지난 2월 서울에서 열린 '2009 그린포럼'에서 토머스 프리드먼은 인류의 미래를 위한 유일한 해결책은 녹색 혁명이라고 역설하였다. 최근 세계 경제의 침체와 맞물리면서 미국 등 주요 국가들은 경기 부양책의 일환으로 흑은 시장 선점의 방안으로써 녹색 성장을 표방하는 그린 오션(Green ocean) 에 주목하고 있다. 우리나라도 지난해 8월 대통령이 "저탄소 녹색 성장"을 한국 경제의 새로운 성장 동력으로 제시한 바 있는데, 이처럼 녹색 산업이 국가 경쟁력과 기업의 미래 성장으로 직결되는 뉴 패러다임에 직면하여 국내 유일의 원전 운영 회사인 한수원(주)도 녹색 미래에 대비한 정책 추진을 차질 없이 수행하고 있다.

지금 사회는 물질중심에서 정신(문화)중심의 뉴 패러다임을 맞이하고 있다. 소득수준이 향상되면서 물질뿐만 아니라 국가의 전통문화, 민간 공예, 지방 전통 등 정신적인 측면이 강조되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 중국 전지요소를 활용한 포스터 광고 디자인을 통해 전지 요소로서의 활용 가능성을 확대하고, 중국 전통 전지공예의 가치를 재조명하는 동시에 중국 광고 포스터 디자인의 현지화 및 세계화에 대한 가능성을 연구해 보았다.

WTO 뉴라운드와 DDA협상 등 농산물수입개방 확대로 국내 농업ㆍ농촌의 여건은 점점 악화되어가고 있다. 우리 농촌이 국제적 환경변화에 영향을 받기 시작하여 농산물의 생산과 판매에 있어서 영향을 주고 있다. 농산물가격이 보장되지 않고 국제적 경쟁을 통해 이겨야하는데 현실적으로 구내의 농산물가격 경쟁에서 이기기 힘들다. 따라서 각 국의 농업정책도 자국내 농정에서 글로벌 스탠다드에 의한 국제시장 메카니즘 강요를 받고 있으며, 농업도 생산증대에 역점을 두어왔으나 소비자지향의 고부가가치를 창출하는 농업으로 패러다임의 전환을 요구받고 있다.(중략)
