최근 이 기종 시스템 및 애플리케이션에 상관없이 동일한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 웹 서비스에 대한 관심이 고조되어 가고 있다. 하지만, 웹의 편리함과 동시에 누구에게나 접근 가능한 웹의 개방성은 보안에 대한 문제점을 야기 시키는데, 웹 서비스 보안기술은 이에 대한 해결책을 제시하고 있다. 본고에서는 웹 서비스 보안 기술의 구성요소 및 보안 메커니즘에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

최근 분산되어있는 이 기종의 컴퓨팅 자원들을 통합하는 그리드에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그리드는 여러 사이트에 있는 자원들을 공유하고 검색하고 통합하며 각각의 그리드 사용자의 정보를 쉽고 빠르게 검색할 수 있는 환경이 필수적이다. 이러한 환경을 구축하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 웹기반 인터페이스를 통하여 그리드 사용자 계정을 통합하고 그리드 사용자의 어카운팅 정보를 취합하는 그리드 어카운팅 포탈 서비스를 설계하였다.

기업용 애플리케이션의 개발과 운영과정에서 기본이 되는 소프트웨어인 DBMS는 10년을 주기로 새로운 형태의 제품이 시장에 선보이는 양상을 보인다. 지난 60년대 주로 IBM 기종에서 많이 사용됐던 계층형 DBMS는 70년대 초 네트웍 DBMS를 거쳐 70년대 후반 관계형 DBMS로 발전해 왔다. 국내 시장도 이러한 세계적인 흐름과 비슷한 추세로 기술과 제품들이 선보였으며, 현재 DBMS 시장은 RDBMS가 주류를 이루고 있다. 국내에 RDBMS가 전파되던 79년을 기점으로 초기 시장 개척에서 현재의 모습에 이르기까지 성장의 뒤안길에 묻혀 있는 명암을 재조명한다.

CIM is generally considered as a solution for total automation of a manufacturing system. In a CIM system, Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS) is linked colsely to the actual manufacturing line. This study will examine the strategy of integrating incompatible FA equipments, expecially PLCs (Programable Logic Controllers). PLC Manager is proposed as a model for integrating PLC algorithms, whose primary tasks are to communicate line-field data with PLCs and cell controller. To operate it, a PLC script language is designed and implemented.

Subcutaneous emphysema of the head and neck are well-known sequealae of surgery and trauma to the chest airway. This occurs when air is introduced into the tissue. This can happen as a complication during, or immediately after surgery. Among the causes subcutaneous emphysema due to complication of tonsillectomy, has rarely been described. Definitive treatment will depend on the cause. Recently. we have experienced two cases of subcutaneous emphysema without respiratory and circulatory insufficiency as a complication of tonsillectomy in 38-year-old male and uvulopalatopharyngoplasty in 41- year-old male.

In this paper we present a nonlinear programming model for the train seat capacity distribution with a numerical example. The model finds the optimal capacity distribution methods which minimize the sum of the differences between the demands and the seat capacities. Also the model provides the information on the degree of the discrepancy between the demand and the seat capacities. One can use the model as a tool for planning train seat capacity planning.

퍼스널 컴퓨터의 고성능화에 따라 90년대에는 PC와 워크스테이션(W/S)의 구분이 불분명해지고 상급기종의 PC는 현재 수퍼미니급의 영역까지 파고들어 갈 것이다. CPU는 32비트 프로세서로 완전히 전환할 것이며, OS(operating system)는 MS-DOS가 멀티 태스킹이 되지 않으므로 멀 티태스킹이 가능한 OS/2와 UNIX가 주로 사용될 것이다. 또는 90년대에는 PC네트워크가 본격 적으로 이용될 것이며 OS/2의 네트워크 기능이 보다 강화될 것이다. 이용자와의 인터페이스도 문자로 키인되는 명령어양식에서 그림을 이용한 그래픽 유저 인터페이스(GUI)가 일반화할 것 이다. 또한 그래픽 기능이 강화되어 프린터로 인쇄될 이미지를 화면상에 그대로 표시되게 하는 WYSIWYG(what you see is what you get)기능이 실현될 것이다.

This paper was studied to present a model for the application of AHP to the selection of airliners. For this study, a questionnaire was developed in respect to the criteria of airliner and given to 80 airline pilots and 30 maintenances in airlines to ask their opinions about the candidates for the middle-range airliners. The AHP software developed by Korean Advanced Institute of Science Technology (KAIST) was used to process the data. The result was analyzed by the criteria of selecting airliners and the several alternatives for the middle-range airliners.

여러 종류의 제어기중에서 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)가 가장 많이 사용된다. 그러나 PLC는 PLC의 기종에 따라서 입력 및 출력의 점수가 한정되어 있어 입력 또는 출력을 확장하고자 할 때는 유닛을 추가해야 한다. 이러한 단점을 극복하고자 출력점수의 확장 개수가 적을 경우에는 디코딩에 의한 방법을 사용하면 효율적으로 출력을 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 출력 유닛을 위한 디코딩 방법을 제안하고 이의 타당성을 확인한다.

그리드 자원 관리는 지리적 분산과 이 기종 컴퓨팅 자원의 활용 그리고 인터넷 웹 환경에 주안점을 두고 설계되어야 한다. 이를 위해서 기존 부분기능 위주의 모델을 포괄하면서도 전체적인 상호협력 동작에 기반한 3개 기본요소와 8기관의 그리드 자원 관리 모델을 제시한다. 이를 통해 전체적인 관점에서 그리드 자원관리를 평가할 수 있는 G값을 살펴보고, G값을 기준으로 하여 최적의 그리드 자원관리 방안을 모델링 한다.
