Government Information Locator Service(GILS) allows the users to access and utilize government information by including the content description about the resource as well as the secondary information about the resources such as location and access method. The following problems have been identified, while analyzing the electronic government offered GILS to come up with the service improvement plan. Firstly, it was difficult to comprehend the record labels from the user interface point of view. There were errors in the retrieval result screens. Secondly, there were a number of missing items in the records. Thirdly, there was no explicit explanation on how to access the information. Lastly, there were no clearly explained reasons that certain information is non-disclosed or partially disclosed. Thus, it is necessary to deal with the identified problems by improving the information collection method; reorganizing the record items; heavily investing in the public relation activities; and improving the web-based access method if the revitalization of GILS is to be achieved.

This study is the analysis of the actual state of hospital-based training in level 1 emergency medical technicians (EMTs) in fire station. The survey was carried out to 42 fire fighters having level 1 emergency medical technician certification from May 11 to 12 in 2012. The results showed 56.5 %, that the level 1 EMTs of roles had direct experienced. Level 1 EMTs performance frequency of clinical practice that endotracheal intubation 66.9 %, laryngeal mask airway 8.4 %, intravenous access 76.6 %, nitroglycerin sublingual 61.2 %, bronchodilator inhalation 50.0 %, fluid loading 73.8 %, ventilator apply 57.6 %, dextrose injection 57.6 %. It is necessary to investigate the continuous study on the education among the level 1 EMTs and the continuous evaluation and analysis of problems, supplemented of guidebook, practical education programs and regulation upon the operation and management of a hospital-based skill training.

The field organization management in construction industry is very important factor improvement and cost reduction. But, until now, evaluation methods on the existing field organization did not make ready and endeavor of organization betterment was insufficient in construction industry. The purpose of this study to provide basic data for reasonable selection and evaluation of the field manager through analyzing operation status of the existing field organization in apartment and office building project by interview and questionnaire on the 22 construction companies. This study presented optimal proposal on the selection and evalution of field manager for productivity improvement and cost reduction by means of efficient construction progress in apartment and dffice building project.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between visual analogue scale(VAS) of the waist and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI) and the muscle strength of the waist for male field hockey athletes. The VAS and ODI were conducted by self-written evaluation, and muscle strength was measured by using DAVID. Pearson correlation was used for data analysis, and the statistical significance level was set to α = .05. The VAS of the waist of male field hockey athletes and the ODI were statistically significant. However, other VAS and the ODI did not correlate to the strength of the lower back. Therefore, there is a need to develop a new exercise program for the rather than strength training during the waist rehabilitation exercise. It is thought that these studies will serve as basic data useful for the development of treatment and exercise programs for athletes in the future.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the practice of oral health care in pregnant women. A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 203 pregnant women who visited the OBGY office located in Daejeon, for the period March 2~30, 2019. In the knowledge of systemic health behavior, non-experiece childbirth was higher than that of experience childbirth(p<0.01). Factors affecting the practice for oral health management of pregnant women, education level, pre-pregnancy oral examination and treatment experience, experience of oral condition change due to pregnancy, and knowledge of oral health management in pregnant women, and predictive power was 26.9%(p<0.05). To expand the target of oral health education for pregnant women and oral health education program that can improve the practice rate should be developed.

This study selected 390 students attending the three-year curriculum departments of G college in G metropolitan city including emergency medical technology, physical therapy and health administration randomly as the subjects of the research. The research was conducted from June 4 to 6, 2012 with structured self-administered questionnaire, 366 responses were used for final analysis. Data collected were analyzed with SPSS WIN(Statistical Package for Social Science Windows) 12.0 program and all tests were verified at the significance level of 0.05. As a result of the research, it was found that interaction effects between depression from suicidal ideation and social support showed negative correlation and it was statistically significant. Consequently, it was confirmed that social support had control effects in the relationship between depression and suicidal ideation. Therefore, the development and application of individual and group counseling and regular education program to prevent suicide and increase self-esteem are required, practical education program should be conducted and studies showing its results and effects are also needed.

This study investigated the effects of major selection motives and occupational values on employment preparation behavior among paramedic students. The study also assessed the role of mentoring in enhancing preparation for employment. During the period of five days, from December 2 to 6, 2019, 300 students randomly selected by the researcher, were provided with a self-administered questionnaire, after taking written consent from them. The responses of 286 respondents were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 12.0 program. Fourteen responses were not included in the analysis due to lack of credible answers. The analysis revealed that personal motivation, intrinsic and extrinsic work values had a positive effect on employment preparation behavior and mentoring had a moderating effect. Therefore, continuous individual and group counseling is required to improve employment preparation behavior and special lectures and mock interviews in a mentoring program based on major selection motivations and occupational values are necessary.

In this paper, we describe an address image recognition system for automatic processing of standard- size letter mail. The inputs to the system are gray-level mail piece images and the outputs are delivery point codes with which a delivery sequence of carrier can be generated. The system includes five main modules; destination address block location, text line separation, character segmentation, character recognition and finally address interpretation. The destination address block is extracted on the basis of experimental knowledge and the line separation and character segmentation is done through the analysis of connected components and vortical runs. For recognizing characters, we developed MLP-based recognizers and dynamical programming technique for interpretation. Since each module has been implemented in an independent way, the system has a benefit that the optimization of each module is relatively easy. We have done the experiment with live mail piece images directly sampled from mail sorting machine in Yuseong post office. The experimental results prove the feasibility of our system.

This study was performed on 171 workers in the Kyungbuk Kumi industrial complex to verify the validity and the reliability of the Korean version of the constitutions in a Chinese medicine questionnaire. Each subjective fulfilled a questionnaire of 61 questions in 9 categories based on a self-assessment. All categories and each constitution's internal consistency were analyzed using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient to review the questionnaire's reliability, and factor analysis and correlation analysis were performed to review the validity. The reliability was satisfied with Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all categories and each constitution's internal consistency ranged from 0.601 to 0.925, and the validity was verified by factor analysis, which showed the same two factors of each constitution. Correlation analysis of each constitution showed statistical significance and strong positive correlations among 8 constitutions except for the gentleness type (P=0.0127). As a result, it is believed that the Korean version of the constitutions in Chinese medicine questionnaire can be useful for diagnosing the constitutions of Koreans.
