Aspherical Lens Design and Development of Spherical Aberration Measuring System by use of Spherical Aberration (구면 수차를 이용한 비구면 렌즈의 설계와 수차 측정 장치 개발)

  • In this paper, an aberration free aspherical lens is designed and machined by new design method and the spherical aberration measuring system is developed. It confirmed the propriety of new design method by measuring optical characteristics of machined lens with the new measuring system. The system could measure a spherical aberration quantitatively by using CCD camera, laser, collimator and so on.

개정건축법 시행령에 대한 의견

  • 이번에 개정된 건축법 시행령(대통령 령 제 6834호)이 1973년 9월1일 부로 공포되었다. 이것은 이미 개정 공포된 건축법(법률 제2334호 1972. 12.30 )에 대한 시행령인 것이다. 개정된 건축법이 공포되기 전에 (본지 1972년 12월호), 필자는 건축법 개전(안)에 대해서 소견을 피력한 바 있으며, 아울러 작년 ‘건축사’지 6월호에 발표한 ‘현행 건축법에 있어서의 문제점’에서도 여러 가지 문제점에 대해서 언급한 바 있었는데, 여기에서 지적한 문제점들이 이번 개정된 건축법과 시행령에서 많이 다루어져 있어, 흐뭇한 마음 금할 수가 없다. 아직도 미흡한 점이 있다고는 하나, 금반 개정으로 많이 보완되었으며, 건축법은 그것의 성질로 보아 완벽을 기할 수 없는 것이고, 시대의 변천에 따라 건축도 진보ㆍ발전하는 것이므로, 그에 따라 건축법도 개정하여 나아가야 한다는 것은 당연한 일이다. 그러나 충분한 연구도 없이 조령모개하는 식의 개정은 지양하여야 하며, 한번 개정하는데도 신중을 기해야 할 것이다. 실무에 종사하는 필자로서, 평소에 생각하던 것을 조문에 따라, 이번에 개정된 부분과 과법에 지적하지 안했던 것들 중에서 문제점을 모아 간추려 보고자 한다.

  • ATMega8535 Controller is the ideal solution for use as a standard controller in many applications. The small compact size combined with easy program updates and modifications, make it ideal for use in machinery and control systems, such as alarms, card readers, real-time monitoring applications and much more. This board is ideal as the brains of your robot or at the center of your home-monitoring system. Today, most drivers must use a parking place day by day. Therefore we make time shorten. Using above-mentioned ATmega8535, a sensor of infrared rays, led and lcd, we will make a parking system which is able to display parking situation and lead a car at the best position of Parking easily and quickly. Trying this project, we will be more closer to practical application of electronic engineering bit by bit.

  • In this research, the modification method of spherical aberration, and aspherical lens shape design method were investigated. Spherical aberration affects lens's performance directly. Many studies have attempted to remove spherical aberration with a lot of methods in order to reduce the bad effect of spherical aberration. The approach to lens shape design was base on the ray tracing method. From the result, it was confirmed that ray reverse-tracing method was convenient to remove spherical aberration, and could be used very effectively and usefully for aberration-free aspherical lens design.

  • Two reasons for the low success rate of the practical implementation of BPR are the lack of good models and consideration of information system development stage in a BPR project. This paper suggests an Integrated Business Process Model (IBPM), which incorporates two distinct but interrelated points of view: form and business process. By integrating the form model with the business process model, the IBPM has advantages in performing BPR projects; it helps to build the model, to analyze and redesign business processes, and to do requirement analysis of information systems. This paper also suggests a new BPR supporting tool, BRAWII(Business Reengineering Assistance Workbench version 2.0). BRAWIIsupports IBPM and manages full stages of BPR project. In the design of BRAWII, the linkage between results of a BPR project and requirements for information system development is considered.

  • Aspherical lens design method named ray reverse tracing method is introduced. Differently from the traditional design method, the ray reverse tracing method traces the shape and location of a real object by use of its virtual image. From the result, it was convinced that spherical aberration free aspherical lens could be designed by use of the ray reverse tracing method. Furthermore, it could reduce the degree of dependence of optical characteristics on designer's ability, because deformation terms and optimization can be eliminated, which has been performed in conventional lens design process.

  • In this paper, extracting design information from arbitrary aspherical lens shape in reverse engineering is introduced. Deformation terms and sphere data equation with various variables compose asphere equation. Aspherical lens shape is expressed with complicated polynomial expression that includes deformation terms and sphere data. Deformation term and vertex curvature have direct influence on a geometric shape and an optical characteristics of aspherical lens. Hence, extracting these information mean that design information could be derived and analyzed from shape data of arbitrary aspherical lens. Furthermore, sharing designer's experience and knowledge for aspherical lens design could be expected.

  • In this paper, spherical aberration and light concentrating efficiency of lens was measured. The measuring system is applying spherical aberration occurrence principal and could measure a temperature at focal plane by using the thermocouple. The sun which is located in infinite distance and could makes parallel ray is used as a illuminant or heat source in experiments. It is confirmed that light concentrating efficiency of optical lens is in inverse proportion to spherical aberration and.

  • 최근에 초정밀 제조업 분야에서 볼의 이용에 관한 연구가 급속히 진행되고 있으며, 일부 반도체 분야에서는 BGA(Ball Grid Array)와 같은 용도로 이용되기도 하며, 볼 자체를 반도체 칩으로 응용하려는 시도가 제안되어 있다. 이러한 적용분야들에서 볼의 진구도, 정밀도 및 청정도 등을 만족시킬 수 있는 가공기술이 선결되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 초정밀 볼의 가공기술 개발을 목적으로 하여 유리 볼을 대상으로 하고 $H_2O$와 CeO$_2$를 혼합한 연마재를 사용하여 부상회전에 의한 비접촉식 연마방법을 제안하고 가공특성을 조사하였다 연구 결과로서, 비 접촉식 볼의 가공에서는 가공에 앞서 $H_2O$와의 전처리 과정을 거침으로 해서 가공속도를 촉진시킬 수 있다는 사실이 확인되었다.

Preservation of Extended Thoroughbred Semen at Low Temperature (Thoroughbred 정액의 액상 보존에 관한 연구)

  • Equine semen was analysed for its survival after storage under different conditions. Total 12 ejaculates from 2 Thoroughbred were analysed for general characterisitcs and preservation at low temperature. The sperm fraction, concentration, nd the rate of motile spermatozoa were 57.91ml per ejaculate, 2.18$\times$108/ml and 74.1%, respectively. The survival rate of spermatozoa was highest when diluted semen with E-Z Mixin was stored at 7~8$^{\circ}C$. The optimum survival rate(>54%) can be obtained upto 24h at 7~8$^{\circ}C$. However only 10% spermatozoa survived after 5h storage at 7~8$^{\circ}C$ without use of E-Z Mixin. Other ranges of temperature(15$^{\circ}C$ and room temperature) gave less survival rates(<25%). These results indicate that the extender could be used as a basic solution for the preservation of equine spermatozoa at low temperature. It also provides a practical method for short-term storage of collected equine semen in a simple manner.
