  • It is well known that on-site corona and various noises make severe problems on the PD(partial discharge) measurement. In this paper, for the improvement of the on-site PD measuring performance, the applicability of TF(Time-Frequency) map was investigated. For the purpose, PDs that can be generated from the defect in the power cables as well as corona discharges and ground noises were measured. And through the TF analysis for the measured data, we have tried to distinguish the real PDs, corona discharges and noises. As a result, it is confirmed that the data of PDs can be clustered themselves separable from other data such as corona and noises on the TF map.

공교육의 로봇교육 내실화를 위한 교사 인식 조사 (A Survey on Teacher's Cognition for the Improvement of Robotics Education in Public Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve robotics education in public education. This study was conducted with 157 secondary school teachers regardless of their gender, age and majors. The results are as follows: First, 68.2% of the respondents (81.2% of the STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)-related teachers) thought that robotics education should be included in public education because it will be a very important area in the future. Second, 73.3% of respondents (89.3% of the STEM-related teachers) agreed that robotics education will be worth teaching as a regular subject. The most important reason was that they thought the robots would be an excellent tool to initiate their class participation and increase their study motivation. Third, the results from this survey showed that the technology teachers would be the best suitable instructors for robotics education. Lastly, teachers felt a great deal of burden to teach robotics although they thought robotics education was necessary. In order to implement robotics education in public school, teachers think it is necessary to take professional training. In addition, teachers should be supported with the reduction in their workload along with sufficient fundings, educational robots such as LEGO MINDSTORMS, and newly designed teaching materials.

좋은 식단제에 대한 대전지역 요식업소 경영주들의 의식구조 조사 (A Survey on Consciousness of the Good Menu System by Restaurant Owners in Taejon Area)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the sanitation status and food waste state from 220 restaurant owners in Taejon area by questionnaires. As a result, the restaurant owners had proper knowledges on the purposes of the good menu system which is to prove public sanitation and to reduce food waste by changing present food service style. According to the restaurant management characteristics study, the subjects recognized highly for the importance of cleanliness(4.6), taste(4.5) where diversity of portion size(3.9), attractiveness(4.0) were low. 86.3% of the subjects mentioned great reductions in food waste after practicing good menu system. Also the subjects recognized the necessity for further researches on this field. After practicing good menu system in restaurant, their food waste was reduced.

미국 캘리포니아주 나성에 거주하는 한국 중.고등학생들의 영양실태조사 (A Nutrition Survey of Korean Adolescents Living in Los Angeles, California)

  • 나성의 한국 이주민의 자녀로서 사춘기에 문화권을 바꾸는 경험을 갖은 57인의 중고등 학생들을 대상으로 실시된 본 조사는 대상자의 1 ) 일반적 특성의 파악 2 ) 식습관 및 기호조사, 식품 섭취 빈도 조사 3 ) 영양지식 및 그들 어머니의 영양지식 조사 4 ) 영양실태 조사를 통하여 식생활의 변화 및 문제점을 찾아보았다. 영양실태 조사는 24-hour diet recall 방식에 의하여 기본 4군, meal pattern 및 영양소를 추산하여 한국과 미국의 RDA와 비교하였다. 위의 실태조사 결과를 요약해 보면 ; 1) 한국전통음식인 밥과 김치는 저녁식사시 모두 섭취하고 있으나 아침, 점심은 미국식단의 사용율이 높았다. 기호도 조사에 의하면 전반적으로 미국음식보다 한국음식을 더 좋아한다고 하였다. 2) 여학생은 아침식사, 남학생은 저녁식사가 불규칙하였다. 3) 여학생은 풍부한 과일의 섭취가, 남학생은 우유의 섭취가 한국에서의 식습관에 비해 그들의 건강을 위해 좋다고 하였다. 4) 영양지식의 근원은 어머니로부터가 가장 높았다. 여학생들은 철분의 근원식품에 관한 지식이 남학생보다 부족했으며, 균형된 식단의 선택 접수는 남학생보다 여학생이 높았다. 5) 기호조사 결과에 의하면 가장 싫어하는 식품은 간, 칠면조, 돼지고기, 고형 요구르트, 아보카도, 올리브 등이었고, 한번도 먹어보지 않은 식품은 부로콜리, 우설, 양고기, 망고, 탈지분유 등이었다. 이들 어머니의 기호조사 결과는 자녀들과 흡사하였으나 어머니들은 미국식품 중 한번도 시도해 보지 않은 식품의 수가 그들 자녀보다 많았다. 6) 24시간 diet recall 방법의 분석에 의하면 결핍된 영양소는 열량, 철분, 비타민 A였다. 단백질 섭취량의 증가는 현저하였으나, 낮은 열량의 섭취는 이주민의 자녀의 불규칙한 식습관의 일면과 동시에 우리나라 남학생들의 조리방법의 미숙한 면을 보여주었다.

아톱 푸드 블로그를 이용한 아토피피부염 예방과 관리를 위한 계절별 조리법 개발과 운영 (Development and Operation of Seasonal Recipe for Prevention and Management of Atopic Dermatitis Using Atop Food Blog)

  • Since atopic dermatitis requires continuous care, the role of a patient's parents is important. However, the majority of parents cause even more serious situations by limiting allergy-inducing foods too much, causing an imbalance in nutrition and decline in immunity. Therefore, educating parents systematically and repeatedly via personal computer or smart phone could help to prevent and manage atopic dermatitis. In this study, 126 recipes of 4 seasons were developed for the parents of atophy students by using food with least chemical additives. After developing these recipes, a blog named "Atop" meaning "atophy stop" was made with these recipes and cooking step photos. In this blog, the visitors who used these recipes showed improvement responses of atopic dermatitis management. The results of this study show that further nutrition education programs such as this blog should be developed continuously and an effective evaluation tool must be also developed for the further prevention and management of atopic dermatitis.

대학에서의 식품과 영양 교양 과목의 사이버 컨텐츠 개발을 위한 조사 (A Study to Develop Food and Nutrition Cyberclass Contents for Nonmajor University Students)

  • This study was intended to develop food and nutrition cyberclass contents for nonmajor students at university. We investigated universities which offered food and nutrition related courses in 1998 by a telephone survey in order to select the most appropriate lecture contents for the nonmajor university students. We investigated to select the most needed lecture contents for the students, 15 questions on evaluation of cyberclasses which they took. The number of subjects were 140 students of ‘C’university who registered for nonmajor food and nutrition course in 1998. Among 140 students, 80 were cyberclass students and 60 were non cyberclass students. The results of the survey were as following : Fifty-five universities out of 62 had curriculums on food and nutrition in 1998 and 36,802 students attended the non major food and nutrition lectures. 84.9% of the respondents had their own computes and the main application mostly used was word processing. Additionally, 33.3% of them used on-line communications and 81.4% of them used internet. The most interesting subject of the respondents was ‘disease and nutrition management’. The male respondents were concerned more about ‘alcohol and health’, whereas the females were concerned about ‘obesity and weight control’.

대전.충남지역 학교급식 영양(교)사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Job Satisfaction of Dietitians(Nutrition Teachers) of School Foodservice in Daejeon/Chungnam Province)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate how to improve job satisfaction for dietitians and nutrition teachers by identifying influencing factors in Daejeon and Chungnam Province, South Korea. A survey was conducted among school foodservice dietitians and nutrition teachers from selected primary, middle and high school in the area. This survey consisted of general characteristics, status of their job, job satisfaction, work satisfaction and work performance. In this study we found current state of general characteristics and status of their job according to frequency analysis and the level of work satisfaction, work performance and job satisfaction using descriptive statistics. The t-test, ANOVA and Duncan-test were also conducted in order to searching for tendency of job satisfaction according to the general characteristics and the status of their job. Pearson's correlation was carried out in order to find correlation with job satisfaction. Also, factors, which influenced job satisfaction according to regression analysis, were drawn. We describe the difference of job satisfaction between irregular dietitians and nutrition teachers as well. Besides we discussed the improvement of dietitians' (nutrition teachers') work environment to raise their job satisfaction through this study.

기술 교육 기반의 생체 모방 로봇 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용 효과 (Development and Effect of Biomimicry Robot Education Program based on Technology Education)

  • 본 연구에서는 기술 교육 기반의 생체 모방 로봇 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 적용하여 그 효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 기술 교육 기반의 생체 모방 로봇 교육 프로그램이 개발되었으며 이를 기술 분야 영재교육에 적용한 후 수업 만족도와 함께 그 효과를 살펴보았다. 연구에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생체 모방 로봇교육 프로그램은 총 15차시로 개발되었으며 기술적 문제 해결 과정에 따라 구성되었다. 둘째, 생체 모방 로봇 교육 프로그램에 대한 만족도는 평균보다 높게 나타났으며 질적 평가에서도 긍정적인 만족도를 나타냈다. 셋째, 생체 모방 로봇 교육 프로그램으로 인하여 기술적 문제해결 성향과 로봇에 대한 태도가 긍정적으로 변화되었으며 이는 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 나타냈다.

IT 융합 교육 유무에 따른 대학생의 창의적 문제 해결 역량 분석 (Analysis of Undergraduates' Creative Problem Solving with or without IT Convergence Education)

  • 제 4차 산업 혁명을 맞이하고 있는 최근 대학 교육은 전문적인 지식의 전수보다 문제해결력이나 창의성을 강조하고 있다. 뿐 만 아니라 첨단 정보통신기술이 융합되어 혁신적인 변화가 이루어지면서 융합 교육에 대한 필요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 IT 융합 교육을 실시한 후와 일반 융합 교육을 실시한 후, 창의적 문제 해결 역량의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과 일반 융합 교육보다 IT 융합 교육을 받은 수강생의 창의적 문제 해결 역량이 더 높았으며 통계적으로도 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 이에 창의적 문제 해결 역량 함양을 위해 대학에서는 각종 강좌에 IT 융합 교육을 연계한 교육이 활성화되어야 할 것이다.
