This study is a study on the relationship between brand trust in beauty companies leading to consumer loyalty behavior. This study investigated the importance of brand trust and verified the moderating effect of brand awareness. The subjects of the survey were consumers with experience in using hair beauty services, and a self-written survey was conducted from December 15, 2019 to December 30, 2019. A total of 288 copies of response data were used for analysis, and the SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used. Hairshop brand trust was classified into professionalism, favorability, and honesty. As a result of the analysis, professionalism had a significant effect on economic loyalty behavior, and honesty had a significant effect on economic loyalty behavior and social loyalty behavior. Favorability did not show an influence relationship. As a result of verifying the moderating effect of brand awareness, it was found that professionalism and honesty play a moderating effect in the influence relationship between social loyalty behaviors. This study aims to provide an effective direction to stably establish the relationship between the brand trust and customer relationship of the hair shop in a rapidly changing competitive environment.

This study attempted to grasp the causal relationship, focusing on the double mediating effect of career identity and career decision self-efficacy in the relationship between grit and career preparation behavior. Data were collected by a self-entry method using structured questionnaire for dental hygiene student in area B. And it was analyzed using SPSS and Process Macro. The biggest factor directly influencing career preparation behavior was career identity, followed by grit and career decision self-efficacy. Through path analysis, grit indirectly had a significant influence on career preparation behavior through the mediating sense of career identity and the sense of career identity and career decision self-efficacy. This suggests that grit and career identity should be enhanced for active career preparation behavior, so it is intended to be used as basic data for career education contents development for college students majoring in dental hygiene.

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of emotional labor of disabled infant teachers on job stress and to understand the mediated effect of resilience in these relationships. The subject of the study is a disabled infant teacher at a daycare center specialized in disabled children. The survey was conducted on a self-contained basis, and a total of 203 copies were recovered and 194 were analyzed except for 9 unfaithful responses. First, the higher the level of emotional labor, the higher the job stress. Second, the higher the level of emotional labor, the lower the resilience. Third, resilience had a partial mediated effect in the impact of emotional labor on job stress. Therefore, measures are needed to prevent job stress and improve resilience for disabled infant teachers.

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between psychological capital and job performance of social workers at welfare centers for the disabled. For that purpose, a self-reported questionnaire survey was conducted on 900 social workers at welfare center for the disabled nationwide, and a total of 864 copies of data were used for the final analysis. As a result of the main analysis, first, there was a positive(+) correlation between self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience which are the sub-elements of psychological capital, and contextuality and task performance, which are the sub-elements of job performance. Second, among the sub-elements of psychological capital, self-efficacy and hope showed statistically significant positive(+) effects on task performance. Third, it was found that optimism as well as self-efficacy and hope had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on contextual performance. Based on those findings, this study suggested practical and policy alternatives to improve the job performance of social workers at welfare centers for the disabled.

Field investigations of forests are carried out by writing measured data by hand, and it is a hassle to reorganize the results after a field survey. In this study, a method using object modeling and augmented reality (AR) was applied in a test forest to increase the efficiency of a field investigations. Using a 3D laser scanner, data on were acquired 387 trees within an area of 1 ha at the study site. The coordinates, height, and diameter were calculated through object extraction and modeling of a tree. The proposed can reduce the time required to acquire data in the field and can be used as basic data for building related systems. In addition, the modeling results of trees and a survey using GNSS and AR techniques can be used check coordinates, labor, and attribute information, such as the chest height diameter of the trees being surveyed in the field. The shortcomings of the survey method could be improved. In the future, the method could greatly improve the efficiency of tree surveys and monitoring by reducing the manpower and time required for field surveys.

This study was conducted on mothers with infants to identify the relevant factors affecting parenting stress and depression, and to verify the effectiveness of the beauty therapy program on parenting stress and depression. After conducting a self-administered survey of 450 mothers with infants under 36 months old in Busan city from May 1 to 20 May, 2018 through convenient sampling method, the final analysis of 402 women. In addition, experimental research through one group pretest-posttest design was also conducted on 17 people to verify the effectiveness of the beauty therapy program on parenting stress and depression. The multiple regression analysis showed that the higher appearance-management behavior, the less parenting stress and depression. Also, parenting stress and depression after participating in beauty therapy programs are significantly reduced compared to those before participating in beauty programs. This study could confirm that beauty therapy program is one of the effective measures to improve women's mental health and self-esteem.

This study investigates the effects of restaurants' physical environments on customers' words of moth and return intention. Data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire from restaurants during summer of 2020 and received 627 useful responses. The data was analyzed using the hierarchical multiple regression. The results showed that restaurants' physical environments was statistically significant influencing factors on customers' positive word-of-mouth and return intention. Hygiene environmental variables did not moderated the relationship between restaurants' physical environments and customers' word-of-mouth whereas hygiene environmental variables did moderated the relationship between restaurants' physical environments and customers' return intention. The results of this study suggested that restaurant business owners need to maintain clean environment and to continuously educate employees to protect customers from COVID-19 spread.

The film House of Hummingbird intersects Korean modern history and personal history through the eyes of a teenage girl, and closely explores how patriarchy and Korean capitalism leave traces and internal impressions on the growing up of the female subject. This film is a meaningful text in terms of showing what changes can occur when the subject is transformed from a boy to a girl in the narrative of growth and when a feminist point of view is entered. House of Hummingbird reveals the weakness of the patriarchal symbolic order through the gaze of a teenage girl in the episodic narrative composition, and also discovers the possibility of close relationships and bonds between women in the gaps. In particular, Yeong-ji, the main character girl Eun-hee's Chinese language school lecturer, is a new female character that has never been seen in Korean teenage films. As a result, in House of Hummingbird, we meet a new female subject who negotiates the pain of growth in a 'good enough' condition.

This study is to find out the mediating effect of customer orientation between the organizational culture and job satisfaction of workers at rehabilitation centers for the disabled. The participants were 864 social workers at rehabilitation centers for the disabled nationwide, and data were collected through self-reported questionnaire. The results are as follows; There was a significant correlation between the organizational culture, customer orientation, and job satisfaction. Organizational culture was found to have a significant effect on job satisfaction, and customer orientation was found to significantly mediate between the two. Based on the research results, it is proposed to expand the sharing of education and experiences necessary to create an organizational culture to enhance the customer orientation of social workers.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between perceived family function and depression in the elderly. A self-reported questionnaire was conducted from July 1, 2019 to July 31, 2019, and 296 copies were used for data analysis. For data analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis were performed, and a structural equation model was used to verify the effectiveness of parameters. Results, as the main results, first, family function and self-efficacy of the elderly were found to have a negative effect on depression, and it was confirmed that family function had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Second, it was confirmed that there is a mediating effect of self-efficacy between family function and depression in the elderly. Social interventions for improving self-efficacy in the elderly are suggested to be developed in order to reduce depression in the context. A further discussion on this has been presented.
