최근 새만금 농업용지에 아그로파크 개념을 적용하기 위한 시도가 이루어지고 있어 새만금 간척지에 현실적이고 적합한 아그로파크 개념을 반영한 농업용지를 개발할 필요가 있다. 그러나, 현재의 새만금 토지이용계획 상 주요 11개 단지들은 네덜란드의 아그로파크처럼 같은 장소에서 서로 다른 기능들이 공간적으로 네트워크로 연결된 개념보다는 각각의 기능을 가진 독립된 공간처럼 단지별로 나누어져 있어 단지들 간 종합적으로 연결된 개념으로 보기 힘들다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 새만금 농업용지에 아그로파크를 도입할 수 있는 두가지 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 현재의 토지이용계획을 고려하지 않았을 때, 어느 특정 구역에 자원 순환 등의 연결고리를 갖고 생산, 가공, 유통이 한 곳에서 이루어질 수 있는 아그로파크를 조성하여 확대할 수 있도록 토지이용계획이 수정될 수 있는 방안이다. 이 경우 농업용지는 지속적으로 아그로파크들의 확장에 따라 단계적으로 확대 개발될 수 있고, 장기적인 관점이 필요한 방안이다. 둘째, 현재의 토지이용계획을 고려할 때, 아그로파크 기능 발휘를 위해 농업용지 각 단지별로 연계 가능 기능들을 연결하는 방안으로, 아그로파크 시범단지를 조성하는 것을 제시하였다. 두 경우 모두 아그로파크 기능 발휘를 위해 새만금 농업용지 종합관리센터가 구축되어야 한다. 향후 성공적인 아그로파크 조성을 위해 이 두가지 방안에 대한 세부 계획과 설계 기술 개발을 위해 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

현대사회는 전통적인 경제체제에서 디지털 경제체제로의 급속한 이전과 더불어 정보기술이 국가발전의 주요 원동력으로 등장하게 되었다. 특히, e-정부의 출현은 기존의 정부서비스에 대한 시공간적 제약을 극복하는 새로운 패러다임으로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구는 e-정부 실현을 위한 대표적인 사례로 KICIT을 중심으로 정보기술의 활용사례와 더불어 EC-Bank를 중심으로 한 지방정부의 사이버 마케팅에 대한 사례연구를 통해 e-정부의 조기 실현을 위한 산업부문의 e-비즈니스화에 대한 하나의 대안으로 소개하였다. e-구미의 모형은 행정, 생활, 산업 차원에서의 네트워크화, 균형과 조화, 부문간의 연계로 시행정의 디지털화, 사이버 정보생활의 실현 및 산업의 e-비즈니스화의 실현을 중심으로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 KICIT은 중소도시에 집중되어 있는 지역정보센터의 산학관 협력의 모델케이스로 효율적으로 운영되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이제는 구미지역 기업체와 연구교육기관에서 핵심적인 지원기관으로 지역관련기관과의 보다 유기적인 협력을 계속 유지. 발전해 나가야 할 것이다. 지자체의 사이버 마케팅 사례인 EC-Bank는 정보서비스를 단순히 제공하는 수준인 전자상거래의 초기단계로 사이트 및 콘텐츠 관리의 소홀로 인하여 초기의 목적을 거의 이루지 못한 실정이다. 앞으로 산학관의 친밀한 협력과 e-프로세스의 대혁신을 통해서 새로운 업무활용, 웹기반의 거래처리 및 e-비즈니스 모형의 창출을 위해 계속적으로 노력해야할 것이다.

As information technology has developed, the function of a library has been expanding gradually. The traditional library has changed into the electronic library so that users can directly access the library from remote sites and get electronic information without visiting the library. The purpose of this study is to build a model on the basis of the elements that are identified from the existing electronic libraries, and then to survey the current state of electronization in Korean university libraries. The electronic library model consists of four elements : OPAC, commercial online databases, CD-ROM databases, electronic books and journals, access to OPACs of other libraries, and access to other information resources through Internet.

As the need for immediate access to the required information has increased in today's busy daily life, information service providers' capability of providing service whenever and wherever possible has become a critical element of improving service quality. Naturally, the demand and supply for mobile information service has rapidly increased since it is an ultimate option of satisfying information needs without temporal and special constraints. This paper examines the issues of system implementation and information service provision using mobile communication network and mobile handset as a tool of information access. First, it examines overall conditions of mobile information service environment, and then explores the general components required for the implementation of mobile information service, including contents, network, platform, and use environment.

유비쿼터스 서비스는 운전자, 헬스케어 관련 종사자, 일반 시민 등 모바일 사용자를 위한 서비스를 포괄하고 있다. 이러한 서비스들은 단말 장치로부터 발생하는 다양한 정보들을 수집, 가공하여 개인들에게 제공할 수 있도록 한다. 최근에 진행되고 있는 u-City 에서는 건강과 교육, 가정 환경에서 일어나는 다양한 이벤트들을 기반으로 상황에 따라 개인화된 서비스를 거주지, 거리, 빌딩, 공공 장소 같은 다양한 환경에 제공하려 하고 있다. 최근의 표준화 논의에서는 다양한 공공 서비스와 상용/민간 서비스를 지원하기 위해 공유할 수 있는 단말, 네트워크, 센터, 소프트웨어 인프라스트럭처가 필요하다는 공감대가 형성되어 표준화 논의가 활성화되고 있다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 TOPAZ는 서비스 기반의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 인프라스트럭처로 다양한 유비쿼터스 서비스들이 웹 서비스를 통해 인프라스트럭처를 사용하여 쉽게 개발, 배포, 운용될 수 있게 해준다. 본 논문에서는 TOPAZ의 필요성과 서비스 컴포넌트들에 대해 서술하고 유틸리티 컴퓨팅의 입장에서 본 서비스의 질, 서비스 미터링, 자원 관리, Scalability 등의 고려 사항과 해결 방법을 제시하고 TOPAZ의 성능, 적용 결과 등을 소개한다.

IEEE WAVE is going through the final standardization process as the wireless access technology which provides drivers in high-speed vehicles with safety-related information and commercial services This paper presents an application-layer protocol for safe driving assistant service and a service system emulator based on this protocol. The safe driving assistant system includes a construction zone information service and a vehicle crash notification service, an emergency vehicle notification service, a probing service and a dilemma zone decision assistant service. Emulator System design for verifying functions of system, The emulator consists of an emulator server that models the movement of all vehicles and road states and a number of clients that models functional units for OBUs, RSUs, and a traffic control center).

The purposes of this study were to identify core journals for pharmaceutical researches in Korea and to examine the research domains of Korean pharmaceutical researchers. Journal citation frequency analysis and journal co-citation analysis were performed on the research papers of Korean pharmaceutical researchers. Korean researchers' citation data were gathered from SCOPUS for foreign journals and KSCD for domestic journals. 116 core journals were identified through citation frequency analysis and journal relationships were suggested as a pathfinder network of journals. Factor analysis on journal correlation matrix resulted in 18 subject domains and related journal lists were also given.

A terminology system capable of providing interpretations and classification information on a multilingual science and technology(S&T) terminology is essential to establish an integrated search environment for multilingual S&T information systems. This paper aims to build a base system to manage an integrated information system for multilingual S&T terminology search. It introduces a method to build a search system for S&T terminologies internally linked through the multilingual semantic network and a search technique on the multiple linked nodes. In order to provide a foundation for further analysis researches, it also attempts to suggest a basic approach to interpret terminology clusters generated with those two search methods.

Due to rapid internet supply, the increase of electronic resources including network resources, and the appearance of metadate, there has been a sudden change in cataloguing fields. To deal with rapid changes, the related organizations such as IFLA are organizing the research team and revising rules. This study analyzes current trend of cataloguing digital resources, considering recent matters in regards with the revision of ISBD(ER), AACR2R 2002 edition, MARC 21, Dubin Core, KCR4 etc. This research discusses also the questions of how digital resources are organized; automatic indexing, matadata, and MARC format.

This study showed the activation of public library services utilizing twitter. Top five American public library twitter's 1,373 tweets collected, analyzed by content types and examined applicability into public library services. Based on the results, it suggested that public library services can be activated by auto-tweeting informations within home page, re-tweeting of timely informations, generating HASH tag, using diverse social medias, active re-tweeting/replying, and utilizing twitter programs such as twit-bot. Finally, the study proposed that evaluations about twitter services such as satisfaction survey should be carried out.
