The purpose of this study was to analysis of PBL for Korean Apprenticeship Program in Mechanical Engineering. The details of the study were as follows: First, the perception related to the PBL of Korean apprenticeship program was investigated. Second, the utilization and the operational difficulties of PBL for Korean Apprenticeship Program were investigated. Third, the supporting system for PBL was suggested. Research methods were literature research, questionnaire survey and FGI. The survey was conducted online from July 15 to August 14, 2021. A total of 515 respondents responded. A total of 108 in 515 respondents were in Mechanical Engineering. FGI conducted a total of 25 people who actual use PBL in the field of Korean Apprenticeship Program. Conclusions and suggestions based upon the result of this study are as follows. First, It is necessary to improve the utilization of PBL for Korean Apprenticeship Program in Industry. Second, PBL is necessary to apply optionally according to the job and field situation. Third, it is necessary to support system of evaluation for PBL in Korean Apprenticeship Program. Finally, related operation model and guideline need to be prepared for best practice.

본고에서는 산업-IT융합포럼의 국방 분과 운영 경험을 토대로 국방에 IT를 융합하여 발전시키기 위한 현안을 살펴보고 활성화를 위한 전략적 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 정보화 관점에서 국방 내 외부 요인을 검토하여 1) 빠르게 변화하는 정보기술에 대한 군사적 적용가능성을 시험 검증하여 신속하게 도입할수 있는 방법 2) 검증된 상용기술 제품에 대하여 중장기 기획관리 절차를 생략하고 빠르게 전력화할 수 있는 제도적 방안 3) 무기체계 개발에 있어 국산 소프트웨어의 채택 4) 현 방산업체가 제작하는 무기체계에 필요한 소프트웨어 개발과 관련하여 일반기업에게도 참여할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 방안을 중점적으로 살펴본다. 특히, 기존 정보화보다는 큰 틀에서 국방과 IT의 융합을 활성화하기 위하여 국가의 산업-IT융합 정책과 보조를 맞추되 국방 내부의 변화에 초점을 두고 IT 시범사업의 활성화, 상용 제품 및 기술의 검증을 위한 실험부대의 설치 및 운용 등의 다양한 개선대안을 제시한다.

석탄가스화 액화기술은 기후변화협약, 환경규제 등에 대응할 수 있고 석유나 천연가스의 고갈에 대비한 에너지의 안정적 확보 차원에서 저공해 고효율화 기술로 평가되고 있다. 석탄가스화 기술은 환경 친화적이고 미분탄 발전과 비교하면 이산화탄소 발생량이 20% 이상 감소돼 향후 기후변화협약 발효에 따른 탄소배출권이 현실화 될 경우를 고려하면 경제적 파급효과는 클 것으로 예상되고 있다. 최근 주요 선진국들은 석탄가스화 액화 실증플랜트 건설 운영을 위해 민간과 정부가 공동 으로 노력 중이며 차세대 발전기술 분야의 수출전략 산업으로 육성하고 있다. 그러나 현재 국내에서는 상용급 IGCC 발전소 건설 경험이 없고 관련 기반 기술이 선진국에 비해 열세이다. 이에 따라 석탄가스화 및 액화기술, 설비제작, 엔지니어링 등 관련 국내기업간의 협력을 통한 기술 및 시장경쟁력 제고방안이 마련돼야 한다는 지적이다. 이번 호에서는 석탄가스화 액화기술에 대해 알아본다.

최근들어 전력 소비량이 크게 늘어나자 정부는 원활한 전력 공급을 위해 제5차 및 제6차 전력수급계획을 세우고 2022년까지 발전소 건설을 목표로 함에 따라 전국 곳곳에서 발전소 건설공사가 한창이다. 이 중 PMP(주)가 경기도 파주시에 건설 중인 장문 천연가스발전소는 1,820MW 규모의 천연가스복합화력 발전소다. 지난 6월 1일 착공에 들어가 오는 2017년 3월 말까지 완공될 예정이다. 장문 천연가스발전소는 제5차 전력 수급기본계획에 따른 국가 기간산업으로 수도권 북부지역에 전력을 충분히 공급함은 물론 주변지역의 대규모 산업단지와 기업체에도 공급 가능성이 큰 대규모 발전소다. 또한 SK그룹은 풍부한 발전소 운영경험을 기반으로 고효율 발전설비를 갖춤으로써 전력시장에서 높은 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. (주)세일엔지니어링(대표 오세현)은 장문 현장에서 #11, #12의 2기 HRSG(Heat Recovery steam Generator) 설치공사를 SK건설(현장소장 이원기)로부터 하도급 받아 시공하고 있다. 본지는 2017년 3월 말까지의 완공을 목표로 무결점 시공에 올인하고 있는 (주)세일엔지니어링의 주남식 현장소장을 만났다.

개발도상국에 있어서 온라인 구매와 같은 B2C 전자상거래의 확산은 선진국에 비해 느리게 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래에 대한 개발도상국의 정보기술 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여, TAM 기반의 연구모형을 제시하고 그 가설들을 표본 데이터를 사용하여 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 명성이나 경험과 같은 선행 요인들은 선진국의 경우와 다른 양태로 기술 수용에 영향을 미친다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 개발도상국의 B2C 전자상거래 확산을 위한 학계의 연구 및 기업의 운영에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

This study presented the necessity of the development of a digital reference service systems as a method for direct information service in the library on the internet. The purpose of this research is to find commonalities for building a model of digital reference service. This study used qualitatives methods(elite interviews and document analysis) to extract accumulated knowhow from fourteen expert services sites which are similar with reference services in the library. For effective management of the digital reference service, it is necessary to have a digital reference service librarian who is well versed in the inner workings of the service and in the knowledge the service deals with.

한국통합물류협회는 2월 21일 정기총회에서 천일정기 화물자동차(주) 박재억 대표이사를 제3대 회장으로 선임하였다. 대기업만이 아닌 많은 중소기업으로 이뤄진 통합물류협회는 모두의 이익을 조화롭게 조율할 수 있는 회장을 통해 업계 발전을 이룬다는 목표 아래, 전 물류영역을 아우르는 다양한 경험을 가진 박재억 회장을 선임했다고 밝혔다. 박재억 신임회장은 전일정기화물자동차(주)를 이끌연서, 컨테이너와 벌크화물 운송, 특수화물, 철강 및 철도운송, 항만하역사업, 자동차부품운송, 택배, 창고 등 물류 전 영역에서 물류정보화, 정시운송시스템 도입과 독보적인 조달물류 분야 개척 등 우리나라 물류경쟁력 확보에 앞장서 왔다. 3월 20일 열린 기자간담회를 통해 박재억 신임회장에게 협회 운영 계획에 대한 견해를 들어보았다.

대부분의 조직들은 그 조직의 생존과 발전을 위해 장기 전략 계획과 동시에 운영 을 위한 구체적 단기 계획(예 : 생산 계획)을 항상 수립 또는 조정하고 있다. 특히 장기적인 관점에서의 이익 극대화와 생존을 위해 수립되거나 조정된 장기 전략 계획을 효과적으로 달 성하기 위해서는 실제 그 전략을 수행하기 위한 단기 계획에 대한 전략 계획 결과의 일관되 고 지속적인 반영이 필수적이다. 그러나 단기 계획 수립 시점에서 전략 목표나 전략 계획의 내용을 단기적으로 실현 가능한 이익 관점에서 양적으로 구체화하여 평가하기 어려운 현실 적 이유로 인해 대부분의 경우 객관적으로 측정 가능한 단기 이익을 극대화하는 방향으로 단기 계획을 수립하는 것이 보통이다. 따라서 이러한 단기 계획의 수립은 장기 전략 계획과 의 불일치를 가져오게 되며 궁극적으로 기업의 장기적 이익 극대화와 생존에 불리한 결과를 초래할 수도 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 장기전략 계획이 구체적인 단기 계획에 있어 어떤 구체적이고 명시적인 의미나 결과를 가지게 되는지를 파악할 수 있는 체계를 모형화 하고, 이를 바탕으로 장기 전략 계획을 달성하기 위해 혹은 장기 전략 계획의 변화가 발생 했을 경우 이에 따른 단기 계획에의 일관된 조정을 수행할 수 있는 방법론을 개발 제시하고 자 한다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 장기 전략 계획으로는 포트폴리오(Portfolio) 계획 모형을 가정하고 있으며, 단기 계획 수립은 최적화 모형(예 : 선형계획법)을 사용하는 것을 전제로 하여 신경망 기반 응용최적통제(Adaptive Optimal Control)기법을 통해 포트폴리오 모형을 전략 목표를 위한 최적화 모형의 통제 및 조정을 수행함으로써 전략 계획에 의한 단기 계획 조정을 달성하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방법론은 장기 전략 목포를 달성하기 위한 일 관적인 기군에 따른 적절한 단기 계획의 통제가 가능하다는 것을 보여주었으며 나아가서 장 기 전략 목표와 단기 이익간의 체계적인 상호 교환적 절충의 가능성 역시 경험적으로 증명 하고 있다. 이는 대부분의 기업 환경에 적용되어 현대의 빠른 기업 환경 변화에 대응하기 위한 전략 계획의 변화를 신속하고 효과적으로 단기 계획에 반영할 수 잇는 방법을 제시함 으로써 기업의 전략 목표 달성에 중요한 역할을 담당할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Construction management firms in Korea have mainly focused on the key management areas of time, cost, quality and safety management in line with a rapid change of construction industry recently. However, a risk management is considered comparatively less important found from our research on an investment by the firms for training, system establishment. This has been identified that the construction management firms have taken an approach of dealing with risks with their experience, insight rather than managing risks with a systemized principles or proper tools. Therefore, the current system for risk management was identified by analyzing risk factors and work process in this research and systemized process for risk management of the identified risk factors was suggested. This research is expected to be a basis on establishing standard gudiance for risk management and risk management tools.

So many researchers have been interested in key success factors of technological start-ups. However, previous studies have not focussed on Concreteness of technological capabilities at the growth stages and industry in technological start-ups. The purpose of this study is to investigate the Concreteness of technological capabilities that have influence on performance of technological start-ups. Empirical data was collected from 342 firms in BI in Korea. It used the questionnaire method for the CEO, It is executed the Regression analysis to test hypotheses of influencing effects. Results of the hypothesis testing are summarized as follows: First, It was found that technological capabilities had statistically significant influence on firm performance. But the property based resources had lower significant influence. Second, This research found that the knowledge based resources had higher significant influence on technological start-ups performance at IT industry. Third, The knowledge based resources had higher significant influence on performance at growth stages. In conclusion, technological capabilities were verified as important firm resources of technology-based start-ups for firm performance. But the Concreteness of technological capabilities was significant differences by growth-stage of firms.
