뉴실버세대의 모바일 헬스케어 사용성을 높이기 위한 GUI 가이드라인 제안 (Proposal of GUI Guidelines to Improve the Usability of Mobile Healthcare for New Silver Generation)

  • 최근 고령 사회로의 진입으로 헬스케어 서비스의 수요가 확대되고 있다. 하지만 노후를 능동적으로 준비하는 뉴실버세대의 특성을 고려한 GUI연구는 아직 미비한 실정이다. 뉴실버세대는 일반적인 고령자들보다는 정보취득에 대한 거부감이 약하기는 하지만 40대 이하의 젊은 세대들과 정보습득능력의 차이를 보이고 있기 때문에 그들의 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 특성을 고려한 모바일 헬스케어 서비스의 GUI에 대한 연구가 시급하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 미래 의료소비의 중심으로 떠오르고 있는 뉴실버세대가 모바일 헬스케어 서비스를 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 GUI평가 가이드를 제안하는 데에 있다. 연구방법은 첫 번째, 문헌연구과 선행연구를 통해 뉴실버세대의 특성을 분석하여 모바일 헬스케어의현황을 파악하였고, 두 번째, 현재 모바일 헬스케어 어플리케이션의 각 분야에서 선호되는 시각구성요소를 분석하여 고령자의 특성에 맞게 모바일 GUI디자인의 사용성 평가 지표를 도출하였다. 세 번째, 도출된 평가 지표를 사용하여 휴리스틱(heuristic)방식을 통하여 57세부터 65세까지의 뉴실버세대 8명을 대상으로 사용성 평가를 진행하였다. 이 연구는 뉴실버세대 사용자의 특성에 맞춰 GUI가이드를 제안함으로써 사용성 향상에 기여하기를 기대하며 동시에 헬스케어 모바일 어플리케이션 개발에 대한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

  • 현재 주목받고 있는 실버 소비자의 등산복 구매 실태와 만족도를 알아보고 노인 연령대에 따른 차이를 분석하였다. 본 연구 대상의 표집은 북한산에서 등산을 하고 계시는 노인 100에 대하여 65세를 기준으로 뉴실버와 실버 소비자로 노인소비자를 구분하였다. 자가응답과 대필방식을 병행하여 설문지를 작성하였으며 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 t Test와 카이검증을 통하여 분석하였다. 뉴실버 소비자들은 실버소비자보다 스포츠웨어를 자주 구입하였으며 구매비용도 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 브랜드 인지도도 높았으며 구매장소는 스포츠웨어 전문매장을 선호하였다. 구매기준과 불만족 요인도 연령대에 따라 차이가 있었다. 즉 뉴실버 소비자에게는 등산복의 품질, 디자인/색에 대한 불만족이 높은 반면에, 실버 소비자에게는 품질, 착용감/쾌적감이 불만족이 높았다.

  • 노년세대는 발달과제인 '자아통합감'을 이루기 위해 기억, 평가, 종합의 역동적인 과정인 '인생회고'가 필요하다. 자서전 쓰기는 사고양상으로서 내러티브를 기반으로 인생회고의 도구 역할을 해왔다. 본 연구는 뉴실버세대에게 디지털 자서전이 자아통합감을 이루는 도구로서 본래의 역할을 충분히 할 수 있도록 고려해야 할 점을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 인생회고로 자아통합감을 이뤄가는 과정에 관한 이론들을 먼저 살펴보고, 자서전 쓰기의 양상 및 내러티브의 3가지 개념과 자서전적 글쓰기의 구성자질을 고찰할 것이다. 다음으로, 디지털 내러티브를 기반으로 한 디지털 자서전의 특징을 살펴보고, 뉴실버세대의 디지털 자서전 연구를 위한 고려 사항을 제안한다.

뉴실버 세대를 위한 헬스장 서비스디자인 콘셉트 평가 (Fitness Center Service Design Concept Evaluation for the New Silver Generation )

  • 본 연구는 KSC(kano, Score Model, Concept Position)평가방법을 활용하여 제공할 서비스디자인 만족도에 대한 정확도를 높이는 것이 연구의 목적으로 부산지역을 중심으로 6개 지점을 운영하고 있는 P사 헬스장을 중심으로 건강한 뉴실버세대를 위한 다양한 헬스장 서비스모델을 제시하여 사례연구를 진행하였다. 더블다이어몬드(Double Diamond)방법을 활용하여 P사의 5개 지점 중 연산점을 중심으로 사례연구를 진행하였는데 이는 연산점을 중심으로 노인을 위한 다양한 여가생활 인프라가 잘 구축 되어 있었기 때문이다. 본 연구를 통하여 고객에 대한 다양한 인사이트(Insight)를 추출하였고 발굴한 인사이트(Insight)를 기반으로 관리자와 트레이너의 관점에서 서비스디자인 모델을 최종적으로 9가지 도출하였다. 최종적으로 도출한 9가지 모델을 기반으로 카노(Kano)만족도 평가, 스코어모델(Concept Score), 콘셉트포지션(Concept Position)평가를 통하여 9가지 제시한 안들 중 3, 6번을 제외한 모든 안들이 유효하다는 것을 알 수 있었고 최종적으로 투자비용과 효과성으로 구분하여 실행 로드맵을 제안하였다.

의복쇼핑성향에 따른 집단별 유아동복 구매행동의 세대 간 차이 -뉴실버세대와 신세대 주부를 중심으로- (Children's Wear Purchasing Behavior by Retired Women and the Missy Group with a View to their Shopping Orientation)

  • This study examines the children's wear purchasing behavior of younger generation women (the missy group) and in the new-silver generation (retired). The data collected in the study were examined with a view to establish effective marketing strategies within the children's wear market, a market where the age and characteristics of the actual purchasers of the products have become more diverse. A descriptive survey method using a self-administered questionnaire was employed. The sample consisted of 398 females between the ages of 28 and 64 residing in Seoul and the Gyeonggi-do area. Data collected were analyzed by frequency, t-test, ANOVA, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and Cronbach's alpha coefficients. Respondents were classified into 4 groups by their clothes shopping orientation: conformable/brand conscious purchasing type, planned purchasing/enjoy shopping type, store/brand loyal impulse-oriented type, and dependent/low shopping interest type. There were differences between the missy and the new- silver generations under consideration. It is clear from the study that, even though some individuals of the missy group and of new-silver group belonged to the same shopping orientation type, individuals still showed differences with regard to children's wear purchasing behavior.

뉴실버 여성의 선호 섬유와 재질감에 대한 연구 (New-silver women's fiber and material property preferences)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine new-silver women's fiber and material property preferences and purchasing behaviors. The survey subjects were 115 new-silver women ranging in age from 50 to 60 years old. This study utilized a questionnaire as a measurement tool. The results of this study were as follows: First, the home ownership rate of the participants in this was 81.4%, and 54.9% of them had a bachelor's degree or higher. Therefore, they turned out to be a new silver generation with higher education and stable income and assets. Second, regarding their purchasing behaviors, it was shown that they purchased the largest amount of clothing for themselves and their spouses, children, and grandchildren at the change of seasons. Third, with regard to their average spending on clothing, when they purchased clothing for themselves, it was shown that they purchased clothing at the price of KRW 500,000 or above for themselves but not for their family members. Fourth, their favorite type of fiber was synthetic fiber, and their favorite material property was heaviness, followed by roughness, stiffness, bulkiness, and glossiness. Moreover, with regard to their favorite functional textile, it was shown that the highest percentage of them preferred vitamin textiles, followed by ocher and scented textiles.

발효쪽 소재와 전통디자인을 활용한 뉴실버세대의 요양복 개발 (Design Development of the Recuperation Clothing using Polygonum Indigo and Traditional Design for New Silver Generation)

  • In Korea, to deal with the housing needs of the elderly, the government operates free nursing homes and residential homes. And to deal with the needs for daily necessities, imported products or products for the disabled have been supplied for the elderly. The government has recognized the importance of silver industry in this rapidly aging society and has established strategies to vitalize industries related to seniors to deal with the seniors' need for food, clothing, and shelter. This study examined the necessity of nursing home gowns, and the development of nursing home gowns that are environmentally friendly, beautiful and functional for the new silver generation. For this study, literature review and Internet search were conducted regarding the status of silver fashion, necessity of nursing home gowns, emergence of new silver generation and change in lifestyle, and value and utilization of natural dye and traditional patterns. To produce nursing home gowns, fabric was dyed using fermented indigo dying, and 3 styles of nursing home gowns for each gender were designed in consideration of seasons. Lastly, these gowns were evaluated by fashion experts, medical personnel, hospital gown and silver wear experts, and natural dye experts. The results showed that the traditional Korean designs developed in this study were excellent and the fermented indigo dye was appropriate for the nursing home gowns. The development of nursing home gowns in this study will be utilized as basic material for the development of silver wear and nursing home gowns to improve the quality of life for the seniors.

뉴실버 여성을 위한 브래지어 착용실태 및 선호도 조사 (The Actual Wearing Conditions and Preferences for New Silver Women's Brassiere)

  • This study provides basic reference data for brassiere wearing conditions, design preferences of new silver women (50s-60s) and development of brassiere products. We compiled and compared 163 pieces of brassiere (considering of 105 domestic general brassieres and 58 foreign silver brassieres) analyzed using SPSS Statistics 21 program. A survey was then conducted on the actual wearing, purchasing conditions, design preferences for 176 females (50s-60s). The result of this study are as follows: First, comparing actual product conditions (domestic general products and foreign silver products), the ratio of full cup in cup height, V-shape type in neckline shape, long type in front-end length, wide type in wing width, U-shape type in shoulder strap form, wide type in shoulder strap width, no-wire brassieres in breast wire type, all-in-one type in shoulder strap separation, back type in closure type appeared higher than other types of brassiere in domestic general product. Second, a study also showed that 60s women's wearing time is lower than 50s women's; however, 60s women expressed a higher figure and preference for the purchasing ratio in the department store, full cup in cup height, short type in length of brassieres, wide type in wing width, U-shape in shoulder strap form, small type in shoulder strap width, back type in closure type and no-wire brassieres than those in their 50s. It was found they prefer fabric with a high natural content, nude tone color without decoration & pattern and camisole brassieres.

뉴실버세대 여성을 위한 브래지어 개발 (A Study on Brassiere Development for the New Silver Generation Women)

  • This study develops a new brassiere for new silver women. A new brassiere design was developed for the silver generation based on apreliminary survey; subsequently, a wire and no-wire type of brassier were developed after a second fitting evaluation. The results were as follows. First, in terms of brassiere design, the cup shape was designed as mold type full cup, shoulder straps were designed as camisole type with cups, bias tape was designed for body correction in the side line and mash tape was designed for easy movement below the cups. On the other side ofthe cup shape was a pocketdesigned on a support pad forthe wire type and a support panel to serve as a wire in the no-wire type brassiere. Second, brassiere patterns were designed by referencing the educational H pattern. Thetotal length was elongated by 5cmto reduce pressure when wearing a brassiere and the height of the front center increased by 8cm for the stability of the front center of the brassiere. In addition, the side line was moved back by 3cm and the width of the brassiere wings was designed widely at 10.5cm. Third, a wearing test was conducted for the wire type and the no-wire type brassiere with comparison products, using a 7-point Likert scale. Appearance results and movement tests for the wire and no-wire type showed a higher score than comparison products.

뉴실버 여성소비자 지각연령과 라이프스타일에 따른 의복쇼핑성향 연구 (제2보) (A Study on the Shopping Orientation, Related to the Cognitive Age and the Types of Lifestyle of the Female Consumers in the Elderly Generation (Part2))

  • This study researches age of discretion and lifestyles for aged women consumers and examines their social and psychologically recognized age of discretion and the difference in shopping orientation on fashion. Also it is purposed to support implications for marketing strategy on fashion market for the aged. A survey was carried out regarding the consumers of the new elderly generation aged 55 and above. 561 respondents were surveyed, residing in Seoul and Metropolitan areas. Factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, K-average community and multivariate analysis, multi-recurrence and crossing analysis($X^2$ verified) were used for statistical analysis. In conclusion, first, people in their 70s to 80s perceive their age 20 to 30 years younger than their real age. Second, appearance-oriented and high technology-oriented were the most highlighted lifestyles as to the study of the vital statistical, related to the lifestyle in correspondence to the real-age and the cognitive age. Third, people who feel older than they actually are in terms of shopping orientation were less likely to shop depending on their mood. Throughout the results, there is no doubt that people in the elderly generation is a main target within marketing trends in the elderly generation industry. A research based on comparison between the male and the female consumers in the elderly generation is considered to be very meaningful.
