최근 건강기능식품의 성장으로 농식품 산업이 1차 산업을 넘어 고부가가치 신성장산업으로 재정의되며 각국은 농식품 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 ICT 융합을 빠르게 진행하고 있다. 국내 농식품 산업 역시 FTA 체결 등으로 글로벌 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 국내 발전된 ICT역량을 농식품 산업에 융합하는 노력을 진행하고 있다. 하지만 아직 초기 단계로써 농식품 가치사슬상 생산분야의 시설원예나 축산 생산성 증가를 위한 ICT 융합 단계에 머무르고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 농식품 생산분야 ICT 최신사례로써 노지작물 재배 ICT 융합사례, 수산양식 ICT 융합사례를 소개하고, 농식품 유통 및 판매 분야 ICT 융합사례로써 스마트 가상 스토어, 아마존 대시, 전자가격태그 모델을 소개하고 그 산업적 시사점을 논의하고자 한다.

국내 농식품 산업은 FTA 체결 등 대외 환경의 급격한 변화, 농가인구의 감소와 고령화로 인한 인력난, 사료, 원부자재비 및 에너지 비용의 증가로 인한 생산비 증가, 선진사회 진입에 따른 고품질의 농수산물에 대한 수요 증대 및 안전성 문제 등으로 인하여 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 농식품 산업을 고부가 가치 산업으로 발전시킬 수 있는 농식품 IT 융합기술 연구와 개발이 필수적이다. 본 고에서는 농식품 IT 융합기술의 연구 동향 및 표준화 동향을 살펴보고, 농식품 IT 융합기술 개발 사례와 지원 전략 및 방향 등의 이슈를 알아봄으로써 국내 농식품 IT 융합기술의 발전 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

This research is to focus on the method of moving line optimization in Agricultural Industry, especially Garak Wholesale Market Modernization Project, by using simulation tool. As everybody knew, it's very difficult to apply the SCM operation rules in Agricultural Industry, because the standardization system in Agricultural Industry was not completed. The five flow management factors, vehicle moving line management, customer moving line Management, Logistics Device Moving Line Management, Working Person Moving Line Management, Product display moving line management, are needed to be optimized on the basis of standardization rules, and to achieve this will be the good infrastructure to make the Agricultural SCM system. It's very different between the SCM structure of manufacturing industry and logistics industry and the SCM structure of Agricultural Industry, because the SCM in manufacturing is occur in the basis of flow management, on the contrary, the SCM of Agricultural Industry is on the basis of activity management. For these reason, this study is the first approach to apply the simulation method in the part of moving line optimization in Agricultural SCM, and in near future, This study will help all designers and operators to apply the simulation work in the part of agricultural SCM, and we hope that next advanced study will continue by using this study.

포장 산업계 가운데 농식품 포장 및 농식품 디자인 분야는 타 산업에 비해서 낙후되어 있는 것이 현실이다. "살기좋은 농어촌이 되는 그날까지 우리의 노력은 지속될 것"이라는 포부 아래 농식품 관련 포장의 발전을 위해 주력하고 있는 김수일포장개발연구소는 농가실질소득향상과 농산물 직거래 활성화를 목표로 업계 발전을 꾀하고 있다. "농산물포장박사" 블로그와 홈페이지를 활발하게 운영해 온 것을 비롯, 농산물 마케팅 및 브랜드/디자인 개발 교육을 수료하는 등 각고의 노력 끝에 현재 농업분야 포장 전문가로 인정 받고 있는 김수일 소장. 그에게 농산물 포장업계에 대한 견해와 포장개발 계획에 대해 들어보았다.

The members of Food Valley in Netherlands recognised that the networking function is the most important among demand articulation, network formation and innovation-process support. Furthermore, SMEs expect the support of internationalization from Food Valley organization. It is expected that the function of Food Valley which can establish effective network and environment for open innovation will be more significant in the future. Our government also designated Iksan as a national food cluster for preparing the growth of international food market and promoting the effective growth of domestic food industry. As noted earlier in the case of Food Valley, the government should make Iksan Cluster focus on building network for innovation and development of domestic food industry through making innovative environment between food industry and local university. And then, this food cluster will become the center of export of food products and sophistication of domestic food sector.
