IT 학부생의 다중지능과 학문적 적응도 분석 -C 프로그래밍을 중심으로- (Analysis of Multiple Intelligences and Academic Adjustment Level for Undergraduate Students of IT Major -Focused on C Programming-)

  • 본 연구는 IT 학부생의 다중지능에서의 특성과 학과 및 전공학문에 대한 학문적 적응도를 분석하였다. 연구대상은 H대학 M과의 IT 학부생 1학년 신입생 70명이었고 전공학문은 학과의 기초전공필수인 "컴퓨터언어I-C언어" 과목이었다. 연구는 가드너(Gardner)의 다중지능이론에서 논란의 소지가 적은 8개 지능 영역을 사용하였고, 학문적 적응도는 대학생의 학과와 전공학문에 대한 적응력의 정도라고 조작적으로 정의하고, 변인으로는 선행연구를 통해 흥미, 몰입, 학과전공에 대한 친숙성과 관련성의 정도, 학업성취도 그리고 학과만족도를 선정하였다. 연구결과는 IT 학부생은 다중지능 중 대인지능과 자기이해지능이 강점으로 나타났고 남녀 간의 차이는 유의하지 않았다. 또한, 다중지능과 학문적 적응도 요인 간에 유의미한 상관들이 발견되었다. 특히, 학문적 적응도에서 C프로그래밍 학문에 대해 흥미와 몰입이 낮았지만 다중지능의 언어지능과 C언어에 대한 몰입과의 유의미한 상관은 매우 흥미로운 결과였다. 다중지능과 학업성취도와의 유의미한 상관은 나타나지 않았으나, 전공학문에 대한 관련성을 높게 인식할수록 C언어에 친숙함을 많이 느낄수록 학업성취도가 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서의 제한점을 논의하고, 연구 결과를 토대로 IT학부생의 학문적 적응도를 높이기 위한 처방적 전략에 대해 제언하였다.

남녀 대학생의 감량 희망 체중에 따른 식이조절 다이어트 실태 및 영양교육 요구도 (Fad Dieting Status and Need for Nutrition Education on Healthy Dieting of the University Students according to the Desired Loss Weight)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the fad dieting status and needs of nutrition education on healthy dieting in male and female collegians according to the desired loss weight. The subjects were 611 students (287 males, 324 females) from universities in Gyeonggi and Gangwon provinces in Korea. The subjects were divided into the following four groups based on the difference between their current body weight and their desired body weight: no desired weight loss (WL0), desired weight loss less than 5 kg (WL5), desired weight loss 6 to 10 kg (WL10), and desired weight loss more than 11 kg (WL11). The fad dieting status was surveyed using a questionnaire about 11 selected trendy dieting methods. The higher desired weight loss group showed higher current weight and BMI in both males and females. Self weight overestimation was higher in the females than in the males, and in the WL10 group than in the other groups of males. As desired loss weight increased, weight loss trials and experienced trendy dieting types increased in both males and females. In the male subjects, the experience of the half meal diet and the chicken breast diet was significantly associated with the desired loss weight. In females, trials of more trendy diet types including the half meal diet, cereal diet, fasting, and Atkins diet were significantly associated with the higher desired loss weight. The need for nutrition education on healthy dieting was high among all the different desired weight loss groups, showing that a minimum of 60% of subjects in each group answered 'necessary and strongly necessary', with the highest in the WL11 group in both males and females. From these results, desired loss weight is associated with higher current weight status, unhealthy weight control practices, and needs for nutrition education in both male and female subjects. Therefore, in the future, nutrition education programs should give greater attention to providing healthy dieting methods for young collegians who desire more weight loss.

사회불안과 연인관계 친밀감의 관계: 정서표현성의 조절효과 (The Relationship between Social Anxiety and Intimacy: Moderating Effects of Emotional Expressiveness)

  • 본 연구는 사회불안이 연인관계 친밀감에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 정서표현성의 조절효과를 정서유형과 성차에 주목하여 탐색해보고자 하였다. 즉 사회불안과 연인관계 친밀감 간의 관계에서 긍정 또는 부정 정서표현성이 다른 양상의 조절효과를 갖는지 알아보고, 이때 남녀에 따른 성차가 나타나는지 알아보았다. 이를 위해 현재 연애중인 대학생을 대상으로 사회불안, 정서표현성, 연인관계 친밀감 설문지를 조사하여 얻은 270명(남 131, 여 139)의 자료로 위계적 중다회귀분석을 하였다. 분석결과, 사회불안이 연인관계 친밀감에 미치는 경로에서 정서표현성의 조절효과는 긍정 또는 부정 정서에 따라, 또한 성별에 따라 다른 양상으로 나타났다. 첫째, 남성의 경우 긍정정서 표현성은 사회불안과 연인관계 친밀감의 관계를 유의미하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났고, 부정정서 표현성의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 즉 사회불안이 낮은 남성은 긍정정서 표현이 많으면 긍정정서 표현이 적을 때 보다 연인관계 친밀감이 대폭 상승하지만, 사회불안이 높은 남성은 긍정정서 표현을 많이 해도 연인관계 친밀감이 그다지 증가하지 않았다. 둘째, 여성의 경우 부정정서 표현성은 사회불안과 연인관계 친밀감의 관계를 유의미하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났고, 긍정정서 표현성의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 즉 부정정서 표현이 많을 때는 여성의 사회불안 수준의 높고 낮음에 따라 연인관계 친밀감은 큰 차이를 보이지 않으나, 부정정서 표현이 적을 때는 사회불안이 높은 여성보다 사회불안이 낮은 여성의 연인관계 친밀감이 크게 높았다. 이 결과에 대한 의의와 후속연구를 위한 시사점이 논의에 제시되었다.

전통 견직물의 촉각적 감성요인 (Tactile Sensibility Factors of Traditional Silk Fabrics)

  • 다양한 전통 견직물들을 대상으로 촉각적 감성요인을 추출하여 역학적 특성을 이용한 이들 감성 요인들의 예측 모델을 제시하고자, 남녀 대학생 53명을 대상으로 선 척도를 이용한 수정된 magnitude estimation에 의하여 서로 다른 종류의 17개 전통 견직물의 주관적인 촉감용어들과 촉각적 감성용어들을 평가하고 이들 직물의 역학적 특성과의 관계를 도출하였다. 주관적인 촉감에서 표면거칠기와 굽힘강성, 압축회복성 값이 작은 공단과 뉴똥은 전통 견직물 중에서 촉감이 가장 부드럽고 매끄러우며 폭신폭신하고 유연한 것으로 평가받은 반면, 굽힘강성과 표면거칠기, 인장회복성 값이 큰 노방주는 가장 까실까실하고 바삭거리며, 탄력있는 것으로 인지되었다. 전통 견직물의 촉각적 감성 평가에서 추출된 감성요인은 '페미닌'과 '내추럴, '캐주얼' 이었으며, 이중 '페미닌' 감성이 전통 견직물의 주요 촉각적 감성으로 사료되었다. 역학적 특성을 이용한 촉각적 감성요인의 예측모델에서 '페미닌' 감성은 표면거칠기에 의해 예측되어서 표면거칠기 값이 작은 직물일수록 '페미닌' 감성이 높아지는 경향을 보였는데, '페미닌' 감성이 긍정적으로 평가받은 전통 견직물에는 공단과 뉴똥, 명주의 일부가 포함되었다. ‘내추럴’ 감성의 예측모델에서 직물 두께가 얇고 인장회복성이 낮을수록 '내추럴‘ 감성이 높아지는 경향을 보였는데, 명주와 사 직물들의 '내추럴’ 감성이 긍정적으로 인지되었다. 또한 '캐주얼‘ 감성은 예측모델을 통하여 압축회복성과 최대신장성, 직물두께에 의해 부적 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났는데, 명주와 샨튱 직물이 전통 견직물 중에서 '캐주얼’ 감성이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.

미생물 유래 Prodiginine 색소로 천연염색한 직물의 색채특성 및 색채감성요인 (Colorimetric Properties and Color Sensibility Factors for Naturally Dyed Fabrics by Microbial Prodiginine Colorant)

  • 본 연구에서는 미생물에서 추출한 천연 색소로 염색한 직물의 색채특성을 고찰하고 염색 직물의 색채감성에 영향을 미치는 색채감각과 물리적 색채특성을 규명하고자 하였다. 미생물 Zooshikellar에서 추출한 prodiginine 색소를 이용하여 적자색으로 염색된 면, 견, 모, 나일론 직물에 대하여 20대 대학생 남녀 40명을 대상으로 의미미분법을 이용한 색채감각 및 감성을 평가하였다. 미생물 prodiginine 색소로 염색한 직물의 색채감성요인은 '유쾌성', '품위성', '독특성', '편안성' 등 4개 요인으로 분류되었는데, 이 중 '유쾌성' 요인이 미생물 색소로 염색한 직물의 대표적인 색채감성요인이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 미생물 prodiginine 색소로 염색한 직물 색채의 명도 $L^{\ast}$은 '유쾌성' 요인과 유의한 관계를, 채도인 $C^{\ast}$는 색채감성요인 모두와 유의한 관련성을 보였으며, $a^{\ast}$$b^{\ast}$ 의 물리적 색채변인 또한 색채감성요인에 유의한 영향을 끼쳤다. 또한 색채감각과 색채감성요인은 부분적으로 유의한 관련성을 보였다. 미생물 prodiginine 색소로 염색한 직물의 색채감성, 색채특성 및 색채감각 중에서 색상 선호도를 예측해 주는 변인은 '유쾌성'과 '독특성'을 포함한 색채감성임을 알 수 있었다.

PER3 유전자다형성과 일중선호도의 연관성 (Association Study between Per3 Gene Polymorphism and Diurnal Preference)

  • 목 적: 일중선호도는 하루 중 어느 시간대에 각성도가 높고 활기찬 지에 대한 경향으로 아침형-저녁형이라고도 알려져있다. PER3 유전자는 일중선호도에 영향을 주는 것으로 알려져 왔다. 본 연구에서 우리는 젊고 건강한 피험자들에서 환경과 혼란요인들을 통제하고 PER3 유전자 다형성과 일중선호도간에 연관을 연구하였다. 방 법: 연구에 참여한 대상자는 299명의 의과대학생들(남자 299, 여자 191명)이며 평균연령은 22.9세였다. 일중선호도는 13개 문항의 Composite Scale for Morningness (CSM)로 측정하였다. PER3 VNTR(rs57875989)의 유전자형분석은 중합효소연쇄반응법을 사용하여 이루어졌다. 양측검정으로 유의수준은 p<0.05로 하였다. 결 과: 전체 대상자에 대한 CSM 점수는 31.90${\pm}$6.39 (평균${\pm}$표준편차)였다. 남녀간에 CSM 총점에 유의한 차이는 없었다. PER3 5R/5R에서 CSM 점수가 높은 경향을 보였으나, PER3 VNTR(rs57875989) 유전자형과 대립유전자에 따른 CSM 점수의 유의한 차이는 없었다. 결 론: 본 연구는 젊은 건강한 한국인에서 PER3 V- NTR과 일중선호도간의 연관을 입증하지 못했다. 향후 보다 대규모의 피험자들을 대상으로 PER3의 여러 유전자들에 대해 다형성과 일중선호도간의 연관에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

남녀 대학생의 지방에 대한 영양지식과 실천도 (College Students' Nutrition Knowledge and Practices toward Dietary Fat)

  • This study was made for male and female university students regarding the nutrition knowledge about fat, fat contents in food, and practice toward fat. The result is as follows;1.Out of 13 questions inquiring the knowledge about fat a significant difference was observed between female and male students in 10 questions. Male students' nutrition knowledge about fat was $6.33{\pm}0.16$, and that of female students' was $6.33{\pm}0.16$ and there was no significant difference. The ratio of correct answer was 49% and 59% respectively. Female students marked high ratio of correct answer such items as ${\omega}-3$ fatty acid, the relation between high fat diet and atherosclerosis(coronary disease), the relation between obesity and fat, the relation between ${\omega}-3$ fatty acid and heart disease, cholesterol, fatty acid in butter, degree of unsaturation in liquid oil, margarine, chicken fat, rancity of fat. 2.Male students' total score of knowledge about fat quantity in food was $4.91{\pm}0.10$ and that of female students was $5.58{\pm}0.10$. There was significant difference(p<0.001) and the ratio of correct answer was 55% and 62% respectively. Out of 9 food items, significant difference was observed in 7 items according to student's majoring subject. The ratio of correct answer for the questions about the quantity of fat in food female showed high figures in such items as white meat(p<0.01), whole milk(p<0.0001), skim milk(p<0.01), potato chips(p<0.001), biscuit(p<0.001). However, male students showed high figures on the question about the quantity of fat in vegetable margarine. 3. Out of 12 items observing the degree of diet practice on fat, significant difference was observed between male and female students in 6 items. Female students practice the question items positively with high ratio: intake of fish instead of meat(p<0.01), removing visible fat in meat(p<0.0001), removing chicken skin(p<0.0001), removing oil during cooking (p<0.05), selection of low fat milk or skim milk(p<0.05), selection of meat part(p<0.001). There was significant difference between male and female students in practicing diet on fat (p<0.001) and the total score was $31.52{\pm}0.52$ and $34.65{\pm}0.41$ respectively.

인터넷 Web 강의를 수강하는 남녀 대학생에서의 체중조절 경험, 섭식장애 및 식이섭취 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on Weight-Control Experience, Eating Disorder and Nutrient Intake of College Students Attending Web Class via the Internet)

  • This study was to investigate weight-control experience disorder and nutrient intake of college student attending web class via the internet. The subject were 1200 college students(392 male, 808 female) attending web class concerned with nutrition and weight control. This cross-sectional survey was conducted by self-administered questionnaire and data were analyzed by Students t-test and $\chi$$^2$-test. Nutrient intake collected from 3 day-recalls were analyzed by the Computer Aided Nutritional Analysis Program. Mean height, weight and RBW(relative body weight) of the male college students were 174.7 cm, 68.0 kg and 101.2%, respectively. Mean height, weight and RBW of the female college students were 162.3% cm, 52.7% kg and 95.3% respectively. Among the male college students, low weight were 1.0%, underweight were 12.8%, overweight were 12.5%, obese were 6.9% by RBW standard. Among the female college students, low weight were 5.1%, underweight 30.2%, overweight were 5.2%, obese were 1.5% by RBW standard. Percentages of weight control experience were 21.7% and 67.0% in the male and female college students, respectively. According to RBW, 22.4% of the weight control experience group were low weight or underweight in the female college students but none of weight control experience group were low weight or underweight in the male college students. Percentage of eating disorder were 6.8%(2.8%, male, 8.7% female) in the college students. Among the female college students, most nutrient intakes were significantly lower in the weight-control experienced group compared to the weight-control nonexperienced group. Among the male college students, there was a tendency that the intake of nutrients, except carbohydrate, calcium and vitamin A was higher in the eating disorder group compared to the non-eating disorder group. However, among the female college students, there was a tendency that the intake of nutrients, except calcium and thiamin was lower in the eating disorder group compared to the non-eating disorder group. Therefore, nutrition education via the internet is required for college students to know proper weight loss methods, desirable eating habits and eating disorder problem well.

남녀대학생(男女大學生)의 패션행동(行動)과 최적자극수준(最適刺戟水準) (Fashion Behavior and Optimum Stimulation Level of Male and Female University Students)

  • This study adapted OSL (Optimum Stimulation Level) to induce the customer's behavior, especially customer's fashion behavior. The purpose of the fashion advertisement was to accelerate the purchasing desire for the clothes by catching the customer's attention. OSL is one of the methods. OSL can satisfy customers' desires using the new stimulation that reveals a customer's individual characters. In general, women are more concern about fashion and sensitive to the clothes of new fashion than men. But nowadays, many of the men are also concern about their appearance and fashion. The differences between men and women in fashion behavior and in each factor, of OSL, especially a relationship between OSL factor and fashion behavior are researched in this study. Such differences analyzed to find the sources that can satisfy their various desires. This study was expected to provide good information to plan advertising strategy in unpredictable market situation. The subjects for this study were 308 male and female university students. Mehrabian and Russell (1974),s ASTS(Arousal Seeking Tendency Scale) was adapted to measure the OSL, and twenty questions regarding fashion leadership and clothing importance released by Kwon, Shin, Lee, are adapted to measure the fashion behavior. An ANOVA was used as statistical analyzing method to find out the difference between men and women in fashion behavior. The relationship between fashion behavior and difference between men and women in OSL factors were measured by MANOVA. Conclusions were as follows; 1. In consciousness degree of fashion leadership and clothing importance in the fashion behavior, women were higher than men. 2. There was a difference between men and women in OSL's each factors in "unusual stimuli" and "sensuality", but there is no significant statistical difference in factors of "change", "risk", "new environment". Therefore women are higher than men in the stimulation level of "unusual stimuli" and" sensuality". 3. Low element of OSL relating to fashion behavior is from "change" and "unusual stimuli". 4. For the relationship between OSL and fashion behavior, fashion leadership and clothing importance were recognized better in the group of higher level of "change" and "unusual stimuli" irrespective of sex. In the case of "change" which is one of OSL factors, High OSL groups were higher than low OSL groups in the consciousness level of the fashion leadership and clothing importance. In men's case, High OSL-Change groups were higher than Low OSL-Change groups in the fashion leadership, but there was no difference between two groups in the consciousness of the clothing importance. In the case of "Unusual Stimuli", High OSL groups were superior to Low OSL groups in the fashion leadership, but there was no significant difference between two groups in the clothing importance. In women's case, High OSL-Change groups were superior to Low OSL-Change groups. In the case of "Unusual Stimuli", High OSL groups were superior to Low OSL groups in the fashion leadership, but there was no difference between two groups in the clothing importance.

남녀 대학생의 척추만곡에 관한 연구 (A Study of Spinal Curvature in Female and Male University Students)

  • This study examined the rates of spinal abnormal curvature and the correlation of the Body Mass Index (BMI), Low Back Pain (LBP) and spinal curvature by measuring scoliosis, kyphosis, and lordosis in university students. The study population included 67 male, 92 female university students, making a total of 159, in Wonju City. Spinal curvature was measured by an electrogoniometer in a computerized skeletal analysis system. Lateral curvature of spine of more than 10 degrees was considered as nonspostural scoliosis. The correlation of BMI, LBP and the spinal curvature was analysed by Pearson's correlation coefficient and t-test. The following results were obtained: 1. The overall incidence and rate of scoliosis in cases with a greater than 10 degree curve in males was an incidence of 8 and a rate of 11%. In females the incidence was 36 and the rate 39.2%. 2. The overall incidence and rate of kyphosis of less than 20 degrees in males was a rate of 9 and an incidence of 11.9%. In females, the rate was 5 and the incidence 5.4%. In kyphosis cases of more than 40 degrees, the male rate was 5 and the incidence 7.7%. For female the rate was 13 and the incidence 14.2%. 3. The overall incidence and rate of lordosis with curves of less than 20 degrees was a rate of 6 for males and an incidence of 9.0%. For females, the rate was 5 and the incidence 5.4%. In cases of more than 50 degrees lordosis, the female rate was 2 and the incidence 2.2%. There were no males in this category. 4. There was a negative correlation between kyphosis and BMI. The greater the kyphotic curve, the less the BMI in males (p<0.05). There was no significant BMI difference by gender in either scoliosis or lordosis. There was, however, a significantly decreased sacral angle in the female group with LBP. The results of this study cannot be generalized to the general population because the subjects were all from one university. The measurements were quite reliable because the angles determined by the Metrocom System were highly correlated with radiologic findings. This study shows the need for a regular screening system for spinal curvatures in university health examination procedures.
