Chemical composition was determined to renew interest in acacia flower as food. The moisture content was 86.60%. The chemical composition showed 24.55% of protein, 8.51% of ash, 40.97% of total sugar and 160.44mg% of ascorbic acid on dry matter basis, respectively. Free sugar was mainly composed of fructose, sucrose and glucose. In fatty acid composition, the ratio of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids was 1.7 : 1. The unsaturated acids were primarily composed of polyenoic acid by more than 90%. The amino acid was distributed with a ratio 0.32 of essential to total amino acids. Important elements of acacia flower were K, Mg, Ca, Fe, and Na. Flavor components such as 24.19% of octadecanoic acid, 9.41% of benzyl alcohol, 7.05% of linalool, 5.43% of heptacosane and 4.28% of geraniol were identified as major volatile compounds of acacia flower.

A small number of countries are leading the world in the development of advanced weapon systems. In general, the access to the information on the design of advanced systems is limited. As such, when similar weapon systems need to be developed, a special methodology must be considered to catch up with both the technological and information barriers. In this paper, we study a design methodology based on the combination of the reverse engineering and the design structure matrix (DSM) approach. The methodology begins by analyzing the advanced system by reverse engineering and produces a set of design results in the form of physical architecture, functional architecture and system requirements. The design results are further enhanced by applying the DSM clustering. As a result, one can get an improved design result. As a target system, a guided missile system was considered.

When one considers the property of the axisymmetry, an analysis of an axisymmetric shell subjected to unaxisymmetric loading can be employed to save time and computer memory space. If one considers the Fourier series of the circumference direction of loads and displacements, an axisymmetric tank subjected to a nonaxisymmetric load can be treated as a frame element. Using the Fourier series, the authors derived the stiffness matrix of the cylindrical shell subjected to unaxisymmetric loading by the usual finite element method, and converted the stiffness matrix of a frame element into a transfer matrix by rearranging the stiffness matrix to apply the transfer matrix method. Here the most significant purpose of this paper is to achieve the fewest number of simultaneous equations for analysing an axisymmetric shell subjected to a nonaxisymmetric load. The results of the proposed method of the analysis of the cylindrical shell subjected to a wind load and a water load show no differences when compared to the other methods.

This study holds various implications and usefulness toward nurses as well as hospitals in that the study empirically found out the relations among hospitals' ethical climates, employee engagement (job engagement and organizational engagement) and intention to quit. The study shows that nurses' awareness of principles of responsibilities and benevolent ethical climates impact on enhancing organizational engagement and lowering intention to quit. Internally, employees are encouraged to make decisions accompanying fairness and responsibility and thus, shared values will be created between hospitals and nurses, while it will contribute to create a good image of the hospital to the public. However, it is also revealed that climates deficient in ethics, such as a climate of selfishness, have strong negative influences on workplace attitude of nurses. Therefore, recognizing importance and effectiveness of ethical climates, hospitals should underscore personal ethics of managers and nurses, and should go further to exert strategic efforts on the organizational level to create ethical hospital climates where nurses can naturally take ethical actions.

Climate change is tough global issue with human being to tackle in cooperative manners, because climate change affects globally and has long-term detrimental impacts. To get a clue to this intricate problem, vertical governance (global, regional, national, and local) with horizontal governance should be well orchestrated. In this research, we analyzed about 24,000 articles in Korean daily newspapers from 1990 to 2018 to find out vertical and horizontal governance characters of Korean climate change. The result showed that Korean government followed the global issues but lacks relations with neighbor countries. and found a little actions in local government. In horizontal governance aspect, Korean government approached the climate change as a tool for economic development and lead the issues without communication with other two player which are market and civil society. We proposed to use market mechanism to facilitate the participation and Climate Change Framework Act to setup the mechanism for cooperation.

Deleuze and Guattari revive the educational meaning of training. For them, "a violent training" always penetrates unconsciousness and consciousness. For example, we can float on water only by swimming. There is a complex historical exploration on the subject of training. Socrates distinguishes the training of spirit from that of the body, so he secures the independence of educational language. This heritage continues to us until today. However, Foucault argues that, since the modern era, humans have accepted an active obedience by "disciplinary training". Nowadays, the term "skill discipline" is also reduced to business language, and we should overcome this situation. Deleuze and Guattari suggest a "becoming-other" argument predicated on "pre-conscious singularities" on this point. The training of spirit evolves in relation to a body and other circumstance for them. Therefore, the traditional hierarchy between spirit and body is erased in their argument. Ironically, this argument displays "educational effectiveness" to success Socrates's heritage subverting to the modern thinking of it. In conclusion, we can now rethink the educational value of training based on this effectiveness. Kyudo training is an excellent example of education through body and spirit.

Many countries have interested in islands with their values in nature such as future sustainable resource and new expansion of marine territory. As territorial and cultural assets, these islands have been the source of our national competitiveness and, then, Korean government has initiated island management policy that provides a basis for the development and protection of islands. Consequently, spatial data and database for resource management have been required. In this sense, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the condition and status of various natural resources in Jeju islands. Jeju has 63 islands including 55 uninhabited islands. Then, an Island Information System(IIS) based on geographical information system(GIS) has been proposed. This ISS will provide not only a measure for effective resource management but also systematic services for releasing useful resource information.

Nowadays, Advanced country have devised a plan energy-saving through lighting effectiveness and increasing performance of lighting control system. If it uses the LED as a source of light then conserve electricity by 50%. This paper implement LEMS(Lighting Energy Management System) that applicate and Smart Dimmer and Smart Switch that control the digital LED light, support wired-wireless communication using USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network). This system of validity and reliability control special purpose lamp including indoor and outdoor lighting and landscape lighting effectively. It minimize the use of indoor and outdoor lighting energy by USN remote integral control function of Digital System Lighting of LED and increase effectiveness of energy and is a collaborative system that can feedback the use of electricity by measurement itself through Web and Switch.

한국 기업과 프랑스 기업 간에 한국기업이 프랑스기업으로부터 의약품의 임상자료 등에 관한 비밀정보 (Confidential information)를 받아서 한국식품의약품안전청에 의약품 제조허 가를 받기 위해 활용하는 과정에서 체결한 비밀유지 계약 (Secrecy Agreement)의 위반행위 여부의 분쟁이 발생하였다. 이 분쟁은 비밀유지계약 내의 중재조항에 의거하여 프랑스기업에 의해 프랑스 파리 소재 국제중재 판정부 (ICC Court Arbitral Tribunal) 에 회부되었고 한국기업이 응소하여 중재판정부에서 분쟁 사실들에 관한 양 당사자 회사들의 전문가들의 증언, 준비 서면들을 검토하여 비밀유지계약 각각의 조문의 해석을 통해 중재판정이 내려졌다. 이 중재판정은 ‘외국중재판정의 승인 및 집행에 관한 뉴욕협약’에 의거하여 중재판정 집행지국인 우리나라의 법원에서 집행판결을 거치게 되었다. 이때 한국법원에서는 뉴욕협약상의 집행거부 사유들에 관한 판단을 한 후 프랑스기업의 일부 승소의 집행판결을 내렸다. 본 사례연구의 시사점을 보면, 중재조항에 의거한 ICC 중재판정부의 심사절차는 각 나라 고유의 판례나 규정보다는, 중재인들의 건전한 상식에 근거하여 중재판정이 내려졌다는 것이다. 우리나라 법원 역시 중재인의 건전한 상식에 근거를 둔 중재판정의 세부적 내용에 대하여 중재권한, 국제적 공공질서 상의 심각한 문제점이 존재하지 않은 점을 고려하여 일부분을 제외하고는 외국중재판정을 그대로 집행함을 인용하는 판결을 내렸다는 점이다. 따라서, 한국기업들이 국제분쟁에 대비하기 위해서는 중재판정이 내려진 후 집행단계에서 중재판정 내용을 바꾸려는 노력을 하기보다는, 중재 절차 진행단계에서 한국 기업에게 객관적으로 입증할 수 있는 유리한 증거들을 중점적으로 적극 활용하여 중재인들의 건전한 상식에 바탕을 둔 중재판정을 유리한 방향으로 내리도록 유도하는 것이 더욱 바람직한 것이다.

With the development of the realm of software and its getting the limelight, technical-specialized high schools are trying hard to improve their students' ability in terms of the realm of software in the latest. This study compared and analyzed targeting for students who are learning Java program how much the type of personality of learners influences on the improvement of the resilience. As a result, the learners having introverted personality didn't have a meaningful result on the improvement of the resilience which is necessary for the programming learning. Vice versa, the learners having extroverted personality had a meaningful result on the improvement of the resilience through that personality. Through this research, we can seek after the way for the improvement of learners' resilience which mutually benefits learners having extroverted personality or introverted personality.
