The EU enacted a law strongly regulating the GDPR to protect the privacy of its citizens on 25 May 2018. Compliance with GDPR is an essential prerequisite for companies to enter the European market in the global economic era. In this paper, Step-by-step measures have been defined to conclude DPA agreements for the appropriate level of protection against EU personal data transfer. To explore the benefits and expected effects of determining appropriateness at the government level. As a result, enterprises benefit from simplifying processes, reducing time, and reducing costs when entering the EU. Government-level support in response to personal data breach and communication with the EU Commission will have a positive impact, However, even after the adequacy decision, the entity continues to need activities to secure personal data through compliance with GDPR principles and obligations. Major operations of companies that comply with GDPR are also maintained as important tasks that must be observed in most cases except for the Data Protection Agreement.

This study looks into the change in business strategies of Korean firms under the inauguration of FTA between Korea and Chile. In conclusion, the business strategy changes of Korean enterprises followed by the proliferation of FTA between Korea and Chile are able to be summarized as followings: Firstly under the proliferation of FTA, Korean companies have strategically responded so as to achieve the positive results of their businesses after the inauguration of the FTA system since April 1, 2004. Secondly, Korean large corporations including multinational corporations dealt with this changes of business environments by comprehensively considering both the changes in the business environments(Industry Attractiveness) and their Businesses Strengths, while SMEs have positively responded to the changes of business environments on the basis of their Business Strengths rather than the changes in the market. Lastly, the business strategies of Korean multinational corporations did not change much even after the inauguration of the FTA system, due to the fact that they had already started a global business strategy before the spread of FTAs.

In this research, we would like to understand the measures to be taken in the event of a patent dispute by Chinese companies that are growing rapidly and competing with Korean companies in the global market, at a time when the fusion and compounding technology are accelerating. For this reason, the patent dispute countermeasures shown in the previous research were derived through deep interviews with experts, and a questionnaire survey was conducted with patent practitioners of Chinese companies. As a result of the analysis, the importance of cross licensing, patent invalidation proceedings, proceedings through collaboration with other companies, royalty payments, and patent invalidation proceedings in the case of a patent dispute in the Chinese industry is high. Shown. The results of this study provide practical guidelines to help corporate patent practitioners understand the best course of action in the event of a patent dispute, respond in a timely manner, and save time and money. It seems that it can be done.

정보화에 대한 의존도가 심화됨에 따라 사이버상의 테러는 기업과 국가안보를 위협하는 단계에까지 이르렀으나 아직까지 이를 방어하기 위한 정보보호시스템은 침해사고에 대한 정보가 공유되지 못하고 독립되어 운영되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 기업과 국가는 물론 전세계에서 발생되는 실시간 위협 상황에 대해 조기분석과 대응을 위한 정보공유의 필요성이 무엇보다 강조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 종합침해사고대응시스템에서 침해사고에 대한 실시간 분석 및 대응을 위한 중요자인인 블랙리스트 DB 구축방법과 관리방안을 제시하였다. 인터넷상에서 광범위하고 지속적인 공격을 시도하는 공격 IP정보를 효율적으로 판별하고 추출한 IP를 실시간으로 자동대응할 수 있는 모델을 제안하였으며 사고 시나리오를 통해 통해 검증하였다.

In some industries, manufacturing firms' distinctive competences include not only product superiority but also service excellence. For example, in a highly volatile and dynamic market, flexibility and responsiveness are more valued than just the product cost. And sales order processing, in that respect is a very important process. However, previous studies on sale order processing have considered only due-date assignments or dealt with production scheduling to minimize production cost or delivery lead time. Due to recent advances in information technology, a new approach is possible in dealing with sales order processing. For example, RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) and ubiquitous computing technology adds real time visibility and traceability to supply chain. In this study, we develop a new due-date re-negotiation process for sales order management and propose a new business integration model to support the re-negotiation process based on RFID, ubiquitous computing technology and RosettaNet's PIPs.

KISA가 웹 서버 보안강화를 위한 웹쉘(WebShell) 탐지 프로그램 '휘슬(WHISTL)'을 일반 기업에 보금한다고 밝혔다. KISA 인터넷침해사고대응지원센터가 침해사고 예방과 대응을 위해 자체적으로 개발해 사용하던 탐지 프로그램인 휘슬은 기존 프로그램을 기업 서버 관리자가 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 보완해 재배포하는 것이다. 기업 서버 관리자에게 편리함을 안겨 줄 휘슬의 주요 기능을 살펴보자.

본 연구는 아직 초보수준인 국내기업의 업무연속성 유지를 위한 재해경감 활동계획 수립 및 실행에 대한 방향을 제시하였으며, 조기대응체계 구축을 통하여 어떠한 재난에도 안전을 기할 수 있는 기업 연속성 유지 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 실현하기 위하여 국내 재난관리 표준으로 채택된 사고대비 및 업무연속성관리 가이드라인을 분석하였고, 국내기업에 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 실행지침을 제시하였으며, A기업을 대상으로 재해경감활동계획수립 및 정보기술을 활용하는 방안을 연구하였다. 특히 사고대비 및 업무연속성관리의 가이드라인 5단계 주요 절차 중 계획수립단계의 위험 평가, 영향분석, 예방경감계획 및 대응관리계획 수립에 대한 모델을 제시하였고 국내 재해경감활동이 활성화되기 위한 방안을 도출하였으며, 재난대응 수준을 향상시키기 위하여 필요한 정보기술 부분도 제시하였다.
