위성영상은 그 특성상 다중대역과 방대한 양의 영상 데이터로 이루어져 있으며, 방대한 양의 데이터에서 필요한 영상정보를 검색하기 위해서는 위성영상 검색에 적용 가능한 다중대역의 화소벡터, 질감 및 이들의 공간분포를 효과적으로 얻어낼 수 있는 속성을 추출하여 활용하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 위성영상 검색에 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 속성으로 다중대역의 화소벡터 값과 질감 정보를 동시에 추출하면서 UV(Color Coherent Vector)의 개념을 적용하여 이들의 공간분포에 관한 정보를 포함한 새로운 속성을 정의하였고, SPOT 위성영상을 이용하여 국부적인 질의 영상의 속성벡터와 광범위한 지역의 위성영상에서 부분영상들의 속성벡터와의 유사성 비교를 통하여 원하는 부분영상을 검색하는 방법으로 그 성능을 평가하였다. 제안된 검색방식은 칼라와 질감 그리고 이들의 공간적인 분포 등을 개별적으로 추출하여 조합하는 과정이 필요 없으며, 특히 위성영상이나 특정 도메인에 종속되지 않기 때문에 다양한 내용기반 영상정보 검색에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

이동통신용 유전체 필터에 사용되는 유전체 재료 는 많이 상용화 되어 있다. 그러나 향후 IMT2000, BIuetooth. Wireless LAN등에 채용될 부품은 더욱 소형화로 여기에 필요한 새로운 유전체 재료가 요 구된다. 이러한 필터는 결국 적층 일체형 필터의 제작이 대두되고 이를 위해서는 높은 유전율에 높은 Q값을 갖는 저온소결(900˚C이하)재료가 필요하다. 본고에서는 저온소결이 가능한 BiNbO$_{4}$,재료를 갖고 설계, 적층공정 등을 통하여 적층일체형 필터를 제 작하였다.

For the analysis of textured image, it requires large storage space and computation time to calculate the matrix features such as SGLDM(Spatial Gray Level Dependence Matrix). NGLDM(Neighboring Gray Level Dependence Matrix). NSGLDM(Neighboring Spatial Gray Level Dependence Matrix) and GLRLM(Gray Level Run Length Matrix). In spite of a large amount of information that each matrix contains, a set of several correlated scalar features calculated from the matrix is not sufficient to approximate it. In this paper, we propose a new classifier for textured images based on these matrices in which the projected vectors of each matrix on the meaningful directions are used as features. In the proposed method, an unknown image is classified to the class of a known image that gives the maximum similarity between the projected model vector from the known image and the vector from the unknown image. In the experiment to classify images of agricultural products, the proposed method shows good performance as much as 85-95% of correct classification ratio.

본 논문에서는 GPU를 이용한 고속 보간법 개발방법에 대해 제안한다. GPU는 흔히 그래픽 연산에 사용되지만 최근에는 GPGPH가 각광을 받고 있다. 특히 NVIDIA에서 발표한 CUDA를 이용하면 GPU를 쉽게 접근하여 프로세싱 할 수 있어 많은 분야에서 GPU를 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실제 CUDA를 이용하여 여러 가지 보간법에 대한 알고리즘을 구현하여 CUDA의 성능을 확인하였다. CPU에서 구현한 알고리즘과 CUDA를 이용한 알고리즘을 비교했을 때 메모리 할당 및 전송부분을 제외한 수순 프로세싱 시간을 보면 CPU에서 훨씬 좋은 성능을 나타내었고, 메모리 할당 및 전송을 고려했을 때 작은 사이즈 영상에서는 오히려 역효과가 나타났고, 대용량 영상에서는 좋은 성능을 나타냄을 확인하였다.

본고에서는 소형 고집적 이동단말기용 패키지를 위해 구현 되고 있는 능/수동소자 내장형 패키지 기술에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 능/수동소자내장형 패키지 기술은 IC 칩과 같은 능동 소자와 저항, 커패시터, 인덕터와 같은 수동소자 부품들을 패키지 기판 내부에 내장시켜 소형화를 추구함과 더불어 칩과 수동소자간의 접속 길이를 짧게 해서 전기적 성능을 향상시키실 수 있는 패키징 기술이다. 본 원고에서는 PCB기술에 기반을 둔 embedded active device 기술과 웨이퍼 레벨 패키징 기술에 기반을 둔 fan-out embedded wafer level package 기술 동향에 대해 서술하고 그 특정들을 비교 분석하였으며 이 기술들에 대환 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

Nowadays, the research on the system integration using various technologies, like MCM-C, MCM-L and MCM-D. Especially, MCM-D technology is suitable for mmwave application due to its high resolution of patterning and thermal property similar to that of semiconductor devices. In this work, integrated passive devices like inductor, capacitor and resistor are evaluated on the GaAs substrate and their characteristics are examined. And finally, the Wilkinson power divider using lumped IPD are evaluated on GaAs substrate and it shows low insertion loss below 0.5 dB and the isolation over 15 dB.

This paper presets a results of frequency response in variation of wire bonding length. A gold ball bonding is used as a wire bonding process, and a DPDT(double pole double thru) switch is adapted as a device for test. Wire length is ranged from 442um to 833um and a measured frequency range is from 1 GHz to 6 GHz. Little difference are measured in insertion loss and return loss depending on wire length. Measured S21 and S11 are -0.58 dB and -17.7 dB, respectively. S21 insertion loss is rising up and S11 insertion loss is falling down as the frequency is increased.

The metabolic enzymes, nitrate reductase, amylase and peroxidase and the Photorespiratory enzyme, Slycolate oxidise in Nicotiana tabacum varieties were studied at various growth stages. The enzyme activities of young leaves with rapid growth were different from those of old ones with stationary growth. In young leaves, activity of nitrate reductase was higher than that in mature ones and amylase activity was fairly constant in all stages. Activities of glycolate oxidise and peroxidase were found to be significantly lower in young leaves than in mature ones. Activity of glycolate oxidase in mature middle leaves was 2.45 times higher than that of young ones and inhibited by 36% when the enzyme was treated with 0.16 mM isonicotinic hydrazide.

A multilayer two-stage LC bandpass filter using low-temperature cofired-ceramic (LTCC) is proposed in this paper. The proposed bandpass filter is composed of two ceramic substrates with different dielectric constant instead of single ceramic material from top to bottom layer. The bandpass filter size is $2.0 mm{\times}1.2 mm{\times}0.8 mm$. Positioning of attenuation polefrequency, importance parameter for a performance of filter, is discussed using even-odd mode analysis by tuned capacitance of coupling capacitor and those results is implemented to LTCC filter circuit. Measured filter performances show that the insertion losses are -4.5dB, -4.1dB at 2.45GHz, 2.75GHz and the return losses are -8.5dB, 8.7dB.

본 논문에서는 27GHz에서 전파환경별 경로손실을 측정하고, 각 수신지점에서 5분간 측정된 경로손실 데이터의 중앙값, 최대값, 최소값을 선형회귀 모델로 모델링하고 분석하였다. 측정 결과를 살펴볼 때, 밀리미터파 대역 가시경로의 경우에도 도심이나 부심 환경에서는 추가의 경로손실을 고려해야 할 것으로 생각된다.
