  • 최근 다양한 조사사업 및 연구용역을 통해 도출된 유관기관별 수질 및 오염원 자료가 방대해지고, 이를 관리하기 위한 인력 및 시간이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 이와 더불어 각 기관별 업무가 중복되고, 인력 및 시간의 부족으로 인한 조사자료의 질의 저하 및 부정확성 문제 등 오염원자료 관리에 있어 해결되어야 문제점들이 제시되고 있는 실정이다. 각 기관별 보유자료에 대한 자체 신뢰도는 매우 취약한 실정이며, 특히 생활계 오염원 자료의 기초가 되는 하수관거접속 인구, 물 사용량 자료와 축산계 오염원 자료의 기초인 인허가 자료 등은 자료간의 편차가 상당한 수준인 것으로 조사되었다. 오염총량관리제도 도입을 위한 자료 검증과정에서 기초자료 체계를 갖추는데 소요되는 기간만큼 계획의 수립이 지연 혹은 중단되는 사례가 최근 몇 년간 반복되고 있는 실정임을 감안할때 각 기관별로 계획수립에 필요한 자료의 수집 및 관리가 이루어져하는 당위성에 비추어볼 때 향후 오염총량관리제의 도입 등을 위하여 오염원 조사 뿐만 아니라 수문, 수질 기초 자료의 수집 및 체계적인 데이터베이스화를 통해 유관기관의 계획수립에 필요한 체계를 구축하고, 유역오염정보화의 근간을 마련하여야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹기반의 물관리 연구 네트워크를 구축하여 관련된 이해당사자들의 정보교류의 장으로서, 수행사업에 대한 홍보의 장으로서, 주요연구사항에 대한 학습의 장으로서 활용하게 된다. 체계적인 연구 네트워크 구성 및 유역환경정보 공유시스템의 구축은 물환경 인프라를 확충시키는데 매우 중요한 역할을 담당할 것이다.

Economic Self-Sufficiency Criteria for New Town Planning by Network Characteristics (도시네트워크 특성에 따른 신도시 경제적 자족성 기준 연구)

  • As the spatial structure of a region is evolving into a decentralized multi-nucli model, networked connection among cities in a region is emerging as an important issue to strengthen regional competitiveness. This paper focused on the limitation of current new town planning criteria which just suggest a uniform standard for economic self-sufficiency by new-town size, without representing the network characteristics of new town. If a new town is planned as a economic strongpoint within a region, it needs to secure appropriate industrial functions. This study classified the characteristics of new towns by network analysis and reviewed the economic self-sufficiency criteria by new town types. Using various network connectedness indices, the 1st and 2nd round new towns in the capital region were analyzed, and land-use distribution of new-towns in other countries were also examined comparatively. The network characteristics of new towns are classified as three types: mono-nucleus, distributed center, and dependent. Based on this classification, planning criteria for self-sufficiency were compared among 6 new towns. This study provides implications for the amendment of "the sustainable new town planning criteria" or the revision of development plans.

Design of a Ship Backbone Network for Effective Performance and Construct Cost (효율적인 네트워크의 구축 비용 및 성능을 고려한 선박 백본 네트워크의 설계기법)

  • This paper proposes a design of a ship backbone network-based on the survival and efficiency of the ship network. Currently IEC operates the standard ship network, a standard specification "IEC 61162-410 maintains the operation of the network. IEC 61162-410 offers a high stability of the ship network by using terminal equipment. But current studies are incomplete because it has been assumed that the ship's network will operate at double its current capacity. This paper analyzes the double ship backbone topology for an organization and then will summarise the minimum costs required to implement the ship backbone topology using an ILP. Also, we present an effective traffic assignment technique that uses an ILP, metaheuristic, heuristic algorism-based underlying the ship backbone network. The results by experimenting the design of the network confirmed a greter efficiency, stability and cost-effectiveness of the ship network.

  • 전력연구원에서는 ATM WAN 통합망 기반 구축을 통하여 통신회선 임대비용의 절감과 안정적이고 고속의 인터넷 서비스를 수용함으로써 통신망의 경쟁력을 확보하는 것을 목표로 ATM 기반 전력통신망을 설계하였다. 이를 위하여 기존의 패킷 통신망 트래픽 통계 분석결과와 연간 트래픽 증가량 예측치를 기반으로 향후 서비스 수용계획을 고려한 토폴로지와 링크용량을 설계하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 전력통신망에서의 ATM 스위치 기반 네트워크 모델을 확립하였다. 본 논문에서는 ATM 기반 전력통신망의 설계결과를 요약한다.

  • 2011년3월에 발생한 동일본대지진에서는 일부지역에서 대규모 쓰나미 경보 사이렌의 고장 및 긴급시 사용하는 방조제 개폐장치의 고장 등, 상상외의 여러가지 일들이 발생하면서 그 피해가 더 커졌다. 이러한 사태를 바탕으로 대규모 지역에서의 피난 계획 및 시뮬레이션의 필요성이 최근에 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 광역 피난계획을 풀기 위한 동적 네트워크 흐름 문제(dynamic network flow problem)를 적용한 방법론을 소개하고, 동적 네트워크 흐름 문제를 풀기 위한 일반적인 방법론 중 시간 확대 네트워크 문제 및 시간 확대 네트워크의 문제점인 계산시간을 해결하기 위한 고속연산 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 제시하고자 한다.

  • In this research, we dealt with an optimization problem which aims to minimize total cost of resources usage and network routing in a smart node environment. Toward this, we briefly introduced technology trends in smart nodes, methods in resource optimization fields, economic effects of smart network and content delivery (or distribution) network (CDN). Moreover, based on CDN we proposed and implemented a mathematical (mixed integer) programming model to combine replica placement and requests distribution problem (RPRDP) and routing problem. Computational result of an example on RPRDP+Routing problem is also provided.

An Optimal Investment Planning Model for Improving the Reliability of Layered Air Defense System based on a Network Model (다층 대공방어 체계의 신뢰도 향상을 위한 네트워크 모델 기반의 최적 투자 계획 모델)

  • This study considers an optimal investment planning for improving survivability from an air threat in the layered air defense system. To establish an optimization model, we first represent the layered air defense system as a network model, and then, present two optimization models minimizing the failure probability of counteracting an air threat subject to budget limitation, in which one deals with whether to invest and the other enables continuous investment on the subset of nodes. Nonlinear objective functions are linearized using log function, and we suggest dynamic programming algorithm and linear programing for solving the proposed models. After designing a layered air defense system based on a virtual scenario, we solve the two optimization problems and analyze the corresponding optimal solutions. This provides necessity and an approach for an effective investment planning of the layered air defense system.

Network Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Marine Ecosystem Management Plans (국내외 해양생태계 관리계획의 네트워크 분석)

  • Many countries have established and implemented marine ecosystem management plans to solve various problems arising from excessive development and use of marine and coastal areas. In this study, network analysis was applied to compare and understand marine ecosystem management's direction and characteristics in Korea and other maritime countries. The results showed that the words 'strengthen,' 'promote,' 'improve,' and 'establish' were the keywords used a lot in domestic and foreign marine ecosystem management plans. Establishing a foundation for marine ecosystem management, establishing international cooperation and partnerships, and strengthening climate change adaptation was commonly included. However, there were some differences in detailed management plans. In foreign countries, it aims to present management measures for certain species and improve the existing institutional foundation. Still, in Korea, it aims to strengthen the comprehensive management of marine life and establish an institutional foundation for marine ecosystems. This study is expected to help understand the direction of domestic and overseas marine ecosystem management and establish a domestic marine ecosystem management plan in the future.

Path Planning with Obstacle Avoidance Based on Double Deep Q Networks (이중 심층 Q 네트워크 기반 장애물 회피 경로 계획)

  • It remains a challenge for robots to learn avoiding obstacles automatically in path planning using deep reinforcement learning (DRL). More and more researchers use DRL to train a robot in a simulated environment and verify the possibility of DRL to achieve automatic obstacle avoidance. Due to the influence factors of different environments robots and sensors, it is rare to realize automatic obstacle avoidance of robots in real scenarios. In order to learn automatic path planning by avoiding obstacles in the actual scene we designed a simple Testbed with the wall and the obstacle and had a camera on the robot. The robot's goal is to get from the start point to the end point without hitting the wall as soon as possible. For the robot to learn to avoid the wall and obstacle we propose to use the double deep Q networks (DDQN) to verify the possibility of DRL in automatic obstacle avoidance. In the experiment the robot used is Jetbot, and it can be applied to some robot task scenarios that require obstacle avoidance in automated path planning.

Analysis of Boundary Conditions for Activities' Relationships in Linear Scheduling Model (선형 공정계획 모델의 액티비티 관계의 경계조건 분석)

  • Domestic leading construction companies has been establishing and performing TACT scheduling method, similar to linear scheduling model such as line of balance and repetitive schedule, and etc. in which repetitive construction works are involved like high-rise building. Linear scheduling model has been researched as a visual scheduling method presenting the work space and time information. Likewise scheduling constraints of CPM network such as finish-to-finish, start-to-start, finish-to-start, start-to-start, linear scheduling model also has the relationships constraints, namely boundary conditions, between activities. It is especially necessary to define the boundary conditions of the activities' relationships in order to apply the linear scheduling model to be compatible with the network schedule. Therefore, this research considers the boundary conditions between activities for establishing the linear scheduling model. This paper also applies the proposed boundary conditions to TACT schedule and then deduces the main considerations in order to establish and perform TACT schedule.
