This study aims to explore the effect of beauty lifestyle behaviors on the pursuit of beauty values and cosmetics purchasing behaviors in female college students, identify consumption market of female college students in beauty industry and contribute to the advancement of beauty industry. Data were collected by conducting a survey in 328 students. The survey was performed using self-administered questionnaires answered by the respondents themselves. The survey items were rated on a 5-point Likert scale and multiple choice question type was used. Statistical analyses were done using SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0. The study results are as follows. First, the regression analysis on the effect of beauty lifestyle behaviors on the pursuit of beauty values were found to be impacted on the sub-variables of beauty lifestyle behaviors including manicure, make-up, diet, body-shaping, and shopping behaviors (p<0.01). Second, the results of a difference in the pursuit of beauty values by cosmetics purchasing behavior showed that purchase frequency of cosmetic products for buying cosmetics were found to be statistically significant Third, as the results of a difference in cosmetics purchasing behaviors by beauty lifestyle behavior, reasons for the purchase frequency of cosmetic products, cost of purchasing cosmetics were statistically significant.

The paper deals with comparative study on sensitivity analysis using various methods regarding to design of experiments for structure design of an active type DSF (Deck support frame) that was developed for float-over installation of offshore plant. The thickness sizing variables of structure member of the active type DSF were considered the design factors. The output responses were defined from the weight and the strength performances. Various methods such as orthogonal array design, Box-Behnken design, and Latin hypercube design were applied to the comparative study. In order to evaluate the approximation performance of the design space exploration according to the design of experiments, response surface method was generated for each design of experiment, and the accuracy characteristics of the approximation were reviewed. The design enhancement results such as numerical costs, weight minimization, etc. via the design of experiment methods were compared to the results of the best design. The orthogonal array design method represented the most improved results for the structure design of the active type DSF.

This paper looks into how to enhance construction project management, focusing on the change order, which is often considered one of the major causes for construction delays, disputes, and claims in the middle east construction. First, this paper categorizes the major causes of change orders. It suggests a detailed classification standard for affecting factors resulting from change orders based on a case study result of an on-going construction project in the Middle East. In particular, this paper presents a method to apply a machine learning-based feature selection to quantify the importance of change order triggers and affecting factors. As a result, the case study identifies six major change order triggers and eight affecting factors. Also, a meaningful relationship between change order triggers and affecting factors by each category is presented. This paper will contribute to setting a clear guideline for change order management for the international plant construction field while helping prevent construction delays and cost run-ups by reducing the time required for change order resolution between project owners and contractors.

Consumer-centric marketing business is surely one of the most successful emerging business but it poses a threat to personal privacy. Between the service provider and the user there are many contrary issues to each other. The enterprise asserts that to abuse the privacy data which is anonymous there is not a problem. The individual only will not be able to willingly submit the problem which is latent. Web traffic analysis technology itself doesn't create issues, but this technology when used on data of personal nature might cause concerns. The most criticized ethical issue involving web traffic analysis is the invasion of privacy. So we need to inspect how many and what kind of personal informations being used and if there is any illegal treatment of personal information. In this paper, we inspect the operation of consumer-centric marketing tools such as web log analysis solutions and data gathering services with web browser toolbar. Also we inspect Microsoft explorer-based toolbar application which records and analyzes personal web browsing pattern through reverse engineering technology. Finally, this identified and explored security and privacy requirement issues to develop more reliable solutions. This study is very important for the balanced development with personal privacy protection and web traffic analysis industry.

This study surveyed 289 beauty specialized high school students to analyze the relation between beauty curriculum awareness, career education satisfaction, and career decision efficacy. The beauty curriculum was concentrated towards the hair major and technical education for license acquisition, and the career plans were high in employment and college entrance admission. In terms of awareness and satisfaction of the beauty curriculum, nails and entrepreneurship were low (p<0.05, p<0.001), nails were low in career decision efficacy, and makeup and entrepreneurship was low in career education satisfaction (p<0.01, p<0.05). The career education satisfaction was higher as the beauty curriculum awareness rises, and educators had a positive influence on career education satisfaction. The following areas had the positive influence for each section; the school operation and facility area for job information, the curriculum area for future planning and problem solving, and the educator area for self-evaluation (p<0.05, p<0.001, p<0.001). Therefore, it is necessary to improve the curriculum in the majors of make-up, skin, and nails, and effective career education programs should be developed.

The primary purpose of this paper is to explore the advanced models that predict entrepreneurial innovativeness most accurately. For the first time in the field of entrepreneurship research, it presents a model that predicts entrepreneurial innovativeness based on machine learning corresponding to data scientific approaches. It uses 22,099 the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) data from 62 countries to build predictive models. Based on the data set consisting of 27 explanatory variables, it builds predictive models that are traditional statistical methods such as multiple regression analysis and machine learning models such as regression tree, random forest, XG boost, and artificial neural networks. Then, it compares the performance of each model. It uses indicators such as root mean square error (RMSE), mean analysis error (MAE) and correlation to evaluate the performance of the model. The analysis of result is that all five machine learning models perform better than traditional methods, while the best predictive performance model was XG boost. In predicting it through XG boost, the variables with high contribution are entrepreneurial opportunities and cross-term variables of market expansion, which indicates that the type of entrepreneur who wants to acquire opportunities in new markets exhibits high innovativeness.

Global warming is a very important problem as it causes rapid climate change and natural disasters. Therefore, researches related to renewable energy are being actively conducted while promoting policies such as reducing carbon dioxide emission and increasing the proportion of renewable energy. Solar power generation is being applied in urban areas like BIPV as well as existing idle areas outside the city. Therefore, in this study, precast concrete blocks developed for paving roadways capable of solar power generation were designed and constructed. For the evaluation of field applicability for 6 months, skid resistance and block settlement were measured. As a result of the experiment, it was found that skid resistance satisfies the standard of general roadway in Korea, but not the standard of highway. The skid resistance tended to decrease as time passed. In addition, the settlement of the block gradually increased slightly, but it is much smaller than the allowable settlement of the roadway. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a maintenance period and method based on the periodic measurement results in the future.

Since 2015, Blockchain has experienced rapid development throughout the world, institutions including Central Banks, Government Departments, Commercial Banks, IT Giants are all accelerating their exploration on Blockchain, and investment on Blockchain related R&D departments and start-up companies also shows explosive growth. This paper studies the impact of blockchain technology on banks' conventional trade settlement methods and describes blockchain technology in term of its concepts, advantages, and disadvantages. It also studies the application processes of blockchain technology combined with conventional trade settlement methods (remittance, collection, and L/C), and analyzes the positive and negative impacts of blockchain technology on the conventional trade settlement methods. In addition, this paper lists the blockchain application cases, analyzes the technology development status and existing problems, and puts forward suggestions and measures for the development of blockchain finance in China based on the case analysis and impact research.

Vietnam is a country where the largest number of Korean companies have branched out, and calibers who can speak Vietnamese are on great demands. In the multicultural classroom, students of Vietnamese background occupy the first or second largest composition among students with multicultural backgrounds; therefore, if teachers can teach in Vietnamese, the positive effects can be promising. This study presents and evaluates a Vietnamese language class developed and operated for the first time in Korea by a university to raise prospective teachers' global-multicultural competences. Two series of the classes were conducted during two vacations of 2018, and 20 students participated. As a results, the groups showed a significant increase in the global-multicultural competences; About 95 percent of the participants demonstrated improvement in the competences. The participants stated opinions: the classes should expand to offer opportunities for many other students who may want to acquire Vietnamese; the participants had better understandings of the Vietnamese cultures, envisioned their role as a Vietnamese speaker and suggested extended opportunities for contacts with Vietnamese cultures. The study hopes that other universities apply the educational model and the case study and that, as a result, teachers can contribute to building harmonious Korean-Vietnamese relations using Vietnamese.

Social media users are an important part of our lives as they spend a lot of time and actively use them. However, it is known that there are many users who feel the psychological stress of SNS stress or fall into addiction due to SNS use. SNS stress negatively affects not only the user's mind but also the body. This study investigates the associations between SNS stress and addiction. To test the hypotheses, the study performed structural equation modeling using Amos. We collected 210 data from SNS users. The empirical results showed that SNS overuse had a significant effect on SNS stress. Second, SNS stress had a significant relationship with SNS addiction. Third, it was found that SNS overuse did not directly affect SNS addiction. This study suggests that it is necessary to recognize the importance of the relationship between SNS addiction and SNS stress.
