최근 데이터와 데이터베이스의 폭발적 증가에 따라 무한한 데이터 속에서 정보나 지식을 찾고자하는 지식채굴과정(Knowledge discovery process)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히 기업 내외부 데이터베이스 뿐만 아니라 데이터웨어하우스(data warehouse)를 기반으로 하는 OLAP 환경에서의 데이터와 인터넷을 통한 웹(web)에서의 정보 등 정보원의 다양화와 첨단화에 따라 다양한 환경 하에서의 지식 채굴과정이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 상의 지식을 효과적으로 채굴하기 위한 지식채굴과정을 제안한다. 제안된 지식채굴과정은 명시지(explicit knowledge)외에 암묵지(tacit knowledge)를 지식채굴과정에 반영하기 위해 선행지식베이스(prior knowledge base)와 선행지식관리시스템(prior knowledge management system)을 이용한다. 선행지식관리시스템은 퍼지인식도(fuzzy cognitive map)를 이용하여 선행지식베이스를 구축하여 이를 통해 웹에서 찾고자 하는 유용한 정보를 정의하고 추출된 정보를 지식변환시스템(knowledge transformation system)을 통해 통합적인 추론과정에 사용할 수 있는 형태로 변환한다. 제안된 연구모형의 유용성을 검증하기 위하여 재무자료에 선행지식을 제외한 자료와 선행지식을 포함한 자료를 사례기반추론 (case-based reasoning)을 이용하여 실험한 결과, 제안된 지식채굴과정이 유용한 것으로 나타났다.

Developing u-Public facilities for application u-City is to combine both the state-of-the art of the construction and ubiquitous computing and must be flexibly comprised of the facilities for the basic service of the building such as air conditioning, heating, lighting and electric equipments to materialize a new format of spatial planning and the public facilities inside or outside. Accordingly, in this paper we suggested the time pattern system for predicting the most basic power system loads for the basic service. To application the tim e pattern we applied SOM algorithm and k-means method and then clustered the data each weekday and each time respectively. The performance evaluation results of suggestion system showed that the forecasting system better the ARIMA model than the exponential smoothing method. It has been assumed that the plan for power supply depending on demand and system operation could be performed efficiently by means of using such power load forecasting.

He report a systematic method which is useful for the information analysis on technology trends and market status and the construction of analyzed contents for analyzed contents for nanotechnology(NT). For the selection of key subjects, we first surveyed the preliminary demand for items and asked for the opinions of an advisory committee, and implemented the analysis on information and technology trends jointly with internal and external experts. As a result of this study, not only a theoretical method for information analysis is presented, but also a database for the analysis contents is constructed by applying this method. Eventually the national competitiveness for NT is expected to improve by providing these contents to the experts in industry, universities, research institutes and government through internet, publications and CD-ROM.

This study attempted to analyze the influence of both internal and external business environment factors on the characteristics of the management accounting system (MAS). For this, external business environment factors were divided into environmental uncertainty and market competition while internal factors were classified into management strategy, organizational structure and advanced manufacturing technology. In addition, the characteristics of the MAS were categorized into information scope, timeliness, integration and aggregation. The study results found the followings: Among business environment factors, environmental uncertainty had a relatively significant effect on the scope, integration and aggregation of information while organizational structure revealed the largest influence on timeliness. However, market competition had no particular effect on the characteristics of the MAS.

최근 차량 충돌 방지를 위한 다양한 기술이 상용화되고 있다. FMCW 기반의 레이더 시스템은 구현의 용이성으로 많은 상용차에서 전면 충돌 방지 시스템에 적용되고 있다. 측면 충돌 방지를 위한 BSD(Blind Spot Detection)와 차선변경 보조 시스템(LCA, Lane Change Assistant system)에서는 전방 레이더보다 인식거리가 줄어들고 갱신율이 낮아지므로 고속 FFT 등을 수행하는 신호처리부를 저가격으로 설계가 가능할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 TI사의 MCU인 F28335를 사용하여 근거리를 인식하는 신호처리부를 설계하였다. 이 MCU는 16채널 12bit ADC와 68KB RAM 및 512KB 플래시 메모리를 내장하고, 150MHz 부동소수점 연산을 지원하여 단일 칩으로 신호처리부의 구현이 가능하다. 구현된 시스템은 20m내외의 거리에 있는 장애물에 대하여 10Hz로 갱신이 가능하여 BSD를 위한 기본 기능이 확인되었다. 이러한 구현은 이전의 고가의 DSP나 FPGA를 사용하지 않고 15$이내의 단일 MCU와 간단한 아날로그 회로로 설계되어 저가격의 시스템으로 상용화가 가능할 것이다.

개인신원검증은 사용자가 자원 및 시스템에 접근할 수 있는 자격을 증명하고, 사용자가 요청한 업무를 수행하기 위해 필요한 권한을 부여 받는 과정이다. 즉 인증 과정이 성공적으로 수행된 후 인가 수준을 결정하는 중요 요소로서 활용된다. 이러한 개인신원검증은 신원 도용, 변조의 위험과 비인가 된 사용자의 접근을 허용할 수 있는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 국 내외적으로 개인신원검증에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 NIST의 FIPS 201-1에서 규정하는 개인신원검증에 대한 주요 인프라, 인증 메커니즘, 암호키에 대한 기술적인 세부 내용을 분석하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to propose the management strategies of libraries through exploring the library environment in ubiquitous era. After the internal and external environment of Korean libraries was investigated by papers related with this study, the comprehensive management strategies of libraries were prepared. Five management strategies for library development in ubiquitous era were proposed. They were the strategies of library hybridization, collecting contents, user service diversification, changing library organization and preparing culture of learning organization, and collecting library fund.

Marketing techniques developed for private organizations are being widely used in libraries. The primary focus in marketing has shifted to maximizing user perceived value from the perspective of library users. This paper examines library as an industry as a way to establish the basis for library's overall value, applies the R-I-R model and its taxonomy of value in using library and information services, and proposes market orientation approach to systematically plan and coordinate academic library marketing activities.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the fit between innovation strategy and firm characteristics on innovation performance. We conducted surveys for venture companies in the Southeast region, The results of multiple regression analysis based on 135 questionnaires are as follows : First, the higher the fitness between innovation strategy and social network level, the higher the innovation performance. Second, the higher the fitness between innovation strategy and management control system level, the more positive effect on innovation performance. Finally, the higher the fitness between innovation strategy and innovation culture, the higher the innovation performance. This result implies that the enterprise characteristics should be designed and operated in accordance with the innovation strategy implementation.
