Study on the Key of Relationship Between Labor-Management Cooperation (협력 상생을 위한 노사문화 형성 요인 연구)

  • This study aims to look into factors which exert an important effect on the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems of enterprises and finally to suggest an alternative for establishing the future's union-management relations. To accomplish the purpose, this research find each of important factors of the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems through a theoretical consideration of those factors. The importance and priority order of the factors were systematized by the AHP analysis. The analysis showed the following two things. First of all, the management expecting the employees should be strengthened. Then, the establishment of transparent management and union-management systems sharing the enterprise's vision and values play important roles in the formation cooperative employer-employee management systems. In conclusion, this study provided alternative for establishing the future's union-management relations, based on the analysis results.

  • Considering the existing corporate culture, it's hard to compatible with work for the women and family and it brings a loss of human resources to government and corporate. But if the corporate realized the social responsibility for the childcare as one of the family-friendly culture, and had an aggressive will, it will be possible to break the way of traditional childcare, raise the competitiveness by expanding the work childcare facilities and laid a foundation for the social contribution. Thus, this study expressed the division of labor by gender culture should be changed to family-based women-friendly culture in the home and the corporate. And also this paper provides that, in the view of the corporate has to fully realize the social responsibility, the government properly supports the corporate which has family-friendly culture and through it, with pursuit of profit the corporate can ensure the social justice from social contribution.

  • Company. s support for culture and arts started from mecenat activities. After then, it played a role as a tool of the company to satisfy consumers. cultural desires and improve the company. s image. As time goes by, it became a culture marketing which encourages business activities. Therefore, many companies try to develop their culture marketing activities in various fields. Especially art marketing has increased consumers. expectation and interest about art activities. Also, art marketing has become important as it has helped consumers to have critical view about products and improve their standard of life. As a way of art marketing, a company provides diverse exhibitions, sponsors and education programs related to art in either a specific space of the company building or a separate place. It can be said that this example of art marketing is a kind of an image marketing and public welfare at the same time. This article presents the concept of culture marketing and current condition of company. s support for culture and arts. In addition, the article depicts the concept and classification of art marketing. Furthermore, through analysis of company exhibition space and programs, the article illustrates the features and typology of art galleries managed by companies.

A Desirable Corporate Culture under Smart Work Environment (스마트워크 환경 하에서의 바람직한 기업문화)

  • The purpose of this research is to create a preferable corporate culture under the SmartWork environment. There is growing interests in SmartWork, which can satisfy the compatible conditions of government's carbon emission restriction policy, corporate efficient expense reduction, productivity maximization, and each individual's work and a family. Due to the interests and the rapid development of IT technology, a realistic condition for SmartWork is established but the promotion without a sufficient preparation, such as legal examination and relevant systems, created much confusion and very few companies are introducing it. This paper discusses that a social agreement should be reached through adjustments among parties interested, such as government, companies, and employees, studies the WIN-WIN plan that individuals and organization can grow together, and proposes a new corporate culture under the SmartWork environment. SmartWork has more than the simple meaning of 'remote working'. SmartWork, a method of smart working, means a transition to a new paradigm that minimizes moving for work and work & human move together, and a change from a work-oriented culture to a human-oriented culture. This paper summarized the role of government and companies for the successful introduction of SmartWork, and proposed that a government level 'SmartWork Activation Executive Committee (tentative name)' with a strong promotional power would create a new culture of SmartWork and form a civilian consultative body to support SmartWork corporate culture creation & expansion in the private corporate area, in a tuning with Ministry of Public Administration & Security, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Gender, and Communications Commission.

Effects of Corporate Image Increased by Cultural Marketing on Purchase Intention -Based on University Students from Seoul and Choong-Chung Do- (기업의 문화마케팅이 기업이미지제고를 통해 구매의도에 미치는 영향 -서울, 충청 지역 대학생 중심으로-)

  • The present research relates to a study on how cultural marketing increases a corporate image and has effects on purchase intention, an object of which is to understand how a consumer perceives the image of the corporate that carried out the cultural marketing and the corporate image has effects on intention of buying products of the corporate. The research was made on 102 university students from Seoul and Choong-Chung Do and compensated by PLS(Partial Least Square)in consideration that it is not well unknown to common people and the number of those questioned is small, and the case of Kumho Asiana was selected as the corporate for the cultural marketing, which results in as follows. First, the cultural marketing has positive effects on three elements(business conduct, social conduct, and marketing image) of the corporate image, but gives an inconvincible explanation of the corporate reliability image. Second, among four corporate images, social conduct, corporate reliability and marketing image except the business conductor have positive effects on the purchase intention.

  • The purpose of this paper is the cultural management activities empirical analysis of the impact of organizational effectiveness, such as organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention for the era of fusion and convergence. In particular, pay attention to the mediating role of organizational communication, and cultural management activities of the effect of by behavioral dimension of organizational effectiveness by structural model demonstrated the value and importance of cultural management. Cultural management activities showed a significant positive effect on organizational communication and organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational communication appears to have a mediating effect on the relationship between corporate cultural management and organizational effectiveness, especially the cultural management itself not necessarily to reduce turnover intention, to support communication means that can reduce the turnover points when activated.

An empirical study on the effect of the ownership with cross-border acquisition performance by Korean firms : Focusing on the interaction with cultural distance and acquisition relatedness (한국기업의 피인수기업에 대한 통제수준이 국제 인수합병 성과에 미치는 영향 : 문화적 거리, 관련형 인수의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study empirically examined the effect of ownership on cross-border acquisition performance. This study analyzed 284 international acquisitions undertaken by Korean public companies between 1986 and 2008. This study showed that the ownership had a negative impact on cross-border acquisition performance. Furthermore, this study found that the interaction between the ownership and cultural distance had a negative impact on cross-border acquisition performance. This study also showed support that the interaction between the ownership and acquisition relatedness had a negative impact on cross-border acquisition performance. This study improved the understanding of roles of the ownership and complemented previous research on the relationship among cultural distance, acquisition relatedness, and cross-border acquisition performance.

  • This study examines the effects of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System(QMS). Before accrediting it, it is affected by the top management leadership and corporate culture. After finishing the accreditation, some companies form quality culture, but some companies do not. That affects the corporate performance. If quality culture forms, companies performance will be good. But if not, companies performance will be bad. The accreditation of ISO QMS is not the end goal for the companies but forming the quality culture will enhance the corporate performance.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 조직구조와 조직문화, 윤리의식의 특성을 분석하고 조직갈등과 상사신뢰, 조직효과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 건설기업의 조직원을 대상으로 규명하고자 한다. 지금까지의 기업은 조직효과를 높이기 위하여 주로 조직구조나 조직문화를 중심으로 연구와 평가를 해왔다. 특히 윤리의식이 많은 이슈가 되고 있는 현대사회에서 기업은 윤리경영으로 얻은 신뢰를 통해 경쟁력을 높여 지속경영을 가능케 하고자 노력하고 있다. 이에 기업조직의 윤리의식이 조직갈등과 상사신뢰, 조직효과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하여 이를 바탕으로 국내 건설기업의 조직효과성 제고를 위한 실질적인 방안들을 모색 할 수 있다.
