  • A subway is one of many public transportation means that contributes toward our society including seoul and offering of its service and expression of various information are in need due to users high demand. And there are various class of users. For that reason an optical communication network in the general contorl center and station buildings was installed. Considering the importance of safe operation of subway, optical communication exists to enhance customer satisfaction. Safe operation is essential as its level of reliance accounts for about 95%. this paper will look for ways to promote mutual information interchange and operation know-how with systems of the same kind and sharing a capable of effective operation of systems in place. Optical communication network in the metropolis railroad accepts various kinds of control networks and data networks for train operation. As occasion demands, this paper presents effective application scheme and specialized organization about an optical communication operating system.

  • The objective of the study is to examine the impact of researcher's commercialization support on the success of commercialization after technology transfer of public research institutes. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of researcher's commercialization support on commercialization success with 204 license agreements from ETRI. As a result, it has been empirically verified that there is a significant impact to the success of the commercialization of transferred technology when the researcher is participating in the commercialization process and transfers the latent knowledge gained in the invention process to the licensed company. The result is suggestive of the effective directions of government's and public research institutes' policy for SME support.

  • 최근 강구조물의 건설이 지속적으로 증가되어 왔다. 또한 강구조물의 유지관리 및 안전성에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 시설물의 안전성 확보는 대형사고의 사전 예방, 공용 중 갑작스런 가동 중지에 의하여 발생되는 비용증가를 사전에 차단 할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성은 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 또한 각종 구조물은 열악한 사용조건, 고온, 고압, 고속, 대형화됨에 따라 일단 사고가 발생 했을 경우 대형사고의 위험이 예상되므로, 제작시 검사의 강화뿐만이 아니라 공용 중 구조물의 안전성을 진단 할 수 있는 모니터링 체계의 확립이 필요한 시점이다. 현재 국내에서 강구조물들의 균열 모니터링 시스템에 관한 연구는 매우 미흡한 실정이며, 현재 사용되고 있는 비파괴검사 방법은 UT와 RT등이다. 이러한 방법들은 많은 시간과 경비가 소요되며 또한 거대구조물 혹은 사람의 접근이 어려운 곳에는 적용하기가 힘들다. 또한 주기적인 검사 작업으로 인한 막대한 시간과 비용의 손실이 발생되고 있으며 초기 결함을 조기에 인지하지 못함으로써 적절한 보수 보강 대책이 이루어지지 않아 보수 보강 비용의 증대를 초래한다. 더욱이, 결함이 진전된 이후에도 이것을 인지하지 못하여 적절한 대응을 하지 않는다면 대형사고로 이어질 수도 있다. 따라서 강구조물에 대한 효율적인 유지관리가 가능하고, 초기결함으로부터 균열이 진전하여 붕괴되는 사고를 미연에 방지하며 초기에 보수보강 작업을 수행함으로써 보수보강 비용도 절감 할 수 있는 모니터링 시스템의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 모니터링 시스템의 개발은 기술적 측면에서 강구조물의 효율적인 유지 관리 노하우를 얻을 수 있으며 경제 산업적 측면에서는 보수 보강 비용 및 불필요한 주기적 점검 비용을 절감 할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 전위차법을 이용하여 강구조물의 필렛 용접부에서의 균열진전양상을 파악하고 정량화를 통해 필렛용접부의 잔여수명을 예측하였다.

  • In this study, the goal is to spread profound knowledge and theory through providing with accumulated methods in mathematics education to the students who are relatively neglected in educational benefits. The process is divided into 3 categories: mathematics for obtaining common sense and intelligence, practical math for application, and math as a liberal art to elevate their characters. Furthermore, it includes the reasons for studying math, improving problem-solving skills, machinery application learning, introduction to code(cipher) theory and game theory, utilizing GSP to geometry learning, and mathematical relations to sports and art. Based on these materials, the next step(goal) is to train graduate students to conduct researches in teaching according to the teaching plan, as well as developing interesting and effective teaching plan for the remote high school learners.

  • Bookmagic is a new reading program that encourages children of 5-15 ages to enjoy reading. Bookmagic provides free downloadable resources such as pre-reading and after-reading activities, booklists, posters and awards. Since a number of reading programs have already been developed, published and used, Bookmagic is not a toally new project. However, it is distinguished by the process of creating the program. While most of the reading programs available in Korea were developed by individual occupations(academic experts, private enterprises, civic organisations, associations of librarians or teachers), Bookmagic was designed by a team of various professionals including a picture book author, an academic researcher, a primary school teacher, a school librarian and two public librarians. Working in a partnership with other professionals, participant librarians had a unique opportunity to develop expertises on reading education as a creator of a program rather than as a deliverer.

  • The establishment of a production pipeline imported 30 computer graphics is suggested in this paper to improve the efficiency of existing production pipeline of clay animation. The point is that the process of building clay characters that remains labor intensive among the existing procedures is replaced by the process of creating computer generated characters. In order to create characters out of clay by means of 30 computer graphics, a diffuse map and displacement map are made of an oil-based clay according to the UVW coordination of polygon modeling, which is the same color and kind of clay used to make a clay character. In addition, a panoramic HDRI recording system is developed to record the lighting information of shooting environment for miniature sets, which is imported in 3D computer graphic tools as digital light source. On account of the new production pipeline, a hyper realistic rendering image can be produced, and at the same time it improves the traditional pipeline of stop motion animation that is know-how based procedure of a complete artist by the engineering approach to the automatic process.

  • According as acceptance an order results of plant industry increases, ability of plant project management is required and necessity about information technology is augmented. For required information technology, developing information present conditions that consist of partial or unit system of domestic plant companies by synthetic system, development of systematic plant information system that supply standard direction presentation, tools and know-how about information technology need. This study achieved basic research that set information strategy and target by reflect trend of such plant industry, analyze future IT technology trend, international information environment, policy trend etc. and execute SWOT analysis of plant information system through this and present confrontation ways. It is presented confrontation ways by SWOT analysis through this research; (1) Development of education contents that can come forth competent person of plant industry, (2) Practical use of communication means that can offer by real time about informations connected with plant, (3) Offer of knowledge contents that supply various and useful inside and outside of the country's plant knowledge

  • Recently construction industry has faced new era as following the advances of IT technology. It becomes possible that information and knowledge among people are exchanged actively thanks to computer-based tools. In fact, the tools, PMIS(Project Management Information System) and KMS(Knowledge Management System) already have been introduced to constuction industry successfully. Lately IETM(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) is tried to be one of these systems. This trying is being enlarged that the IETM's concept is changed to administrative and legal process provider throughout the lifespan of construction projects. However, it is hard to define construction IETM in mega-scale project like urban regeneration project because construction projects are complex and have diverse stakeholders. These properties may make the IETM ambiguous system. To do define IETM as a administrative and legal process provider, this research will conduct survey and interview, then analyze its own properties and find out design strategies. Based on the properties and strategies, suggesting IETM's system demands and architecture of urban regeneration processes.

  • Risk identification based on the government quality assurance activity for military goods is being conducted to determine the risks to be reflected in a government quality assurance plan. On the other hand, current risk evaluation method focuses mainly on the functional requirements of the product specifications, which is a lack of reflection and identification of risks considering the process and the method is determined from a personal opinion, for example experience and know-how, which results in a lack of objectivity. Therefore, a standard of judgment according to quantitative data, which includes the present process control data using the FMEA method is required to improve the objectivity and dependability. This paper proposes useful suggestions for a government quality planning method to apply the results of FMEA to hand grenades.

  • In knowledge-based society, it is understood that the knowledge is an essential resources for effective management of the organization. Lately, knowledge management has been accepted by many organization as a new theory of management. But the problem is that people, a component of the organization tend not to open their own knowledge to others, but to keep seeking knowledge of others. It can be found in many research papers that there have been very little efforts for sharing knowledge among members of organization. The purpose of the study is to investigate the reasons for not sharing knowledge or ideas with others, to identify some cultural factors effecting their closed-minded attitude towards the sharing knowledge, and to find the solutions from the organizational culture.
