Due to small and light mission payloads, subsystems and propulsion system, small sized UAVs come to be available for reconnaissance that have been performed by aircraft and huge UAVs. The objective of this study is to develop an efficient propulsion system for small reconnaissance UAVs. A glow engine was modified for an efficient and robust 4-stroke gasoline engine with carburetor, new electronic control unit and lubrication system. Engine modification technique and small engine performance test stand are capable of economical method for military UAVs.

미국은 우리나라와 같이 전국망 DGPS 인프라를 운영하고 있는 국가 중에 하나로 DGPS 서비스를 해양분야 뿐만 아니라 육상분야에도 제공하고 있는 대표적 국가이다. 지난 8월 18일 미 정부는 연방공보를 통해 현재 운영 중인 전국망 DGPS 서비스의 대규모 개편 계획을 공표한 바 있다. 공표된 계획에 따르면, 2016년 1월 15일부로 육상에서의 DGPS 서비스는 중단되고, 해양에서의 DGPS 서비스도 크게 영향을 받을 것으로 예측되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 우리나라와 유사한 형태의 DGPS 인프라를 운영하고 있는 미국이 전국망 DGPS 서비스를 개편하게 된 배경과 원인에 대해 살펴본다. 그리고 미국이 공표한 계획의 실행 전망과 쟁점에 대해 알아본다. 마지막으로 미국의 NDGPS 서비스 운영정책 변화가 우리에게 전달하는 시사점을 제시한다.

한국 서해에서는 중국에서 운영하는 Loran-C 체인 GRI7430, GRI8390과 한국과 러시아에서 공동으로 운영하는 GRI9930 체인 등 다수의 체인에 속한 여러 Loran-C 송신국 신호를 수신할 수 있다. 그러나 Loran-C 시스템은 여러 체인의 신호 중 하나의 체인을 선택하고 선택된 체인에 속한 3~5개 송신국 신호만 이용해서 위치를 측정하도록 표준화 되었다. 본 논문에서는 수신 가능한 모든 Loran-C 신호를 이용하여 위치를 측정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 다음으로 실측 실험을 통해 제시한 방법의 유효성을 확인하였다. 연구 결과는 Loran-C 시스템의 가용성과 정확성을 향상시키기 위해서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

In this paper, we investigated the characteristics of MgO thin film prepared by unbalanced magnetron sputtering(UBMS) in surface discharge type AC PDP The minimum discharge voltage is obtained for the sample of substrate bias voltage-10V. Moreover the anti-sputtering characteristics of MgO thin film by UBMS is improved about 40% than one of balanced magnetron sputtering(BMS)

This paper presents a study on the introduction of User Model-Based Dialogue System. Also we present a plan-based Korean dialogue system as a natural language database user interface for product search. The system can be characterized by its support for mixed initiative to give user more control over dialogue, employment of user model to reflect user's preferences, alternative solution suggestion if there is no product matched exactly to user's requirements, handling circumlocution which frequently occurs in dialogues. The user modeling shell system BGP-MS is adapted for the system. The system provides for a user-friendly database user interface by managing dialogue intelligently. By its implementation and test, it has been shown that the user model-based dialogue system can be utilized effectively for product search.

The characteristics of fatigue life distribution for Carbon/epoxy composite laminates was investigated under tension-tension loading(R=0.1). The statistical nature of the fatigue life of the composite materials was analyzed by Weibull, normal, lognormal distributions As a result, it was observed that the correlation between the experimental results and the theoretical predictions for the fatigue life is good. The distribution of the static ultimate strength has the characteristic of lognormal distribution and distribution of the fatigue life has characteristics of the weibull distribution.

전형적인 다변수 화공정시스템을 실제로 구성하고 이 시스템에 대해 종래에 쓰이던 하드웨어 제어기 대신에 마이크로콤퓨터를 써서 제어한 실험연구의 결과를 보고하였다. 특히 시스템에 공급되는 유동의 수압이 강하함으로 인한 시스템특성의 변화에 대해서 유량계를 이용한 적응제어를 시도하여 그 제어성능이 크게 개선되도록 하였다.

현재까지 정보 검색 시스템은 색인어 위주로써 문서의 구조적 정보를 고려하지 알았다. 글자의 크기나 글자체, 들여 쓰기, 표 등은 저자의 의도를 구체화하며, 문서를 명확하게 하는 주요한 수단이다. 이 연구에서는 특히 표에 주목한다. 표는 많은 문서에 일반적으로 쓰이며, 글을 명확하게 해 준다. 일반 문서에 비해서 웹 문서는 태그를 이용하여 정보를 추가할 수 있어 표를 쉽게 구분할 수 있다. 하지만, 웹 상의 표는 지식을 구조화하는 근본적인 목적이외에, 단순히 화면을 정렬하려고 하는 목적으로도 많이 쓰인다. 이 연구에서는 정보 검색시스템에 표 정보를 사용하기 위한 전처리 단계로 의미 있는 표를 추출하는 방법을 제시하며, 이를 위하여 결정 트리를 사용한다.

This study was investigated to evaluate the distribution of airborne microorganisms at underground shops in Seomyun and Nampodong, Pusan. The number of bacterial colonies on the nutrient agar plate plates were calculated by the open petri dish method for 30 minutes in indoor air of underground shops at every seasons in a year. There was no statistically significant difference between Seomyun and Nampodong in mean colony counts. Isolation rates of Gram positive rods was highest, and Gram positive cocci and Gram negative rods were followed. In Nampodong underground shops, Enterobacteriaceae strains was isolated. Mean colony counts according to seasons was higher at summer and autumn in Seomyun, and spring and winter in Nampodong. In near future, a study on the distribution of bacteria causing respiratory infection should be followed.
