The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a model of firm's IT capability based on IT resources such as IT infrastructure, IT personnel, and IT routine. To do this, the study defined IT capability as a third-order factor model and identified three conceptual dimensions of IT capability: IT infrastructure flexibility, IT personnel expertise, IT resource management capability, IT resource management capability indicates a capacity generated by IT routines, a new IT resource type identified in this study. The validity of the proposed model is evaluated with 243 firm level data using LISREL. The results of confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) demonstrated that the model is highly reliable and valid. Additionally, it was found that IT routines have a high potential as a new IT resource category.

Trust and perceived usefulness have been variables frequently used by IS researchers to explain consumers' online transaction intention. A group of prior studies have incorporated the two variables simultaneously to build better models to capture the phenomenon. However, the studies have largely ignored the role of trust by replacing trust with trustworthiness. The purpose of this study is to fill this gap. To do this, the study conceptualizes and tests relationships between trust, perceived usefulness and related variables. Based on the study results, the study discusses that trust and trustworthiness are distinct and have causal relationships, the dimensions (ability, integrity, and benevolence) of trustworthiness are related but theoretically distinct, and trust performs a mediating role within its nomological network.

본 고에서는 요즘 전세계적으로 관심을 모으고 있는 정보통신 산업과 기술발전으로 인한 이동전화의 서비스 품질평가에 대한 방법을 정리하였다. 주요 내용으로는 이동전화 체감 통화품질 측정을 위한 시험조건 및 시험방법개선, 시험장비 기능 확인시험, 성능개선 요구 및 확인, 시험계획 수립 및 전국 측정 방법, 측정데이터 분석, 등급별 평가 등에 대한 내용으로, 특히 이동전화 품질평가 항목별 시험조건 및 시험방법, 이동전화 체감 품질 측정용 시험장비 성능/신뢰성 개선 그리고 전국 현장 측정 데이터분석 및 지역별 품질 산출, 등급별 평가 내용을 정리하였다. 또한 각 분야별 품질 평가 기술 방법에 패한 우리나라의 대응전략을 정리하여 산업체 기술개발에 많이 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The nodes of Ad-hoc network are made up of location registration for sending information and a great number of packet transmissions to maintain routing route among the nodes. under this environment, a huge number of traffics would be generated as mobility variable occurs more than in physical network. Hence, in this paper, focused on to study the relationship of nodes to analyze the extend of the traffic in order to control the traffics of the multi-hop in Ad-hoc.

The application of hydrocarbon refrigerants in a hermetic reciprocating compressor for refrigerator is investigated. The selected refrigerants are isobutane(R600a), propane(R290), R12, binary mixture of R600a/R290, and OS-21CII. Both theoretical and experimental investigations have been performed for the selected refrigerants. The test results of hydrocarbon refrigerants have been compared to the traditional refrigerant(R12). The results show that hydrocarbon refrigerants(HC-Blend, OS-21C II) are very good alternatives in the refrigeration system for R12.

In this paper, we analyze the effect of phase noise from PLL frequency synthesizer on 64QAM when detecting the corrupted signals. To predict the phase noise of oscillator very accurately, we considered that oscillator has the linearly time-varying nature when the input impulsive torrent to oscillator is small. The performance which detects the corrupted signal by oscillator phase noise is compared with only affected by AWCN and then analyze how much it degrade system performance for 64QAM.

SSB, VHF 등의 장비에 의한 무선통신은 아직도 중요한 정보전달의 수단으로 사용되고 있으며, 무선국으로부터 원거리에 설치되는 장비에 대해서는 전용회선을 사용하여 원격제어로 송ㆍ수신을 행하고 있다. 그러나 무선국에서 다수의 사용자가 다수의 장비에 임으로 접속하고 운용을 해야하는 환경에서는 ICS(Intergrated Communication System:통합통신시스템)의 회선접속 제어기가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 ICS의 개발을 위하여 ASK(Amplitude Shift Keying) 변조방식에 의한 PTT(Press To Talk) 제어와 신호의 전송회로를 구성하여 실험하였고, 멀티-프로쎄싱에 의한 회선접속 제어기를 설계하여 통합 통신운용에 대한 알고리즘을 연구하였다. Keying에 의하여 m 신호를 단속하였고 지속되는 PTT 신호에 음성신호를 합성시켜 전송시키는 형태의 ASK 변조방식을 취하여 전송되도록 하였고, 회선접속 제어기는 master와 다수의 slave 프로쎄서를 멀티-프로쎄싱의 직렬데이터 전송방식으로 프로쎄서 상호간에 데이타가 전달되도록 구성하였다. 이에 따른 S/W 는 멀티-프로쎄싱의 인터럽트기법을 최대한 활용하여 원하는 회선에 정확히 접속되어 통신이 이루어지도록 설계하였다. 따라서 이 연구는 주파수 자원의 고갈과 통신량의 증가에 대한 대책의 일환으로 저비용의 시설로 재래식 장비의 운용 효율을 증대시키는 기술의 개발에 목적이 있다.

본 연구에서는 방향성 결합기의 특성과 PIN다이오드의 특성을 이용하여 가변 감쇠기를 구현하였다. 기존의 Even-Odd Mode해석법이 아닌 간단한 2-port 기법으로 감쇠기를 분석하였으며, 산란 파라미터는 결합포트의 종단 임피던스가 동일한 경우와 동일하지 않은 경우에 있어서의 감쇠기의 동작특성을 평가하였다. 방향성 결합기의 결합포트는 가변종단을 HP사의 전류제어 소자인 HSMP-3864 PIN다이오드를 사용하였다. 구현된 가변감쇠기는 PCS 송신주파수 1.9 GHz에서 감쇠 범위가 30 dB 이상, 삽입손실 5 dB 이하, 입·출력 반사계수 -25 dB 이하의 특성을 나타내었으며, 이는 PCS와 셀룰러 이동통신 기지국용 전력 증폭기를 온도 등과 같은 외부의 환경변화에 따라서 이득을 가변 시킬 수 있으며, 또한 증폭기의 선형성을 향상시킬 것으로 사료된다.

Visual quality of video telephony over 3G networks is not satisfactory due to limited bandwidths. Therefore, it is worthwhile to enhance subjective visual quality based on ROI coding. In this paper, we propose a rate-control algorithm for video telephony with ROI based H.264|AVC coding. The QP values are increasingly assigned in non-ROI away from the ROI so that graceful degradation of visual quality can be achieved, which is more visually pleasant.
