남북한이 정치적으로 통일된 후 내적 문화통합 수단로서 문학예술의 역할을 크게 제약하는 요인이 작용하게 될 것이다. 따라서 21세기 통일한국에 있어 문학예술을 어떤 방식으로 통합하여 민족문화공동체의 형성에 이바지하게 할 것인가에 대해 장기적으로 일관적인 정책기조를 마련해 놓지 않으면 안될 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 Hawk(2007)이 자녀 및 양육과 관련된 부모의 의도적 사고로 제시한 메타양육(MPQ) 척도를 한국 어머니들을 대상으로 타당화하는 것이다. 연구결과 첫째, 원래 MPQ에는 예상, 평가, 반성적 사고, 문제해결 등 4개의 요인이 있었으나 본 연구에서는 예상 요인과 반성적 사고 요인이 같은 요인으로 추출되었다. 둘째, 한국 어머니들은 미국 어머니보다 메타양육 수준이 높았으나 상대적으로 예상과 반성적 사고 요인에 더 높은 점수를, 그리고 문제해결에 더 낮은 점수를 나타내고 있었다. 그러나 한국 어머니들을 대상으로 한 K-MPQ는 상당히 안정적 구조로 높은 내적 일치도를 보였다. 셋째, 한국 어머니들의 메타양육 요인들은 대체로 양육신념 및 양육실제와 정적 상관이 있었다.

The dynamics of zooplankton community and its relationship with environments were studied at the middle stretch (Waekwan, RK; river kilometer; above 175 km from the estuary dam) of large regulated river, Nakdong River from 1998 to 2002. There were distinct inter-annual variations and seasonal changes in total zooplankton abundance in the study site (ANOVA, p<0.01), displaying similar pattern in three years from 1999 to 2001 except 1998 and 2002. The annual average rotifers abundance during the study period was 43${\pm}76 ind. $L^{-1}$ (mean${\pm}$s.d., n = 118), followed by adult copepodids (1.6${\pm}$4.8 ind. $L^{-1}$), and small cladocerans (0.4${\pm}$1.2 ind. $L^{-1}$). Among the rotifers, Brachionus spp. Polyarthra spp., Colurella spp., Keratella spp.·, and Trichocerca spp. were the most common taxa. These species occupied more than 80% of the total rotifer abundance throughout the study period. Total zooplankton abundance rapidly increased in spring and fall and remained low throughout the winter. During summer, zooplankton dynamics seemed to be largely affected by hydrological parameters. Overall, rather the external factors (hydrological factors of the river) than internal factors (food condition for zooplankton such as phytoplankton biomass) appear to be responsible for changes in zooplankton dynamics in the middle stretch of the river.

To identify the relationship between instructor's image and participation motive, this study conducted a research on 293 elderlies over 65 at 6 sports centers located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon regions. The research results were as follows. First, in the image of instructor based on demographic characteristic, gender showed significant difference with instructor's talent while gender showed significant difference with instructor's talent, instructing image, and living image. Also, the sports type had significant difference with all subfactors of instructor image. Secondly, in the participation motive based on the demographic characteristic, gender showed significant difference with internal motive while age and sports type demonstrated significant difference with all subfactors of participation motive. third, the instructor image had significant influence on both internal and external motive. While instructing image and human relationship image had significant difference in internal motive, the external motive showed significant difference with instructor talent, living image, and human relationship image. thus, the research result showed that instructor's image is a significant variable which enhances elderly's motive for participating in life sports.

This study aimed to investigate the status of happiness according to the background of teachers, and to find out the effects of social support and job satisfaction on teachers' happiness. For this, the data of 249 teachers participating in the teacher training were analyzed using the Google online survey. As a result, there was no significant difference in gender or career, but elementary school teachers were found to have higher happiness than high school teachers. All the sub-factors of social support and job satisfaction were found to have positive relationship with the happiness sub-factors. In addition, in terms of the effects of social support and job satisfaction on inner happiness, teaching consciousness, autonomy, and trustworthy alliance had a positive effect on inner happiness, and the trustworthy alliance, advice, teaching consciousness on external commitment, and social belonging, Autonomy, development, and innovation had a positive effect on self-regulated happiness. It is believed that there is a need to improve the happiness of teachers using the results of this study.

The purpose of the study was the defining of gambling game using effect to adolescent's' morality. We conducted the survey on 1,331 students about adolescents' favorite game and made two groups, gambling and non-gambling game, and we checked the effects of game using time with personal psychological and social factors on the morality that was surveyed 6 months later. The study showed gambling game using time showed negative effect the morality but non-gambling game using time didn't show any relationship with morality. This means preferring gambling cause decrease of the morality, not game contents playing. And we proposed the follow-up study through the result.

In this study, we made a survey for gifted students of science education center for gifted youth in a university to find their viewpoints about giftedness, need of gifted education, attribution. Using the results of the survey, we interviewed mathematical gifted student, parents, teachers to find their viewpoints about giftedness, need of gifted education, attribution. From this, we found the followings: First, Parents and teachers selected intellectual ability as a most important factor of giftedness. On the other hand, gifted students selected creativity as it. Second, gifted students show different communication ability depending on the education place. Third, mathematical gifted students attributed their problem solving ability to interior cause. On the other hand, parents and teachers of gifted students attributed students' problem solving ability to exterior cause.

회계정보시스템은 재무적 자료를 수집.처리하여 회계정보를 산출하고 이를 조직내의 경영관리자와 외부의 정보이용자에게 전달하는 시스템이라 할 수 있다. 기업의 환경 및 조직구조 등은 회계정보시스템을 설계하는데 영향을 미치게 되며, 회계정보시스템의 설계자는 이러한 기업의 내적.외적 환경요인에 가장 적합한 시스템을 구축하고자 노력하여야 한다. 본 논문은 기업의 외부환경요인(환경의 불확실성)과 조직구조요인(조직의 집권화, 공식화, 조직규모), 전산화 환경요인(최고경영층의 지원, 사용자의 전산능력) 및 업무특성(업무의 비구조화 정도, 상호연관도, 업무의 난이도와 다양도)등이 회계정보시스템의 개발 및 실행, 산출정보의 특성(정보의 대상, 정보의 시점, 정보의 형태, 정보제공 빈도, 정보의 통합도)에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 상호간의 적합도가 회계정보시스템의 성과에 미치는 영향을 연구할 것이다. 또한 국내기업의 회계정보시스템의 운용실태와 현황을 파악하여 문제점을 지적하고 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다.

This paper explored the development factors influencing the high growth of internet media industry recently in Korea. Both theoretical model and analytic model were formulated and tested by the results of questionnaire analysis. The factors extracted from five fields were as followings: policy, technology, market, firm, and profitability. Factor analysis was used to test the fitness of the given model, and the hypothesized model was found to be useful to explain the development factors of the internet media industry. The results showed that industry's development was explained by 41.3% for firm level, 37.6% for IT technology and policy, and 21.00/0 for market condition and competition.

The purpose of this research is to seek for improvements in the services provided by the Korean broadcasting services overseas that face stagnation in the industry. Therefore, the research bases its observation on analyzation of the influences the principal attributes of the broadcasting service contents has on the satisfaction of the overseas Korean viewers. This research classifies broadcasting services into three categories; degree of completion, effectiveness, and public interest. It further established such elements and the internal and external cognitive factors of broadcasting company as factors of direct influence on the level of satisfaction. This study suggests practical alternatives as solution through comparative analysis between the group with low viewer rating and the group with high viewer rating in accordance to the above mentioned research framework.
