온라인 검색 광고는 인터넷 사용자의 증가, 그리고 온라인 광고 수요의 규모가 커짐에 따라 광고 시장에서 보조적인 역할에서 벗어나 주도적인 위치로 변화하고 있다. 지속적인 규모성장과 수요 증가에도 불구하고 기존의 관계형 데이터베이스에 의존한 온라인 검색 광고 플랫폼은 구조적인 한계로 인해 유연한 자원 확장이나 분석속도의 보장성을 유지할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 빅데이터 분석 시스템을 이용하여 온라인 검색 광고 플랫폼을 설계 및 구현함으로써, 데이터 저장 공간을 유연하게 확장할 수 있으며, 일정한 시간으로 수렴할 수 있는 안정적인 분석 속도를 유지하는 시스템을 제안한다.

This study developed the emission intensity estimation method of GHGs by considering the characteristics of the models and time series. The telematics device was installed on the vehicle (OBD-II) to collect information on the operation conditions from each sample vehicle of public authorities. As a result of comparing the mileage distance and fuel consumption, the matching degree is analyzed very high, showed a ${\pm}1{\sim}4%$ error for each vehicle. By comparing driving record diary of vehicles managed by public authorities, this study presents the method that can be used to verify driving information in order to derive the GHGs emission intensity.

The Cretaceous metal ore deposits in the Gyeongsang basin of Gyeongsangbuk-do are characterized by the formation of metallogenic provinces which show zonal distribution pattern around Yeonil province where pneumatolytic type is dominated and hydrothermal type are distributed in the order of decreasing temperature type outward. Some Cretaceous granitic rocks include zoned alkali feldspars which reflect rapid variation of $H_2O$ during emplacement and crystallization of the water-saturated granitic magma. The ore deposits are considered to be originated from upward transportation of ore solution from the excess of water exhausted from uprising magma, which seems to be intimately related to the fact that the majority of the ore deposits in Daegu area are cummulated around the granites including zoned alkali feldspars. In order to collect geochemical data necessary for geochemical exploration in the study area, certain trace elements were chosen as pathfinders from monzonite and soil in the vicinity of Dalsung Tungsten Mine by studying the dispersion patterns of trace elements: Ba and Sr show trends to decrease toward ore deposit while Cu, Pb, and Mo increase. Around mining area there are distributed apparently Equisetum arvense Linne and Mentha sachinensis Kudo which may be used as index plants. In the viewpoint of geologic structure, the trends of the ore veins in contact aureole around the Palgongsan granite body correspond with the pre- and syn- plutonism joint pattern in hornfels in the area.

There is clear difference in content of the major and trace elements between Masan granites of Cu province and Yucheon-Eonyang granites of Pb-Zn province in the Yucheon Basin: the former has low content in K(2.08%), Na(2.42%) and Rb (127ppm), and high content in Ca(3.75%), Mg(1.42%) and Sr(304ppm) whereas the latter has high content in K(3.56-3.60%), Na(3.05-3.06%) and Rb(144-161ppm), and low content in Ca(0.62-0.96), Mg(0.21-0.26%) and Sr(136-157ppm). Ore metals in granites also show slight difference between two areas: Masan granites have slightly higher Cu content(18ppm) than Yucheon-Eonyang granites(13, 14ppm), whereas Yucheon granite(29ppm) has slightly higher Pb content than Masan granites(25ppm). Thus, it may be possible to apply geochemical difference of the granites to distinguish whether a Cretaceous granite mass is related to copper or lead-zinc mineralization, and whether it belongs Cu-province or Pb-Zn province in the Yucheon Basin.

In order to overcome jamming, a hysteresis tunable monolithic comparator circuit based on a 0.35 ${\mu}m$ CMOS process is suggested, designed, fabricated, measured and analyzed in this paper. To tune the threshold voltage of the hysteresis in the comparator circuit, two external digital bits are used with supply voltage of 3.3V. An improved variable hysteresis comparator circuit controlled by serial digital bits is suggested, designed and simulated to overcome jamming in modern warfare.

Alloxan, streptozotocin, interleukin-$1{\beta}$, epinephrine, ethanol and KK mouse were used for inducement of Diabetes. 3. Blood glucose, insulin, body weight, drinking water, urinary volume and the chan ge of Langerhan's islet tissue were first observational items on Diabetes.

An active MMIC L-band down converting mixer was designed by using GaAs FET with 0.5 ${\mu}$m gate length and 300 ${\mu}$m gate width. Main circuit topology was cascoded two active FETs. It consumed only 7.5 mA with 3V DC voltage supply. Conversion gain of 6.63 dB, minumium noise figure of 5.06 dB and Input $3^{rd}$ Order Intercept Point of 6.4 dBm were obtained. The chip size is 1.86 mm ${\times}$ 1.28 mm.

In this paper, we measure and analyze strength of Beacon signal in Picocell environment by using the frequency of WiFi of ISM band. It is displaying the value what measured by using a beacon signal measurement smartphone app in using AP area, on Google maps using the PC application. the data measured by using mapped GPS signal and RSSI of beacon signal, and convert this data to Position coordinates for Google map in PC. when use this system, we can understand and analyze changes of radio signal through location where installed AP.

MgO thin films were deposited using $Mg(tmhd)_2$ as a precursor dissolved in a solvent by electrostatic spray pyrolysis. When a pure tetra hydro furan was used as a solvent, a large number of particles appeared on the MgO thin film surface due to homogeneous nucleation. However, by adding 1-butyl alcohol or 1-octyl alcohol to THF, homogeneous nucleation was restricted and the number density of the large particles was also drastically reduced. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the MgO films had a (100) preferred orientation regardless of the type of solvents used. Characterization using Fourier Transformed-Infrared and spectroscopic photometer revealed that the crystallized MgO thin films on the glass substrate had a high optical transmittance (> 85 %) in the visible range. Discharge characteristics of MgO thin films deposited by ESP method on an alternating-current plasma display panel were compared with a MgO thin film prepared by reactive radio-frequency planar magnetron sputtering.
