When simulate long distance infrared image in the laboratory the Infrared Refractive Collimator is used. In this case, infrared light reflected from the surface of the lens and target. The reflected infrared light causes Narcissus. Narcissus degrades the quality of the infrared image. To minimize Narcissus optimize the reflective index and placement of the lenses, lenses and target surface coated.

We studied the 3D simulating shapes of the flared skirt using NARCIS-Drape Simulation software made in Korea D&M FT. The experimental conditions were made of three types of cuttings (lengthwise, crosswise, 45 bias) and polyester fabrics for flared skirt (light, medium, heavy) and different simulating repetitions (1, 2, ${\cdots}$, 9, 10 times). We accomplished some experimental data on the 3D simulating shapes of the flared skirt made by different conditions. The 3D simulation shapes of the flared skirts were gradually getting stabilized from 5 repetitions. And the length of skirts and the width and depth of hems diminished lower by degrees as the simulating repetitions. It is considered that the simulating repetition for the flared skirt was appropriate in the range of 8 to 10 times. But it was not reasonably showed that the difference in the drape of the flared skirt was made by different cuttings and fabrics.

21세기의 가장 중요한 분야는 과학과 기술이다. 폭주하듯 발전하는 과학기술은 평범한 사람들은 뒤쫓기가 어렵다. 앞으로'디지털 나르시스'와 같은 첨단과학의 하나인 인간게놈 프로젝트를 둘러싼 논의는 계속될 것이다. 이런 문제들을 단순히 청치가나 사회학자들에게 맡겨서도 안된다. 과학기술계에 종사하는 사람들이 주체가 되어 공론화 과정을 통해 실마리를 풀어가야 하겠다.

In this paper, I am going to analyze a correlation of Jacques Lacan's Mirror Stage and the process of remediation on image media. It is because the remediation process of various digital media is letting people pass through one time of mirror stage again. Remediation for the Internet of traditional media, conflict with the virtual world and real world, identification that a virtual image changes a practical image is for it to be caused a remediation process by mutual link of various image media. The Narcissism which occurs in the relation a self with a idealized self searches a new own expression and forms a skillful mania culture. Reflexivity of active mania culture same as a Jacques Lacan's Mirror Stage is to be the possibility becoming the feature of media culture of today. However, if digital media culture generation spends extremely wasting time from the image media, these image media generations cannot grow into new future-type man. According to this, it is necessory to have a study on Visual Literacy that it is related to a Jacques Lacan's Mirror Stage.
