  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the concept of computational thinking in an easy-to-understand way for non-computer majors. First, It is necessary to expand from the problem-solving perspective to the perspective of problem discovery and creation ability, and establish it as a thinking ability that can cultivate human-like thinking, that is, creative thinking. Second, the concept of computational thinking can be viewed not only in the cognitive aspect but also in the emotional motive and attitude aspect. Third, systematic design of teaching methods is needed based on the expansion of the concept to computational thinking that helps learners to improve their reflective ability. It is expected that the results of this study will serve as basic research for various attempts in terms of the purpose and teaching method of computational thinking education in the future.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish a model that can quantitatively diagnose personal color. Representative color systems for personal colors have limitations in that it oversimplify personal color diagnosis types or it is difficult to distinguish objective differences between diagnosis types. To develop a brand new color system that enhances this, a PCCS color system capable of logical color was introduced and reclassified based on the four main properties of color. Twenty diagnostic types, which are more diverse than the existing color system were proposed and a quantitative method was used to evaluate the degree of harmony with a subject to find an optimized type of subject. The experimenter's individual competency and subjective intervention were minimized by devising a matrix in which a type suitable for the subject is derived when the coded evaluation result is substituted. Finally a quantitative diagnosis model of personal color consisting of three stages: property diagnosis, coding, and seasonal diagnosis was constructed. It can be seen that this will give diversity, reliability, and accuracy to the existing diagnostic methods.

  • This is descriptive research aimed at determining the relations with appearance satisfaction and self-efficacy in controlling job-seeking stress and at providing basic data necessary to decide on an education direction for better career maturity and explore psychological resources. For data collection, convenience sampling was performed among dental hygiene students consenting to participate in the research in Chungcheong and Jeolla Provinces to complete a self-administered questionnaire from November 25 to December 13, 2019. Appearance satisfaction was positively correlated with self-efficacy and was negatively correlated with job-seeking stress; self-efficacy was negatively correlated with job-seeking stress. The factors affecting job-seeking stress were self-efficacy, appearance satisfaction, and major satisfaction. It would be necessary to develop a practical counseling program targeting the combination of positive appearance acceptance and improvement in self-efficacy on the basis of correct aesthetic values with the objective of reinforcing job-seeking competence intensively among dental hygiene majors.

In the experience area, 13.8% more Western works were included than Korean works, and Western works were also concentrated in USA and Europe. Second, as a result of analyzing the proportion of multicultural contents, 57.7% of the total units, or 90 units out of 156, contained multicultural contents. As a result, compared to the 2009 revised art textbooks, the 2015 revised middle school art textbooks have expanded the proportion of multiculturalism.

However POSOP are suffering from a job shortage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mismatch between job-seekers and job-openers in relation to employment in Gwangyang City. As a result of the job-mismatch analysis of nine factors, there was a clear mismatch in recognition of suppliers, access to corporate and employment information, employment information acquisition path, and employment preference factors. However, there was no mismatch in the factors of employment avoidance and difficulty in the job-seeking and recruitment process. As solutions to the mismatch, it proposes to redefine the role of POPOS, promote capacity building projects for labor-management co-prosperity and cooperation, and gradually promote related projects in connection with the master plan related a comprehensive plan for youth jobs.

  • As knowledge management is recognized as an important competency of organizations, organizations are continuously investing in knowledge management policies and technologies. Knowledge management preemptively requires employees to share knowledge, but sharing activities for continuous knowledge management have not been performed. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the organization's mutual exchange efforts through collaborative communication on the knowledge sharing intention of its employees. The study surveyed workers of organizations that operate knowledge management policies and verified the research hypothesis by applying 326 samples to structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, factors of collaborative communication(rationality, reciprocal feedback, formality) had a positive effect on the intention to share knowledge, and task interdependence and territoriality had a moderating effect on the relationship between collaborative communication and intention to share knowledge. The study has implications in terms of suggesting an activity strategy that an organization should pursue to improve knowledge sharing among its employees.

  • Global production networks (GPNs) emerged as multinational companies strategically relocated different stages of their value chain over many regions. Since GPNs require moving materials, parts, components and finished products across national borders multiple times, as well as coordinating it efficiently, they are intensified further within an integrated region. Within the region, developed countries which enjoy a comparative advantage in higher value-added tasks specialize in the production of ICT parts and components and exhibit high export RCA indices while developing countries show high import RCA indices. But, as developing countries upgrade technological capabilities and achieve industrial upgrading through participation in GPNs, their level of sophistication improves. East Asian countries have participated in GPNs to a greater degree when compared to countries in other regions because of a variety of factors. They have benefited much as shown by a significant increase in the level of ICT sophistication and export shares, which in turn led to uneven regional developments of GPNs in the ICT parts and components industry.

  • This paper examines the complexity of recent SW development such as the 4th industry to apply the requirement engineering and redimimn application to the project to solve the difficulty of scope management during project management of medium and small businesses. These engineering techniques were applied to mid-sized and small-sized SW development projects. It was verified through supervision of 15 SW development projects. As a result, we observed about 30% reduction in related issues. In addition, Redmimn was introduced to SW development projects involving medium and small sized companies, and it proved that it has the effect of shortening delivery time through requirement management and tracking management. In order to secure the safety of the SW system development project, it is necessary to apply the required engineering techniques and tools, and it is necessary to continuously cultivate professional manpower to carry out this.
