Improving the Accuracy of Product Warehouse Location Using Dual RFID Readers (이중 RFID 리더기를 이용한 적재위치 정확성 향상 방법)

  • 최근 넓은 창고에서 물품들을 좀 더 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)를 이용한 창고관리시스템(Warehouse Management System)에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 창고관리시스템에서 중요한 요소 중 하나는 물품의 정확한 위치파악이다. 특히 냉동 창고에서는 물품 보관을 하는 coldroom의 안팎 온도차이로 인한 물품의 적재위치 오류는 물품의 변질을 가져오게 하므로 실시간 정확한 위치를 파악하는 것이 중요한 요소가 된다. 기존의 연구방법들에서는 coldroom 입구에 RFID리더기를 설치하여 물품이 인식될 때 단지 그곳에 적재되는 것으로 인식하였다. 그러나 이러한 방법으로는 물품이 coldroom으로 들어가다 다시 돌아 나오는 경우, 반대로 물품이 밖으로 나가다 다시 들어오는 경우 등과 같은 상황에서는 물품의 위치가 잘못된 정보를 가지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 냉동 창고관리시스템에서 2대의 RFID리더기가 설치된 지게차를 이용하여 물품의 적재위치 정확성을 높이기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 지게차에 설치된 2개의 RFID리더기는 각각 천장에 부착된 태그로부터 위치데이터와 지게차에 적재된 물품데이터를 획득한다. 2개의 리더기로부터 수집된 데이터를 분석하여 물품의 입/출고 상황정보와 물품의 이동경로정보를 실시간으로 모니터링 할수 있다. 이를 통해 실시간 냉동 창고 적재위치 오류를 감지해 냄으로써 냉동 창고관리시스템의 물품보관에 대한 효율성을 높일 수 있게 된다.

  • It is a very important to manage inventory quickly and accurately in Refrigerated commercial warehouses in which a lot of logistics are often shipping and receiving. Because most of systems for managing refrigerated warehouses consist of COBOL, it will be raised maintenance costs. There is no service for consignees who are consumer of refrigerated warehouses and they use only a fax or a phone for orders. In this paper, we design a mobile framework based on smart phones and supporting a variety of value-added services which are fit consignees, solving problem of outdated legacy systems and no services for consignees. We also implement the mobile framework which is consists of the JSP server and the android clients.

Investigation of Domestic Refrigeration and Freezing Warehouses (국내 냉장냉동 창고 현황 조사)

  • This study aims to provide the present general state of basic data about refrigeration and freezing warehouses scold storages because basic data about refrigeration and freezing warehouses are insufficient and imperfect at the moment. Research contents include the present general state of cold storages such as sales amount, capital(money invested), storage possession state by type, keeping area, cold storage facility capacity, and facility state such as existence of rack, building structure and floor height, and possessed facility state. According to research results, it was found that 86.7% of refrigeration and freezing warehouses are located in the capital region and Busan region in terms of regional distribution, and the average keeping area was found to be bigger in these two regions than that of other regions. In addition, the research shows that more than 80% of companies possess bonded warehouses and there was no big difference in the size and capacity of refrigeration and freezing warehouses. Regarding building structure, most of them were found to be reinforced concrete. However, only 25% of companies installed racks, but there was no statistical significance between existence of rack and the amount of capital and sales. Possessed facilities were found in the order of freight elevator, information system and dock. When it comes to cargo gear, companies were found to possess 9.1 units of forklift and 2.2 units of reach stacker in average. This research is expected to lay a basis for investigating, predicting and developing the local cold storage industry, and more detailed studies will be needed in the future.

  • 1999년 씨랜드 청소년 수련원 화재로 19명이 사망하여 샌드위치 패널의 위험성이 대두되었으며, 2008년도 이천 냉동창고 화재 그리고 최근 2009년 11월 19일에도 샌드위치 패널로 건축된 물류창고에서 화재가 발생하였다. 이러한 샌드위치 패널로 시공된 물류창고 등의 화재는 확대가 빠르므로 난연재 소재의 샌드위치 패널의 필요성에 대한 관심이 높아져 가고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 폴리스티렌 폼을 심재로 한 샌드위치 패널의 장점에 난연성을 부과하여 화재 안전성을 도출하는 하고자 한다. 샌드위치 패널의 심재로 주로 사용되어지는 EPS 비드에 저가의 물유리를 코팅하여 난연성을 도출하고자 한다. 2차 발포 성형시에 물유리가 고온의 스팀에 씻겨 내려가지 않고 남아서 난연성을 나타내도록 하는 것이 목표이다.

  • Refrigerated warehouse inventory management program which manages the logistics of shipping&receiving and inventory quickly and accurately is a costly and labor-intensive maintenance because it is operated in the legacy system on a closed client-server environment. There are no services available for consignees who are the consumers of refrigerated warehouses except fax or phone for orders which makes the business process inefficient and creates many problems such as error and inaccuracy. In this paper, we design and implement a mobile framework with a legacy system supporting various services to the consignees for solving problems of outdated legacy systems and no services to use. The system supports promptness and accuracy which give the users improved satisfaction by providing orders and queries of inventory for the consignees on mobile devices.

Sanitary Conditions for Cold and Frozen Food Storage Warehouses in Korea (국내 식품 냉장.냉동 창고 위생관리 수준 분석)

  • We surveyed the sanitary conditions for 17 cold and frozen food storage warehouses in Korea, using the following 5 inspections items: "putting into warehouse (A)", "prevention of cross-contamination (B)", "storage management (C)", "temperature control (D)", and "management of records and documents (E)", We included 20 detailed items. The results of distribution for frequency by five major inspection items showed that "(E)" was the highest, the next "(D)", "(C)"; and "(B)" was the lowest. In the correlation of inspection scores between total scores, "(B)" and "(C)" were highly related to the total score, therefore, the higher score of "(B)" or "(C)", the higher for the total score. In details of inspection items, "the management of cross-contamination upon taking product out of the warehouse" had the lowest score with a mean, of $2.67{\pm}1.80$, and also ranked as first of the 20 items.
