In order to solve the problems of maintenance and security for information-infrastructure, public organizations and some of leading companies adopted Server Based Computing(SBC) infrastructure. The effectiveness and possibility of SBC has become focused with the Cloud-Computing infrastructure, which is a extended concept of SBC, as it is being magnified as a main part among the internet business models for the next generation. The purpose of this study was to analyze its probability in elementary and secondary school and find out its effectiveness. In order to do this, three model schools have been selected from GyeongBuk, ChungNam, ChungBuk province and they were managed by SBC infrastructure. And We conducted analysis of satisfaction for teachers and students, interview with teachers and classroom observation as a effectiveness verification. As the results of the analysis, First, we can find out which part we should consider more when we are to adopt SBC infrastructure. Second, the level of satisfaction for teachers is 3.45 and students is 3.2. Therefore, this study was concluded to contribute to find directions what should be considered when setting the SBC infrastructure in elementary and secondary schools.
Our society is developing exponentially, but schools are not keeping up with the pace of society's development, and they are not providing digital literacy education suitable for the growth and development of students. Thus, this study identified the actual conditions and problems of digital literacy education at school sites and sought the direction of development of digital literacy education. By identifying the current state of schools in which the 2015 curriculum is operated, we sought the direction of the development of digital literacy education for our school. First, old digital devices should be replaced, laptops or smart devices should be provided for each student, and internet access should be available throughout the school. Second, digital literacy education should be provided to teachers by providing various training opportunities.Third, coding education where you can express what you think as logical thinking, Software training should increase the level of the algorithmic domain that shows the computational thinking process of discovering problems and automating a given problem into a computer programming language, there is enough robot that can be seen operating the program, digital parish will need to be delivered.
The goal of this study is to examine the status quo of industrial-educational cooperation in Technical high schools. Based upon the findings of the current conditions, this study ultimately aims to propose methods through which more active industrial-educational cooperation can be stimulated. The methods chosen for this study are reference research and surveys. The survey was conducted by imposing complete enumeration on the targeted high schools that specialize in industry related fields. The survey targets were the directions of academic affairs, the directions of practical affairs, and the directors of the educational curriculum of each school.The research results are as follows: First, the teachers recognize the necessities of having opportunities to gain specific skills in different industrial fields, having chances to get stable employment, and securing the industrial institution's competitiveness through the customized nurturing and supply of human resources as the primary goals of industrial-educational cooperation. Second, the teachers express the similar opinion that industrial-educational cooperation in their current system is inappropriate to achieve their goals. Third, the teachers claim that an educational curriculum that emphasizes industrial educational cooperation must be developed and managed. Fourth, it was found that when schools plan their educational curriculum, they often do not implement the requests from industrial institutions. Fifth, major educational program implement methods that meet the requests of the industrial institutions include field trips or the introduction of other field-based experience learning programs, the application of customized curriculums based on industrial-educational cooperation, and the invitation of industrial-educational personnel as teachers to school environments. Sixth, it was concluded that educational institutions need to proactively seek companies for cooperation; they need to support, develop, and manage school programs that are based on industrial-educational cooperation; and finally, institutions need to enthusiastically participate in the government's vocational education policies that are founded upon industrial-educational cooperation. Seventh, the enforcement of selective curriculum for the benefit of diversifying the educational program; the pursuit of balancing the specialized curriculum through shedding the national educational level provided within the regular curriculum; and the establishment of related amendments on the national level to provide effective industrial-educational cooperation have been identified as the vital factors that can develop the educational programs within high schools specializing in industry and that are closely related to industrial educational cooperation.
The purpose of this study is to measure the level and importance of the key competencies of technical high school students in order to improve their key competencies. The subject was 12 teachers in charge of school-to-work education in a technical high school and 7 managers responsible for an apprentice in a company. The results of this study showed there was a difference in perception of the key competencies between teachers in charge of school-to-work education and managers responsible for that part in a company. Especially, both of two groups, teacher group and manager group, estimated apprentice's comprehension ability of the English documents low and also regarded its importance as low. So the comprehension ability of the English documents needs to be reconsidered as the key competencies. It appeared that the reading comprehension ability of Chinese characters and the ability of listening courteously needed to be added to the existing key competencies. To cultivate them, the key competencies should be examined accurately which technical high school students have to master. And on the basis of this, an instrument to measure the key competencies needs to be developed.

In spite of the strong request that Internet, a new IT technique, should be extensively used in classroom settings, WBI is not still wide spread. One possible reason is that most WBIs developed so far are not qualitatively different from the traditional classroom ones and various design models for WBI are unknown. Developing a WBI program according to Goal-based Scenarios (GBS), a constructivistic instructional design model, this study offers a useful case for the design and development of WBI to educators and implementers. The program developed embodied seven important components of the GBS model. The development process also included needs assessment, task analysis, and learner and environment analysis, which are the basic components of the domain of instructional design. The GBS development case in this article will provide concrete guidelines to educational practitioners who have an intention to create a new type of WBI in schools as well as in corporate.
The purpose of this paper is to quickly identify school parents, teachers, students, community needs and opinions for curriculum organizing and the implementation of an online survey system for operating educational activities. Online survey system should be implemented based on Limesurvey to reduce costs and administrative costs. Limesurvery is available without the development of the separate program and offers the form of web-based template system, complete design, layout. Also, Limesurvey offers basic statistical analysis of survey data. Limesurvey can be executed by installing the program on a web hosting, typing database information. Limesurvey can be made a graph of the statistical results. Besides, Limesurvery can be stored in the form of HTML, Word, Excel, CSV Files and can be stured as basic datas for SPSS or PASW, R data, other statistical processing programs. If we could be operate Limesurvey in the form of open source-based survey program in elementary school, we could be reduced teacher's unnecessary work for statistics and overcame the problem of offline survey system.

ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) is becoming the core of the interest of today's entrepreneurs concerning about the earth crisis. Numerous studies are going on these days about the importance of ESG, but most of them seem confined to the introductory level. This study concentrates on "ESG education" that will teach the learners how to put various ESG ideas into practice, knowing that the earth crisis would not be overcome without actual practice of those ideas. First, elementary and junior·senior high school, professors in university and educational consultants in the field designed educational programs and related content materials under "ESG entrepreneurship education" integrated with ESG and Entrepreneurship education, which have been implemented previously. Participatory learning methods are converged with the program. The researcher analyzed the learning effects in depth after implementing the programs in the education field. Thus, this study first examined the effects of key variables of ESG educational program i.e., ESG entrepreneurship education, student participatory learning, and team-based learning on creative problem-solving and social value recognition with an essential variant of ESG educational programs and identified the relations to creative problem-solving and social value recognition. Besides, this study investigated the moderating effects of school atmosphere, and teachers' enthusiasm, regarding traits of educational programs and social value recognition. Findings indicate that sub variants of the traits of educational programs i.e., ESG entrepreneurship education, student participatory learning, and team-based learning significantly affect creative problem-solving skills and social value recognition and that creative problem-solving impacts social value recognition. In addition, teachers' enthusiasm has moderating effects between traits of educational programs and social value recognition. This study provides content-program learning methods that can be practically applied in education, emphasizing practice in ESG in elementary and junior·senior high school education. Implications suggest that ESG entrepreneurship education and active participatory learning affect social value recognition and that teachers' enthusiasm plays a significant role in education.

Human Human species run into a blind alley due to abnormal weather and climates everywhere in global village. Human beings are helpless against the nature and might begin to learn humbleness just now. However, humans cannot attribute current abnormal weather and climates to only natural phenomenon because we have never been affectionate to global environments sufficiently up to now that results in running into this blind alley. At this point, the only thing that humans can do is to love and care for the earth more. ESG is an emerging topic to cope with this issue and practice of ESG will be the pending mission for the next generation. In this research, 'active participatory learning program for ESG practice' is designed by 'connecting ESG with Entrepreneurship' through over 20 years of experienced current teachers in elementary and junior·senior high school, professors in university and field experts in education. Analysis of learning effectiveness before and after the implementation of education program showed meaningful result in elementary and junior·senior high school. Thus, I would like to suggest a proposal based on concerns about 'What should we do to overcome the global crisis?" by paying attention to ESG from elementary school.
The purposes of this study were to investigate the value, necessity and legitimacy of STEAM Education and to propose practical approaching methods for STEAM Education to be applicable in Korea through a variety of literature review, case studies and collecting suggestions from domestic and international educational experts. The research questions are as follows: (1) To investigate the perception, understanding and recognitions of domestic and foreign professionals in STEAM education. (2) To analyze policy implications for an improvement in STEAM. The following aspects of STEAM were found to be challenges in our current STEAM policy after analyzing multiple questionnaires with the professionals and case studies including their experiences, understanding, supports and directions of the policy from the governments. The results indicate that (1) there was a lack of precise and conceptual understanding of STEAM in respect to experience. Training sessions for teachers in this field to help transform their perception is necessary. Development of practical programs with an easy access is also required. It is important to get the aims of related educational activities recognized by the professionals and established standards for an evaluation. The experts perceived that a theme-based learning is the most preferred and effective approaching method and the programs that develop creative thinking and learning applicable to practice are required to promote. (2) The results indicate that there was a lack of programs and inducements for supporting outstanding STEAM educators. It is shown that making an appropriate environment for STEAM education takes the first priority before training numbers of teachers unilaterally, thus securing enough budget seems critical. The professionals also emphasize on developing specialized teaching materials that include diverse inter-related subjects such as science technology, engineering, arts and humanities and social science with diverse viewpoints and advanced technology. This work requires a STEAM network for teachers to link up and share their materials, documents and experiences. It is necessary to get corporations, universities, and research centers participated in the network. (3) With respect to direction, it is necessary to propose policy that makes STEAM education ordinary and more practical in the present education system. The professionals have recommended training sessions that help develop creative thinking and amalgamative problem-solving techniques. They require reducing the workload of teachers and changing teachers' perspectives towards STEAM. They further urge a tight cooperation between departments of the government related with STEAM.
The dual system in Korea already plays an important role in quantitative terms in the Korean lifelong vocational competency development system. However, since most of the existing dual system performance management plans in Korea focus on qualification-linked dual system, research on the effective performance management of the four-year university-driven dual system is very insufficient. This paper presents multiple measures for developing a performance management system suitable for the university-driven dual system to achieve qualitative improvement of the contract departments of the dual colleges or universities. As an approach to the end, a performance evaluation system is established by developing the evaluation items and indicators for the dual colloeges' contract departments. Next, it analyzes the needs of various stakeholder groups such as field teachers of the involved companies, students in apprenticeship and OJT professors of KOREATECH through FGI's and polls to diagnose the current operational performance, especially the causes of high drpout rates of the contract departments. From these results, the paper presents firstly the development of measuring methods for the developed performance indicators of the evaluation system and then a systemic performance management system which is based on 'input-transformation-outcome-feedback' structure. In addition, some measures for improving the high dropout rate and performance are presented from the viewpoints of each stakeholder.
