The purpose of this study was to explore mediating effects of internal-external control between directors' servant leadership and teachers' emotional labor. The subjects of the study were 425 childcare teachers in Seoul, Gyeonggi province and Incheon in Korea. The statistics program used to analyze the data was SPSS(version +18.0). The statistics methods applied were the Pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The major results of this study were summarized as follows: First, emotional labor and internal control caused by the servant leadership style were found to be positively correlated. Second, servant leadership affected the ability of the teachers to act naturally. These effects were mediated in part by the amount of internal-external control that was shown. Third, servant leadership affected the internal behaviors of the teachers. These effects were mediated in part by amount of the internal-external control that was shown.

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 중증치매노인보호자의 내·외적 통제성과 돌봄스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 요인을 파악하여 작업치료 중재의 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 연구방법 : 의료기관에서 CDR을 통한 중등도이상의 치매판정을 받은 노인의 보호자를 대상으로 내·외통제성, 돌봄스트레스, 우울정도를 설문지를 통하여 검사하였다. 내·외통제성, 돌봄스트레스에 의한 우울정도는 독립표본 t-test와 ANOVA를 사용하였고 내·외 통제성과 돌봄스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향은 다중회귀분석(Multiple regression analysis)을 실시하여 분석하였다 결과 : 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 내·외 통제성 구분에 따른 우울정도의 차이는 유의하였다. 둘째, 돌봄스트레스의 항목에 따른 차이는 유의하였다. 셋째, 내적 통제성, 돌봄스트레스가 우울정도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다 결론 : 분석된 결과를 근거로 중증치매노인의 보호자는 내적통제성과 돌봄스트레스가 우울감에 영향을 미칠 수 있으므로 작업치료 중재에서 보호자의 내적통제성을 높이고 돌봄스트레스를 낮추어 줄 수 있는 작업치료사의 역할모색이 필요하다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 내외통제성 정서조절곤란 및 임상실습스트레스와의 관계를 분석하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 일개 대학 간호학과에 재학 중이며 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고 협조를 수락한 220명을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구설계는 횡단적 조사연구이다. 수집된 자료는 빈도, 백분율, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient 와 stepwise regression analysis를 사용하여 분석하였다. 그러므로 임상실습스트레스는 내 외통제소재과 정서조절곤란에 정적인 상관관계를 보였으며, 그 영향요인은 정서조절곤란, 실습만족도, 학년, 종교, 내 외통제소재으로 나타났으며, 그 설명력은 17%였다. 그 결과 간호대학생들의 임상실습스트레스를 줄이기 위해서는 정서를 적절하게 조절하고 내적 통제 전략을 통해 임상실습스트레스를 경감할 수 있는 효율적인 교육방안의 모색 및 임상 적응능력 향상 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
